We stayed on the ground floor. It’s a very charming accommodation in a good location (finding parking in town was challenging so having the option to walk/bus was great). The price is reasonable and reflects the property well. The living room acts as a second bedroom and the sofa couch is exceptionally quick/easy to set up and put away, which worked great for our party of four adults. The shower is on the smaller side, which was not a problem for our group but might feel tight for some people. For a longer stay or a bigger group, one of the upstairs units might be more comfortable but this worked perfect for our week-long trip.

Great apartment

This is a great little apartment. It’s a 21 min walk from Cortina but the on site parking and views I think far outweight staying in the centre of Cortina.The apartment is part of a chalet( ground floor) It has an outside seating area with jaw dropping views.The sitting area inside has a table and seating for 4-6 people. It also has a large sofa bed.The kitchen is small but well equipped. The only disadvantage is there are no work surfaces so any prep has to be done on the kitchen table. But that doesn’t matter because you would always want to eat in the lounge area not the kitchen.The main bedroom is huge lots of storage and has a very comfortable single bed for children.The bathroom is a good size, the shower cubicle is compact but adequate.I think this apartment is superb for 2 people or a family with a young child. I feel with two adult couples with the sofa bed in the lounge may get tiresome. Its location to cortina and the views from the apartment are a very big plus. I would recommend this apartment and would try to stay here again should we come back to Cortina.

grazioso e curatissimo appartamento, arredi di livello posto in una bella villa tutta della stessa proprietà. Questo e' a piano terra, di fronte ad un piccolo giardino ed una bellissima vista sulle montagne. camera matrimoniale molto grande con un piccolo letto per bambini, grande soggiorno con un divano letto (un po scomodo..) , cucina attrezzata e vivibile; bagno con lavatrice e doccia. io l ho usato insieme all amia ragazza a febbraio e lo abbiamo molto apprezzato. per due e' fin troppo grande

delizioso !

posto in una bella villa davanti alle montagne questo appartamento e' davvero una bombiniera. Arredato molto bene , una bella vista dalla camera e soggiorno e molto silenzioso. in centro si arriva con 12 minuti di passeggiata o pochi minuti di auto.Ben attrezzato in (grande) cucina con lavatrice e lavastoviglie. unico neo nel bagno c' la doccia , mentre io preferisco la vasca. Camera ampia con letto per nostro figlio
