Casas de Guadalupe est une petite enclave de casitas adobe historiques restaurés avec amour. 12 casitas situé juste à côté de la place - nous en avons une et deux locations de vacances de chambre à coucher, chacune avec un plan d'étage unique.

Cette location de vacances de 730 pieds carrés est l'une de nos casitas les plus recherchées. Avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains, il va faire des vacances des familles viennent vrai! Le salon est séparé de la cuisine par une barre supérieure de comptage, idéal pour les réunions. Il a toutes les touches authentiques - une cheminée de kiva, carreaux Saltillo, et planchers de bois franc. Mais il a également été habilement mis à jour pour vous fournir toutes les commodités modernes, y compris la télévision par câble, une laverie, une cuisine complète, de la climatisation et d'un accès Internet haut débit gratuit. Cette casita dispose d'une grande terrasse fermée qui est idéal pour une soirée en plein air sur une douce nuit d'été. The Casita is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It’s very close to the square and other locations to walk to, but it still is quiet. Very enjoyable place to stay.

We loved our stay at Casas de Guadalupe! The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was also a quick walk to downtown Santa Fe. We had friends who rented some of the other casitas and it was so convenient to meet up and let the kids play outside. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely casita in an amazing location close enough to walk to the plaza downtown, which is great because there’s not much parking and it’s pricey down there! We walked down to the plaza every morning for coffee and pastries at the French pastry shop-highly recommend! The neighborhood is quiet and the casita has a cute patio that is fenced and gated for nice evenings outside to enjoy. Mary Kay-host-was extremely communicative and great to work with!

Quiet Casita, close to everything!

We loved this place and would stay here again. There's a cute little courtyard, a fully stocked kitchen and comfy bedrooms. We loved the central location.

Quaint and close to Plaza

The best pro is the closeness to the Plaza and the Rail Yard shopping area. We had a very comfortable stay.

Perfect house for our family of four!

This little house was perfect for our group that included two kids. The place was very clean and within walking distance to the plaza, shops and places to eat. We would stay again in any of these casitas!

Wonderful Casita, Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casita D. The neighborhood was quiet & the casita was excellent...comfortable, cheerful & airy and the kitchen was well stocked. We usually have opted for a hotel room in the past, but from now on, The Casas de Guadalupe will be our choice!!!

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Casita D is a great property for family and friends. The kitchen is easy to maneuver and has everything necessary to prepare a delicious meal (or warm up your delicious left overs from earlier in the day!). The kitchen counter has two bar stools and the den has a kiva fireplace. This casitas has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed. The larger bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bathroom is located off of the kitchen (next to the bedroom) with a shower. The private patio is enclosed with coyote fencing, and parking is only steps away.

Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!

This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
