Excellent Location

We had an amazing stay at this excellent location. Accommodations were spacious and clean, just as appeared in the photos. Great air-conditioning, which was important on the HOT days! Amazing location - we were able to walk everywhere!

Thank you Santino for sharing your lovely apartment. We came to Rome early before a cruise. The apartment is perfectly situated and close to many of the historical sites of Rome and many restaurants. We were able to walk to most historical sites. Santino is very responsive and arranged our pick-up from the airport and our transfer to the port. Thank you for making our visit to Rome perfect!

Good central spot with the basics you need

The apartment was in good condition. We particularly appreciated the AC, as we were there during a heat wave. The location is very central and within walking distance of the colosseum. The buses in the area tend to be packed, though, so not the easiest place for going elsewhere. Lights of cars going by at night are pretty persistent and not blocked by the shutters. Kitchen was small with no eating area to speak of, so plan to eat out mostly. We wouldn't stay here again, but that's primarily due to the location. The apartment was fine.

Amazing Apartment

Stayed here a few days. Santino and Carmela were amazing. Allowed us to drop our luggage early so we didn’t have to cart them all over. The apartment is in an amazing location. We walked to everything. The coliseum and Trevi Fountain are literally a 10 minute walk. Shops and amazing restaurants are all right there. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again when in Rome.

Rome, in the city

Location, location.... Short walk to colosseum. Santino was great to work with, did everything to work with our schedule.We landed at FCO early morning, train to Rome was easy. Got there early, was able to drop our bags so we could get in our way. Took Uber to Vatican, just about everything else is walkable.

Great place!

We felt really well located, we wanted something a little quieter as we were traveling with my mom and daughter. Very close walk to the colosseum! Everything was super nice and he was a fabulous host.

Excellent Location great Little Apartment

The Apartment had everything you needed. Great Air Conditioning with Rome being so hot. Fabulous location 10 Mins to Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Lots of Restaurants and Pizzerias close by.

Rome stay in the middle of the city.

The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located in Rome. We were able to walk to many sights and nearby restaurants. Our host was helpful and easy to contact. I would recommend this property to all.

This was an ideal location to spend some time in Rome. It’s centrally located. The rooms are comfortable and the apartment is clean. The host was most accommodating. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Heart of Monti

Clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of ancient and historic Monti. Walk to the Colosseum in less than 10. Plenty of other landmarks within walking distance. Nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, a local market and Flor which has the best gelato around.

Living like a Roman

The photos don’t lie—what you see is exactly what you get! We needed a spot that could comfortably accommodate four people, and this place delivered. But the real magic? The location. It was a dream for exploring Rome! From sunrise to late night strolls, we could wander the city, soak in the sights, and effortlessly pop back to our place for a quick refresh—a drink, a break, or just a moment to recharge.By day two, we didn’t even need Google Maps. The location was so central, we had a natural sense of where we were. And mornings? Pure bliss. Strolling down the street to the local café, indulging in a flaky pastry and a perfectly brewed coffee—this stay made us feel like true Romans.

Well-equipped apartment - great location!

If you are looking to visit the most famous sites of Rome, this apartment is located perfectly for you. It's in the middle of the action but also quiet at night. The elevator was a huge plus! The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked and everything was very clean. Santino was responsive and helped us get transportation to the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick visit in the heart of Rome

The property was a nice size for two couples. The beds were not the most comfortable but they were adequate for our two nights there. The location was perfect for walking to many of the historic sites in Rome.

Everything you need

We had a fantastic stay at Santino’s apartment in the heart of Ancient Rome. It was clean and well-stocked, and in walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, and sites of interest such as the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon, to name a few. Santino was a communicative host and arranged our airport transfer which was convenient and reasonably priced. You won’t be disappointed!

Spectacular Location

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. This apartment is located within walking distance of anything you want to see in Rome; The Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Museums, Restaurants, Shops etc. The apartment is in a quaint beautiful area and the building is beautiful. The apartment is charming with everything you need for a great stay. The shower water temp and pressure were great, the bedrooms are spacious and beds were very comfortable, and the building is quiet. Our host Santino couldn't have been any more accommodating. He helped us out with special requests and provided very good check in/entry instructions. We loved our time there and highly recommend this property.

Great apartment in a great location

We were steps away from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Great coffee, restaurants, and gelato were located in the same neighborhood. Easy walking to many other major tourist sites.

Perfect location for our visit to Rome
