Esta casa nueva, súper limpia, tranquila y convenientemente ubicada es un lugar ideal para una gran familia o dos parejas para compartir. Cuenta con dos habitaciones con bonitas y cómodas camas queen, dos baños completos, además de un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. Una habitación es principal con un baño (solo ducha), el otro baño está en el pasillo afuera de la segunda habitación (ducha / bañera). Se encuentra frente al lago, a 5 minutos de Folly Beach y de 15 a 20 minutos del centro de Charleston. Este vecindario es una colección de casas eclécticas rodeadas de pantanos y arroyos de marea donde las mamás caminan con paseantes por la noche y los niños andan en bicicleta después de la escuela. Cocina completa, comedor y sala de estar. Lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora, cable y WiFi. Cafetera de goteo regular y una cafetera K-cup. Porche delantero en el lado de la calle y patio trasero con vista al lago. Un montón de asientos al aire libre. Mucho espacio de estacionamiento. Sábanas de algodón siempre! Harris Teeter a poca distancia. Totalmente abastecido con ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina para cocinar. Rodeado de restaurantes en ambas direcciones. Bien decorado. Productos de papel, jabón, bolsas de basura y detergentes provistos para viajar sin problemas. Where to begin! First and foremost, we were absolutely loved staying in this super cute house and very clean; we were 4 adults and there was plenty of space to do just about anything. Main et guest bedrooms are very spacious, kitchen has all you need, dining room is perfect (with a closet that offers beach chairs (Tommy Bahama, super comfy) and a few towels (we brought ours). There's a gas grill outside by the lake (non swimming lakealligators) that we used and an awesome area under the house where to sit and relax. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house is a 5 minutes drive (max) from Folly Beach and about 20 min from Charleston (depending which area you're heading to). Teeters (affiliated with Kroger's) is right on the other side of the main street (at the light where we turn to get to the house) and they do accept Kroger's Plus cards (to get the ''deals''). Folly Beach offers an array of shops, restaurants, bars and live music. One thing I feel is a good info; when parking at that beach, you can do so on any parallel streets, for free! Just make sure your wheels DO NOT touch the street (stay on the grass, in front of any house); otherwise you'll get a ticket. You have to go to the Rainbow bridge in that same area; all the pets' collars, pictures, etc., is definitely something to see. The owners of the house are beyond responsive and super nice. Overall, our stay was one we'll remember very fondly. We won't hesitate to rent there again and will recommend!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location is ideal - close to Folly Beach without the crowd. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk. I recommend this property to everyone.

Place was clean relaxing and convient location. Wish we had longer. My girlfriend loved the place. Only issue we had was there was not a key in the lockbox. We were able to lock up and use thd side door, but the key pad didnt want to work a couple times, but eventually got it.to work corresctly a few times. Ev

Adorable House

The house was in a very nice neighborhood and close to Folly Beach. It was a very comfortable and clean house. The hosts were very attentive and quick to answer when I had a question. Very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Great stay

Everything was wonderful, we loved the location and ease of getting in and out of the area. Only suggestion would be a TV in the bedrooms would be nice as some people need the sound and device running to get to sleep. Other than that we didn’t have any complaints. Look forward to staying again.

Charleston for Dad's Memorial

My father was a long time resident of Charleston/James Island, with family ties to the French Huguenot Church in downtown/Old French Quarter. His memorial party was held in a courtyard of the church with many friends, family & his Vietnam Buddies all attending. We had live music, open bar and an Oyster Roast. It was fantastic. How does this relate to the house here? Well it was close enough to downtown for us to run back and forth to the church all week with ease... And it was set up and provisioned so well that we were able to host all of Pop's Vietnam Buddies for a 'Burgers & Beers' social on the patio out back on one of the weeknights of our stay. The grocery store is just up the street. The owners were quite gracious and we had a wonderful stay... - Recommend!

Retirement vacation

The property was in a very nice neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly. It was close to the beach and downtown. The house was very clean except for the outdoor space. We had to clean the furniture and the grill. They were very dirty. After everything was clean we really enjoyed it . The lake was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.
