Este apartamento nuevo y hermoso ocupa la planta baja de una casa unifamiliar de 3 plantas, sin embargo, tiene su propio camino privado de entrada, y el jardνn. En su interior estα decorado en un estilo mediterrαneo contemporαneo, y estα totalmente equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar para unas vacaciones relajantes. Se puede caminar en lνnea recta al jardνn y zona de barbacoa, donde estαn rodeados de αrboles y tiene unas vistas impresionantes del mar y las montaρas de la bahνa. Si bien tranquilo y relajante que estα muy bien situado si quieres aventurarte fuera. Si le apetece darse un baρo, de arena fina Almiros playa estα a 5 minutos a pie delante de ti, que tambiιn tiene una piscina / cafeterνa para uso pϊblico. Estamos en las afueras de la localidad de Agios Nikolaos sofisticada con sus bares, tiendas y restaurantes - todo esto estα a sσlo 20 minutos a pie. Taxis, autobuses y coches de alquiler disponibles.

Perfect

Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable, private, inexpensive and more…impeccable apartment, with a great view, large terrace/garden, private parking. Easy and beautiful walk (30’) to downtown. Wendy is a great host and offers you lots of flexibility for check in/out.

Lovely relaxing accommodation

This is an excellent apartment set on a terrace below the owners’ house with lovely mountain and sea views just outside Agios Nikolaus. Wendy and Petros were very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed cooking on their BBQ as the sun went down. The accommodation is accurately described, well equipped and very comfortable. There are several good beaches nearby and the town is beautiful.

Excellent stay

The cottage is perfect for a getaway. Wendy has thought of all the little things that make the difference. Example is.....dishwashing liquid , seasoning for food and different teas. She also has a little washing machine and a drying rack which is really helpful. With a lovely little patio with

Lovely garden apartment in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment and were made to feel very welcome and at home by Wendy and Petros. It was great to have access to the garden and patio around the apartment and to be only a short distance from the local beach and a few minutes drive from the attractive town of Agios Nikolaos. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Crete can get pretty hot so we loved being able to leave doors and windows open, knowing that the sliding screens prevent any insects entering. We found the 2 ceiling fans sufficient for ventilation, but could have used the aircon unit had we needed to. Everything you could want was provided - washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave etc. and you can cast e.g. Netflix to the TV from your mobile! The apartment is self-contained but it was nice to know that the owners were at hand if you needed anything. We wouldn't hesitate to return in the future or to recommend it to friends and family.

Location parfaite…. Wendy nous a très bien accueilli, et s’est rendu disponible pour nous lorsque nous avions des questions. location propre, bien située (proximité plage, à 2 km dû centre ville ce qui permet d’y aller facilement et de ne pas être embêter pour le stationnement), bien équipée, terrasse très grande et sans vis à vis, et avec vue mer en prime. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés….

Kurzurlaub Agios Nikolaos

Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich. Die Terasse war wie einer kleiner Park. Wohnung und Garten sind sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Zur vollständigen Idylle hat die nahegelegene Strasse etwas gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad bij Wendy. Mooi en top uitgerust appartement met een adembenemend terras! Bijzonder fijn contact met Wendy, die altijd klaarstaat voor hulp of een babbel. Ook de afstand naar het stadje was te voet perfect doenbaar over een weggetje naast de zee. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wundervolle Ferienwoche

Die Unterkunft bei Wendy ist wirklich zu empfehlen....alles war so wie beschrieben, sehr liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Ein wundervoller Garten, Zitronen vor der Haustür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nahe und eine schöne Kleinstadt zum relaxen und schlumpern. Nicht zu vergessen der saubere Strand ist auch zu Fuß (langsam ca 20 min) erreichbar. Wendy ist sehr nett und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und würden es jederzeit empfehlen, wenn man zu Zweit reist. Ganz dickes Dankeschön

Perfekter Strandurlaub

Wir haben hier einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Wendy und Pedros sind sehr angenehme und nette Gastgeber. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen, wenige Minuten Fußweg vom superschönen Sandstrand Almiros Beach entfernt. Ein perfekter Strand für Kinder. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und ansonsten exakt wie beschrieben, es fehlt an nichts. Von der schönen Terasse kann man das Meer sehen und hier entspannte Abende verbringen. Agios Nikolaos ist zu Fuß in ca. 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Insgesamt empfehlen wir jedoch ein Auto, um sich entspannt auf der Insel bewegen oder auch nur um seine Einkäufe leicht tätigen zu können. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und können es nur weiter empfehlen 👍

Nette Vermieter, aber nicht wirklich sauber

Wendy und Pedros sind sehr freundliche Menschen. Der Garten ist hübsch. Leider war die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber. Nach der Reinigung der Küchenutensilien, haben wir jeweils nett auf der Terrasse vor der Wohnung mit Blick ins Grüne und die Blumen gefrühstückt. Ansonsten haben wir auswärts gegessen, da die Töpfe nicht wirklich mehr brauchbar waren … Schade, es wäre mit wenig Aufwand so viel mehr aus der Unterkunft zu machen.

Très accueillant et très confortable

Wendy et Petros ont toujours été bienveillants et soucieux de nos besoins. L'appartement est vaste, en excellent état et très confortable. Face au lever du soleil après une nuit calme dans un bon lit, quel plaisir d'attaquer une nouvelle journée dans ce joli pays où les gens se plient en quatre pour vous satisfaire. Excellent séjour ! Un bon moment, très bien accueilli, à 5’ à pied d’une belle plage, à 15’ à pied de la ville par la plage. Rien à redire! Juste préciser que la clim est finalement un ventilo… mais sinon des gérants au taquet pour que ton séjour se passe bien!

Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung

Sehr schön eingerichtetes und großes Apartment - es fehlte an nichts in der Ausstattung. Auch die Außen-Terrasse und der Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt. Wendy und Pedros sind sehr gastfreundlich. Der naheliegende und fußläufige Strand ist klasse, an Sonntagen etwas voller, da die Einheimischen da auch gerne baden. Zum Essen nach Nikalaos läuft man 20-25 Minuten. Empfehlenswert ist der Parkplatz am Hafen für 3 € pro Tag! Für einige Tage Aufenthalt hat es uns gut gefallen.

Sagenhaft schönes Domizil!

Erholsamer Winterurlaub auf Kreta ist in diesem Objekt in traumhafter Lage wunderbar möglich. Zum einen war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin unkompliziert und sehr herzlich, zum anderen kann man sich wegen der Ruhe in diesem Objekt sehr gut erholen. Nicht zuletzt fehlte es an nichts in der Wohnung, auch konnte man sie bei Bedarf gut heizen. Jederzeit wieder!

The perfect find

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is in the quiet hills but a short walk to the clear blue beach, and also within easy reach of the restaurants and bars of Agios Nikolaos. The coast to the south is full of small bays and beaches, great for exploring. The apartment is spacious, breezy, and comes stocked with a pile of books related to Greece and Crete which you can while away an afternoon with. There is also a kitchen which allows you to cook for yourself, if you like. Wendy and Petros are beyond helpful, full of excellent advice and went out of their way to help us. We worked from laptops for a part of our stay, the apartment is well set up for that. The perfect place for a relaxing, seaside stay on Crete.

Großartige Ferienwohnung mit tollen Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Der Ausblick von der grozügigen Terrasse ist einfach nur schön. Wendy hat alles toll organisiert und stand jeder Zeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Sie stellte uns sogar ein kleines Willkommens-Paket in den Kühlschrank. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Viel Platz, sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und mit einem traumhaft schönen Außenbereich. Der Blick geht bis aufs Meer. Der Weg zum Strand sind ca. 10 min. ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in AgiosNikolaos und auch in Elounda ist man schnell, ebenso am Lassithi-Plateau mit der Höhle des Zeus, in Mochlos und an der Südküste- alles sehenswerte Ziele. Die Wohnung selber ist einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen- liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtet, der Außenbereich ist sehr schön, ein schöner Garten mit mehrerenBereichen, in denen man sich zum Essen ein Glas Wein o.ä aufhalten kann, eine Erholung für die Augen mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick bis aufs Meer. Die Vermieter Wendy und ihr Mann Petros sind unglaublich nett und gastfreundlich- immer ansprechbar, niemals aufdringlich. Um Probleme ( es gab al kein Wasser wg eines Schadens an der Hauptleitung) hat Wendy sich umgehend gekümmert und sie wurden innerhalb kurzer Zeit behoben. Mein Mann und ich haben 2 traumhaft schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Sollten wir wieder auf diesem Teil Kretas Urlaub machen, werden Wendy und Petros unsere erste Wahl für unseren Aufenthalt

Fantastic hospitality

The place and the location are great. Wendy and her family are more than super hosts. We enjoyed every single day. The location is ideal, Almyros beach is down the hill, the Drive to the town center is 7 minutes. Highly recommended.

Toll!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Wendy und Petros. Beides sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Das Appartement war exakt wie auf den Fotos. Herrlicher Blick in die Natur und von der Lage her optimal...wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder nach Agios Nicolaos.

Agios Nikolaos is the perfect size, has plenty of life yet retains its charm. Geographically interesting as everywhere you look you see the sea or the mountains across the bay.

Fabulous setting as the detached house stands alone, surrounded by greenery, and with no immediate neighbours there is a great sense of feeling away from it all. And yet we are only minutes from the beach and town!
