A great stay!

Great central location and convenient to pretty much anything! We were able to walk to many of the sights we were interested in seeing, and those that weren't walkable were just a quick drive or metro trip away. The property manager was very personable and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Fabulous spacious and great area.

The Sunday market started a block away! Got some bargains. There are 2 large grocery stores within a block and bus and metro stops in half a block. Right to the train station. Wonderful owners!! Every need met cheerfully!

Excellent location.

Superbly situated in near underground and bus stops. Close to the main Railway station. 20-25 min walk to major attractions and 5 mins tube to La Latina and other sites. Plenty of places to eat nearby and we’ll served by supermarkets, 1 min walk away. Appartment suited for a family, well equipped and clean. Kitchen small but suitably equipped, however it’s difficult to cook large meals on the cooker. Gets very warm. Air conditioning in the rest of the appartment very good. Bathrooms and bedrooms perfectly acceptable. Sevice provided by on site staff was very prompt and efficient, when things needed addressing. Very friendly and easily contactable. Pool was fine for cooling down and the gym was ok for the odd workout.

El pasado mes de septiembre viajamos a Madrid mi esposo y yo y otro matrimonio, y buscamos hospedaje en este sitio de inetrnet, nos decidimos por este departamento y no cabe duda que fue una muy buena elección. El precio, la descripción e ubicación eran lo que necesitabamos. Contactamos a Miguel, y obtuvimos pronto respuesta, el trato, excelente, nos dio mucha confianza. Lo apartamos con un deposito. Al llegar al apartamento nos recibió, y nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitabamos. El departamento exacto a las fotos que hay de el. No nos hacia falta nada. El edificio tiene elevador y gimnasio y alberca. Todo super cerca. El metro a unos cuantos pasos ,A la vuelta esta un supermercado, en frente una cafeteria Vips. Nos encanto esperamos volver pronto.
