For those travellers who want a clean, beautiful apartment near Madrid Centro, this cannot be beat. Almost all the key sights and museums are within walking distance. Shops and restaurants are also nearby or with a short taxi ride. The kitchen is nice, so bring your spices and coffee if you want some meals in. For stays past 2 or three days, you can wash your clothes and bath towels and hang them on the drying rack provided. Hosts are very responsive and internet is strong. Two baths, one in each room. Very convenient for parents and kids or two couples or two friends fraveling together. Recommended!

The apartment was in great location - La Latina .. very central to old town Madrid streets, bars, restaurants and close Metro trains .. It was very clean and would definitely stay again 2 bedrooms:It would have been good to have pillow protectors under the pillowcases. It would have been better to have two separate pillows instead of both inside a single case.Double bedroom: The bed was very comfortable.Bathroom: The small shower didn't work, and the control was damaged or loose.Something is needed to cover the window!Kitchen: Cabinets were too high—useless!Ironing board: Very basic; a freestanding one would be better.Coasters or small mats for cups are missing.We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, but we wanted to leave this feedback to help improve for future guests.

The location was perfect. Near busy areas but not in the middle of them. Walking distance to many sites. Some irregular temperature control issues but moderate weather meant no worries. Lovely space.

The appt is in a great location, was very clean and tidy. If you want to use the dishwasher or washing machine on your stay take a few tablets with you. Otherwise everything was provided.The family also met us late in the evening at the appt as we had a late in bound flight and many places wont do that so it was a bonus.There were a few issues with the heating and air con but they are sorting that.A note of some good local restuarants, shops and metro would have been nice but they were all nearby once we found them out.

Wonderful location for us

So nice - away from the crush of the center, but plenty of entertainment and nice restaurants nearby. The property is newly renovated and spotless. It is a very compact 2BR but perfect for a place to return to after all day exploring Madrid.

Great location!

Great stay; very central location; a bit a of a hike to a metro station, but local dinner options and its proximity to multiple great tourist sites made up for it; the beds were on the firm side, but very clean, and modern, and in a very cool, old building; can’t say enough about check in / out: despite my lack of Spanish, the owner and their team made sure that we had what we needed; very happy.

Great central location

Compact but with ample room for our multigenerational family. Washing machine was a perk so we could pack lighter. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, shops and sights but on quiet street.

We were delighted with our stay in Madrid. The apartment was on the groud floor which we loved. It was clean and nicely decorated. Close to everything in old town. The market, palace, plaza mayor and cathedral. I will definitely stay there again!
