Waterfront Vacation Property - Fully Renovated for your Family to Enjoy!

This waterfront home offers all of the comforts you are accustomed to at home while being perfectly situated on the water surrounded by a beautiful country club neighborhood. Offering a covered boathouse with lift, this home provides you with all of the necessities for your stay. You will have access as our guests to the country club pool, gym, restaurant, etc if you choose for a fee per Club Corp's new October 2020 rules. We are a pet friendly property pending approval of size and breed.

Fully renovated and designed with a lightweight beach feel, this home is the perfect location for a weekend getaway, family vacation, or month long/seasonal stay. The giant outdoor deck, cooled with fans, lends itself to lazy mornings on the water, relaxing family BBQs, or gazing at the sun as it sets over the water.

This property has three large, spacious bedrooms each with private full bathrooms and walk in closets. A large, fully equipped kitchen opens up to a family dining room overlooking the water. The spacious living room offers the convenience of a wet bar and is surrounded by windows and french doors on all sides. The first floor of the house also has a laundry room, half bath and closet storage.

We offer our guests the use of our covered boathouse; this is a single slip with a lift and a 5,000 lb max. There is a waterfront marina within 5 minutes from the property which rents boats, pontoons, jet skis, etc.

The master bedroom and bathroom are large and functional. A king bed is offered and is situated to overlook the water through the wall of windows. The master bathroom has a large sunken jet tub, stand up shower, private toilet room, and dual sinks. Walk in closet is also located in the master bathroom. This room has a private balcony overlooking the water, perfect spot to wake up and have your morning coffee! Large smart TV is located on top of the dresser for easy viewing from bed!

The second master bedroom and bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. Offering a queen bed and an on-suite full bath and walk in closet, you will enjoy this room and the two walls of windows providing gorgeous natural light. This room has a shower/tub combo, walk in closet, and granite vanity. Relax in the oversized chair while reading a book by the private balcony. The room has a workspace with a monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse for use. There are also two comfortable chairs to relax in by the windows.

The third bedroom is unique and fun! This room also has an on-suite full bathroom and walk in closet but also has a spiral staircase leading up to a loft which has windows overlooking the water. In the loft is a full sized bed. We find that children love to claim this room for themselves! The lower level of this room offers two separate twin beds and one full sized bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, walk in closet, and granite vanity. This room also has a private balcony and is located next to the master bedroom. The room offers a flat screen smart TV for the kiddos, too!

The kitchen is the perfect size for the home. Surrounded by granite counter-tops, you will find that it is a comfortable, familiar place to make family meals and snacks. A large refrigerator provides the space that you need for even the longest of stays. A microwave is included, dishwasher, range, and your typical stocked kitchen equipment.

The dining room is directly off of the kitchen and opens up to the living room. This room has a large farmhouse style dining room table seating 6-8 family members. This room overlooks the water and deck.

The living room has a large sectional couch, comfortable chairs, a flat screen television over the fireplace, and plenty of books and games for your family to enjoy. This room is surrounded by windows and french doors which open up directly to the deck.

The laundry room is located off of the kitchen. This room houses general cleaning equipment for use during your stay: mops, broom, rags, etc.

As previously mentioned, renting this property affords you the rights of the neighborhood as our "guests". This means you are welcome to dine in the country club restaurant (we recommend calling ahead for seating!), use of the gym, as well as access to the newly renovated swimming pools! All guests are responsible for their own dining costs at the club. Our sprawling country club neighborhood offers three playground parks, plenty of safe, wide roads for biking, walking, or running, and of course, offers exquisite views of the water. We are located under 30 minutes from Wet'n'Wild Splash Town making for a easy fun activity for the family! The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is also under 30 minutes away - catch a concert or any of the exciting events hosted by this fantastic venue. If you are in need of a rainy day activity, the Woodlands Mall is close by and offers plenty of great restaurants and shopping! Forget something essential? WalMart is 5 minutes away. April Sound is located near many excellent waterfront dining establishments - and the brand new Boardwalk! Starbucks is less than 5 minutes away - this property offers it all!

Our waterfront home is the perfect choice for any kind of stay - weekend, week long, month long, or seasonal!

Club Info:
Temporary Access Cards The Club will create and make available at the Club’s reception desk a temporary access card for all Renters listed on the Renter Access Agreement. Each adult Renter (18 or older) must provide an approved photo ID at the reception desk and complete any Club-required documents. The Renter Fee will be paid by the renter directly to the club.

Renter Fees Weekend charge (up to three consecutive days, but does not have to be over the weekend) • For a Family of up to five people (two adults and three children under the age of 23) = $100.00 • Each additional family member under the age of 23 = $10.00 • Each single adult = $50.00

Weekly charge (four to seven consecutive days) • For a Family of up to five people (two adults and three children under the age of 23) = $150.00 • Each additional family member under the age of 23 = $15.00 • Each single adult = $75.00

Renter Fees are non-refundable and are subject to applicable taxes and future increases. See Renter Access Agreement for additional details.

Renter Access Per the terms of the Renter Access Agreement, Renters will have access to the Club amenities listed below. In compliance with April Sound POA regulations, Renters do not have access to the boat ramps and may not bring trailers into the community. Renters do not have charging privileges and must adhere to the Club’s standard dress code policy and all rules, regulations and policies that govern access to such amenities.
