A special spot with incredible views!

We really enjoyed our time here very much. The villa is well-maintained and has everything that you would need for a beautiful getaway. The host was so nice and helpful, and the walk down to the water from the house is definitely worth it. The views are spectacular from several vantage points, and we loved the indoor/outdoor feel of the property.

Amazing views from the villa. A great and spacious layout for our family of six. Be prepared for steps but access to the ocean and a great location. Our host was wonderful and in touch throughout.

Paradise on the coast….

Simply amazing. Pick a moment - the first time you walk down to the house and take in the view, lazing by the Med in your own private area then jumping in for a dip to cool off, exploring nearby Zoagli, Portofino and Camogli or evening drinks and dinner on the balcony…. It was all perfect. Luca is an outstanding host and provided many great recommendations for us during our stay.

This beautiful property is centrally located on the coast. Stunning views and very comfortable home. Host is very accommodating and helpful. Perfect experience and I would definitely recommend. Beware there are lots of stairs to access and car rental is highly recommended.

Lovely get away

This nice house is located in a quiet and peaceful location in between towns. The ocean entrace after a hike down is small and not ever busy. We wereable to snorkel and see tons of fish and sea life! The ocean is a great sound to fall asleep to every night! I would recommend this house for anyone who doesn't mind stairs and enjoys swimming inthe ocean. Also you'll want a car because of the private location if you want to viait town for shoping and/or food.

Amazing house about the Mediterranean

This house exceeded our expectation! But the location is what really blew our minds. The house itself is fantastic, modern and clean, really nice to hang out in, breathtaking views of the sea. Down the (steep) steps is an incredible swimming area, with various places to hang out, a little house with a fridge and some sun beds, showers, etc. Gorgeous beyond belief, the clearest and bluest water. Luca was a lovely and responsive host.

pros: the home is very nice and comfortable. the location is beautiful with spectacular views. close to zoagli, chiavara, san margarita. cons: no drive up to the house and 60 stairs down to the house with bags, and 60 stairs up to the car. the ocean swimming is pretty but there are 130 stairs down to the water. a challenge to someone with disabilities like one of our friends and inaccessible to someone in a wheelchair this all should have been disclosed better on the booking site. washer but no dryer

Filthy Property, Beautiful Area, Look Elsewhere

After a day of travel, we arrived to a home that was simply put, disgusting. Our feet were blackened by the floor, the bathrooms had urine stains in the toilets, the showers were moldy & mildewed with dirty glass, food remnants were scattered throughout the kitchen, the sheets were mildewed & blood stained. ( I have pics/videos of all) Needless to say, we were disgusted beyond comprehension. We contacted the manager who offered a plethora of excuses but no immediate remedy. His solution was to have the "cleaning" lady that produced these results come back the next day & to have new sheets provided the following day as well. Extremely angry, we refused the cleaning person, knowing the level of incompetence. We then spent the next several hours of our vacation cleaning the house to an acceptable level. Still needing bedding, we scavenged the house & managed to find semi-clean sheets in the owner's cabinet, washed & used those the first night. New sheets did arrive the next day but obviously our first night was spent very uncomfortable & cleaning a home instead of vacationing. Beyond the cleanliness aspect, there are other property issues. The middle bedroom had an active water leak in the ceiling and the house had a mold smell to it. The train is also very close to the property & loud, especially at night picking up around 11PM with freight trains running in regular intervals. Lastly, a property sewer leak made it unsafe to swim for 2 days. Beautiful area, find another house.

Good morning Kyle, This is the first time I have received complaints about the conditions of the house, proof of this is the countless 5 star reviews received both immediately before and after you, but as with all things there is always room for improvement and I will take part of your observations as a starting point for further improvement. I am very sorry that you did not have a good time, really the only ones in years, despite all the support we have provided, but it was also the first time that guests behaved in certain ways and reported absolutely incorrect things. I'm sorry that you didn't allow (I think on purpose) the cleaning ladies to enter the house to check and clean up anything that hadn't been done as best as possible, but only to take new sheets and leave them outside the property, just as you refused additional cleaning. during the week. You have used all the private things in the house from beach towels, mats, to duvet covers etc which were not at your disposal, as written in the house rules provided to you, from bringing an extra bed... to an extra car without notifying you first. Regarding the lack of possibility to swim, it is absolutely not due to the property but to a loss that never occurred but of another complex. We have already taken steps to improve to make any stay in this paradise that perhaps you have not been able or wanted to appreciate even more perfect. Cordial greetings

wonderful house and location

what about ... amazing house and charming place, facing the sea. Waking up in the morning get a coffe in front of the sea and feel the smell and the sound of the sea was fantastic ...... and the idea to be able to dive in a crystal clear sea just below the house ..... wow .. what a pity was not yet the season. The house is modern, furnished with really charming taste. We normally rent houses for holidays , but so 'beautiful and charming is hard to find and ... in such a' charming and unique place.

Très bel appartement en front de mer, accès à la mer par des escaliers qui descendent en bordure de mer. On doit descendre une série d'escalier pour accéder au bord de mer mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine puisque l'eau est magnifique et claire. En fin juin la température de l'eau était parfaite et nous avons pu faire du snorkeling à tous les jours pour apprécier la faune marine. Plusieurs espèces de poissons, magnifique ! L'appartement est bien meublé, l'air climatisé est très apprécié et les vues sont magnifiques à couper le souffle ! Endroit magnifique !

Italian Riviera Getwway

This was a wonderful stay and start for our trip for my family. The flat was clean and spacious, the views were breathtaking and and Lucca was attentive and helpful with all of our needs. He allowed us to use his kayak down at the sea cove, suggested restaurants and was available to answer all questions. There are only two things I might mention and one is that there are main train tracks below the flat and it runs quite frequently, so if noise sensitive, keep this in mind. It didn't really bother us. The other is that if you have any physical disabilities this might be a challenging property for you to get to. The flat itself is very accessible once in it, but it has a few flights of steep stairs up and down to get to the carpark, so if you have an older member traveling with you, you may want to consider this. Overall, wonderful location and the views are unbelievable and as shown in the pictures.

Gorgeous Mediterranean home!!!

This gorgeous property was perfect for my family. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds, everything one would need for cooking in the kitchen. We so enjoyed relaxing on the multiple deck’s that this property provided. Every room in this house had a gorgeous view of the rugged Mediterranean ocean. Our host Luca was absolutely the best!!!! He was always available to chat and give me great recommendations! My only regret is that I did not book it for a longer stay. It was truly magical!!!

Nice place

to relax completely embosomed by the sound of the sea. Huge property and generous rooms with an amply kitchen to cook regional food you got on the market in Chiavari! Zoagli itself is a pitoresque village apart from the rather touristic places in this area. Great swimming in the little bay you reach by stepping down a romantic private way through mediterrean vegetation.

Fantastic holidays at this incredibly stunning house with its breathtaking panoramic views of the sea. We spent few days in this magic place; the house was clean, bright and with modern furniture. it has been a real plus to be away from the tourist crowds and having direct contact to the sea really amazing. The house is also very good located to visit Cinque Terre (30 min by train) and also Portofino (facing it)

Ein kleines Paradies

Diese Wohnung ist traumhaft schön gelegen, an der Steilküste mit Zugang zum Meer. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge sind fantastisch. Wir konnten uns manchmal kaum zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung aufraffen. Für sechs Personen ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig. Im Außenbereich gibt es mehrere Flächen auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen, auf denen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Von jedem dieser Plätze auch kann man die traumhafte Lage genießen. Wir können Luca's Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
