Nice bungalow by the sea. Tourist Accommodation VT-450644-A

The house is the expression of comfort and simplicity. You have the fundamentals to feel comfortable, at home. It has been completely renovated with the best qualities.
It consists of a large bed in the room with a ceiling fan and two double-use beds as such and as sofas in the spacious open-plan living room, and two other single beds in the attic (second room), a spacious and cozy space.
The kitchen, incorporated into the living room, is very functional, with fridge and freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, coffee makers, toaster, juicer, complete utensils, in short, everything you need.
The bathroom is three pieces with shower.
The living room is bright and warm in winter (it has a pellet stove) and cool in summer.
Excellently located 5 km. Denia, public hospitals and private clinics, shopping centers ... Close to everything!
It is a small urbanization, and in the common area of the urbanization we have our own parking space and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a wonderful pool in use throughout the year. From the urbanization you can directly access the beach of Els Molins, with fine sand and a gentle breeze.
In the private garden (over 30 square meters) you can relax on the sun loungers, even sleep outdoors watching the stars ... You have chairs, umbrellas, sunbeds, tables, tennis rackets .... everything you need to spend the day in the garden !!

Wir waren 4 Wochen im Feb./März mit unserem Hund dort und es war alles zur unserer Zufriedenheit. Es gibt dort sogar einen Pellet-Ofen. Eine sehr große Ausstattung in der Küche. Christina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Hat uns bereits im Vorfeld sehr viele Informationen gegeben. Sie hatte für uns extra Wlan einrichten lassen. Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Todo estupendo. Fuimos con un peque y nuestra mascota. La dueña es muy amable, los vecinos muy majos, la urbanización está genial y la casa tiene todo lo necesario, hasta tenía cama para nuestra perra. Por poner un pero hay que caminar un poco mas de lo deseado hasta la playa

¡Qué maravilla!

Un gusto desde el principio al fin. La casa es perfecta, pequeñita pero con todo lo necesario y muy cómoda. La ubicación es privilegiada. El jardín una preciosidad, la piscina impecable, la playa maravillosa... No tenemos ni una sola queja. El precio es muy ajustado y la atención de Cristina inmejorable. Nos hemos sentido en casa y con muchas ganas de volver. Imaginamos que en pleno verano habrá más movimiento pero la urbanización es muy íntima y familiar y se accede a la playa desde la misma y son kilómetros de arena donde nunca hay demasiada gente. Un lujo, vaya, un pequeño paraiso junto al mar. ¡Hata pronto!
