Great views. Well laid out for all our family. Great access to lovely beach days and also local shopping. The local roads and route to the property were a bit challenging until we became more familiar but being up high and nearer the woodland meant our dog had lovely walks too. A wonderful last minute booking!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The pool was a true highlight, providing the perfect oasis to relax and unwind. A beautiful and well equipped villa which quickly felt like home, a breathtaking view, a lovely resort, and the most relaxing of holidays. We had high expectations of this holiday and it didn't disappoint. The villa was located in a very peaceful location, high up in the forested hills above Lloret de Mar, which is in itself a lovely, and lively, resort. We particularly enjoyed Fenals beach, and the nearby city of Girona, but there was so much more that was wonderful about this area. We would be mad not to go back again and again. Fantastic!

If you want tranquility this is the place. The postives are just 25 mins from the airport. All main supermarkets are under 10 mins away. Two seperate apartments so if groups its ideal.The serenity of the place is wonderful. Niko is extremely reponsive when we needed help. And the property was very clean.The Negatives would be a few more cooking bowls needed. The bedrooms downstairs are dark. And to reach the second floor you access by outside stairs. We did have a few issues with the sewage system,which leaked thru the outside drain.When we flushed the tiolets or showered a bad smell would come up thru the drains. Niko had septic tank emptied as soon as we told him, within the hour. Which was extremely fast in response. The place was like photos but just abit smaller. But in all i would recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you niko for your help.

Vacances entre amis dans un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances entre amis. Nous étions avec 3 bébé, la maison est vraiment adaptée. Piscine sécurisé et il y a de la place pour les laisser jouer. La cadre est juste magnifique. La piscine vu mer avec sa banquette est parfaite. Un extérieur au top. Le seul petit bémol est l'équipement intérieur un peu rudimentaire. Il.manque des équipements pour la cuisine et au vu de la canicule actuelle la clim serai apreciable car il fait quand meme tres chaud dans les chambres et Si on pinaille les Lits ne sont pas hyper confort.

Villa calme entouré d'une forêt de pinèdes avec seulement un voisin mais aucun vis a vis. Une piscine avec une vue superbe. A l'intérieur, c'est un style particulier et un peux vieillot. Il manque la climatisation les chambres sont étouffantes . Nous avons passé quand même un agréable séjour.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Super Haus für 6 Personen und zwei Kindern. Sehr schöner Pool mit toller Außenanlage. Leider ist die Stadt sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für Hunde super, da neben dem Haus der Wald anfängt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Außergewöhnliches Haus

Wir waren ( leider ) nur 1 Woche in Lauras Haus ...aber es war vom 1. bis letzten Tag absolut fantastisch. Wo soll ich anfangen? Der spektakuläre Blick vom Haus und Pool auf Loret runter auf das blaue Meer, die himmlische Ruhe um uns herum, der Sternenhimmel, das tolle offene Haus, der nette Empfang und Betreuung von Nico vor Ort, die megaschönen Buchten in der Nähe....wir kommen wieder, es war alles einfach nur super!

Fijne vakantie adres voor gezin en huisdier in prachtige natuur

Pasamos unas vacaciones muy agradables. La casa ofrece todas las comodidades para relajarse y es ideal para una familia con niños y una mascota. El jardín es botánico y tiene muchas mariposas. La casa está ubicada en un hermoso bosque y los visitantes pueden disfrutar de la paz y las vistas al mar. Laura da muy buenos consejos sobre las vacaciones y Niko resuelve todos los problemas prácticos. Playas y vida nocturna cercanas. Los taxis no son caros. Desde NL no está lejos conducir hasta Lloret de Mar. En resumen, el destino de vacaciones ideal para puristas.

Un séjour dans la tranquillité d'une location très accueillante avec des extérieurs de rêve : piscine, paysage, jardin... Laura a été très réactive et soucieuse de notre bien-être tout au long de nos vacances, Niko était présent et discret. La situation géographique de la maison nous a permis de nous reposer dans le calme et de sillonner la région pour découvrir les alentours. June 27-July 4 stay

The highlight of this property is definitely the beautiful view overlooking Lloret de Mar and a very nice pool. Laura and Niko were very accessible and easy to work with. Here are some take-aways: This property is perfect for a relaxed and quiet vacation. My husband enjoyed running on the dirt road that began beside the property. Our family sleeps in a/c at home, so it was a bit of an adjustment to sleep without it and we ended up buying a fan on our second night. Not a huge deal, however, something to consider if you are uncomfortable in heat. We loved the openness of the common areas to the outside. We would open all the large sliding doors and enjoy the view and breeze. Because this is a wooded area and does open to enjoy the outside, do expect the occasional insect. We dealt with some flies, bees, ants and mosquitos, but it wasn’t bad enough to be a major problem and you can mitigate this by not keeping the sliding doors open. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The downstairs shower is nice, but very small. If you need more room to shower, just use the upstairs. The kitchen was well supplied. The clothes washer came in handy and we used the drying rack to dry clothes. We wished we would have used Esclat (grocery) early in our stay. It was much better than Aldi, which we didn’t love. They have fresh bread and a much much better selection. The botanical gardens and beaches were a highlight of our stay. Beautiful! We especially enjoyed our day trip to Girona. If you go, be sure to try La Fabrica for breakfast or lunch. Our girls (13 and 16) enjoyed shopping in Lloret de Mar. Fun shops with reasonable prices. Don’t let anything visible in your car when you park. We learned the hard way and had our window broken and an empty beach bag stolen. Nothing of value taken, however, it was a huge hassle to exchange the car back in Barcelona. We always felt safe on our vacation, but just a reminder to have everything out of sight! Lastly, I would say this property is perfect for two families because the upstairs is completely separate from downstairs and it gives you space and privacy. Our teenage girls loved being upstairs and away from their parents. ;-) My husband and I also liked our bit of privacy.

great house in a great location if you like privacy and stunning views

We truly enjoyed our stay in Laura's house. We were two families and the distribution of two separate " apartments" inside the house was just perfect for that. The garden and the pool area are very nice and one can be there all the time. The kitchens were fully equipped and the BBQ area very conveniently located. Overall we had a great stay, it's easy to get comfortable in this house. We had a couple of issues that needed attention, and the house manager attended to them promptly and correctly. We would be happy to be back again.

We live in Barcelona, with our two children aged 12 and 10 years. We love spending the weekend on the Costa Brava, where you can relax from the busy city and enjoy its wonderful beaches and landscapes.

Why they chose this property

We spent each summer and most of the weekends in this house since the birth of our little daughter, now more than 10 years ago. It is ideal for children. My kids have always loved it as they can play in the garden, swim in the pool, walk in the woods, go by bike and organize bbq's and meals with friends! We have plenty of friends with dogs, and I know every time they visited us, they enjoyed it very much as we could play in the woods and walk around.

What makes this property unique

The house is really unique for its breathtaking views and its connection with nature. With total privacy, and next to the forest, it allows you to enjoy nature and relax, but you are so close to the beach and other attractions of the Costa Brava, that it is really up to you what you want to do every time. Everything is close. There are multiple supermarkets nearby. And precious little coves nearby. Our favorite Santa Cristina, Cala Canyelles and Cala Boadella. Kayak, snorkelling, and other sea sports are all possible in the surrounding area. Waling in the forest is for sure a highlight. If you visit us in the summer at the evening but otherwise during the day, walking around the different paths is truly a must. If you like running, this is your place!
