The beautiful small villa “Setteponti” stands in a panoramic and quiet position on the slopes of Pratomagno in the heart of the Upper Arno Valley, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, and offering a spectacular view of the valley. About two kilometers away is the village of Loro Ciuffenna, where many characteristics of this ancient medieval hamlet have been preserved. Thanks to the property geographical position it is easy to reach the main Tuscan art cities like Florence, Siena and Arezzo in less than an hour by car. Nearby, the ancient Via dei Setteponti curls along a hilly and panoramic route dotted with many small towns rich with history, Roman churches, and medieval hamlets. The villa is surrounded by a well kept garden of approximately 1,300 square meters that is enclosed by hedges and equipped with a built-in barbecue, lounges and with a private swimming pool (6x12 depth 1.40 m)(01/05-30/09) with external shower.
