Check This One Out! Best Location-Quiet And Nice Wide Beach-Direct Ocean Front

DIRECT OCEAN FRONT! I have been going to the Myrtle Beach area all of my life and believe me, this is the best location. It is located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach and it really has one of the nicest, widest beaches. My unit is an end unit and you have great ocean views up and down the beach. When I am on my balcony, I feel like I am on the beach. This is where you want to spend your time-morning sunrise, beach views during the day and stars and moon at night. Different view every night. The condo was upgraded and new furniture was added in 2012. The bedrooms are located in the front part of the condo where it is quiet so when you are ready to sleep you can. When I am not outside enjoying the beach and the ocean front pool, I enjoy the large sectional sofa and the large screen TV. There is a Keurig Coffee maker in the kitchen and some K-Cups and complimentary bottled water to make the coffee. All linens and some paper products provided

This is a well built concrete and steel condo that was built when you could still have a sea wall. That is why it is a little closer to the water. The ocean front pool is always very clean and cool. The condo will be clean and well appointed when you arrive. The building is always very quiet and this enables the guest to have good rest and relaxation. Security is on site in the evenings. My Condo is limited to 6 people- adults over 25 and their children. Obviously there is no smoking in the condo or in the building. No pets are allowed and the Home Owners Association does not allow motorcycles. I just request that my guest honor these items.
The property has gas grills and picnic tables on the beach front levels. Great for family cookouts. The property also has a recently redone professional quality tennis/pickleball court for your recreation.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was very clean and supplied with essentials like towels, garbage bags, kcups and ice maker in the freezer. It had comfortable beds, gorgeous view, relaxing living room, fun pool and clean pool, gas grills which we used several times.

Perfect location

Our 2nd time renting and our go to for vacationing in North Myrtle beach! The location and views can’t be beat! Place is clean, beds are comfy and the owner is generous with starter supplies (coffee, paper towels, trash bags, etc) till you can get to the grocery store. The owner makes it easy to just show up and start relaxing. We are a family of 4 (w/2 high maintenance girls) who love to shop so having the Tanger outlet within a mile was excellent! Looking forward to our next stay!

The property was right on the beach with a lovely, beachside balcony, where we spent much of our time. The unit was clean, kitchen well supplied and beds were super comfortable. The area was quiet and the beach wide and clean. The only clarification I would suggest, under amenities is that a washer and dryer are available for a fee, but are not in the unit itself.

Most amazing weekend getaway!

We stayed at this property for a long holiday weekend getaway in March. The property is perfectly located close to many shows, shopping, and amenities. Check in was super easy and the property was in immaculate condition. Super clean with large rooms and a GREAT view. We will definitely be back.

Let me start out by saying WOW!!! The views of the ocean were picture perfect and the beach is just steps away! The location was great and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved to walk on the beach and around the area. The condo was spacious and met our family needs of five. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a family stay. The location cannot be beat - right on the ocean! Close to many restaurants and attractions (5-10min away), but yet located in a very quiete area of N Myrtle Beach.For people coming from Northern states: Aug is HOT, and water is super warm, we had to adjust as it was our first time visiting South in the summer.

A true escape from the things that cause stress in your life

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. Great location, privacy abounds, well maintained grounds and beach, great communication by owner, and amazing views. We will be renting this unit again.

My wife is a retired teacher and has also always come to the Grand Strand area. I think this Arcadian Section really is the best beach on the east coast. You do not have a busy road running right in the front of the condo. The beach in this area is very wide. This Arcadian II location is very quiet and private.

LOCATION, LOCATION - Many families come back to this condo year after year. Again it is located right in the heart of the Grand Strand but off he beaten path.
