Lovely apartment in one of Barcelona’s best neighborhoods.

Lovely apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in Barcelona. The host, Manuel, was so easy to communicate with and he made the check-in process a breeze. He even spent time with us going over a map and showing us the best way to get to a multitude of attractions. Very conveniently located with 2 subways virtually outside the front door. In walking distance to Sagrada Familia with lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. A wonderful place to stay.

Comfortable apartment in great neighborhood

Very convenient for visiting Barcelona, walking distance to the main tourist sites, metro station steps away for the lazy (or the trip back after a long day of touring), and lots of restaurant options within a few blocks. The 3 BRs are modest size with very comfortable beds; one larger bathroom with great shower, a second smaller but functional bathroom. Pleasant front balcony for a couple to enjoy coffee/drinks and observe the neighborhood. Kitchen and living/eating area are compact but functional. Proprietor Manuel is very conscientious and helpful.

Great location in Barcelona

The apartment had a great location, right next to metro stop and across the street from a grocery store. The apartment is very long and narrow. We loved having a small kitchen and washer at our disposal. There is air conditioning in living room at the front of the apartment but it does not cool the entire space. Luckily there are fans in all the bedrooms which was very helpful. Owner was very nice and responsive. He made great suggestions on places to eat and called us a taxi when we checked out. We enjoyed our visit to Barcelona.

Fantastic location

Property matches the description very well, and is not fancy, but is very functional and well equipped. The host was lovely to deal with and very kindly provided a detailed map of the area with many restaurants and points of interest marked. The entire property has the feeling of a comfortable family home and is in a great residential location with easy access to transportation. Our only issue was that it was a bit rainy, and the property had a bit of a smell because of this(according to the host). It went away when we aired out the apartment but was quickly back. It was a little unpleasant but bearable. We were mostly out exploring the city and did not stay inside much. I’m not sure there is anything to be don’t about it in an older building. The property is also listed as 4 bedroom, sleeping 5. There are only 3 actual bedrooms, one with a double bed and the remaining are single bed. The extra bed is a Murphy bed in a hallway area (with doors) that we were not allowed to use as our group had 4 people, not 5. We intentionally booked a 4 bedroom place because while our group are all good friends, we each preferred our own sleeping space. It was frustrating to learn this was not the case, unless we paid a higher rate to use the extra bed. We doubled up in one bed and had a lovely weekend, but were a little surprised at the issue.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist für Sightseeing perfekt gelegen. Metro Station vor der Haustür und gute Erreichbarkeit zum Bus. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem nötigen Ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation, Organisation und Rückmeldungen von den Eigentümern war sehr gut, schnell, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Absolut weiterempfehlenswert. Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Urlaub.

Tolle Lage, schöner Balkon

Die Wohnung hat eine großartige Lage direkt an der Metrostation Verguer, 10 Fußminuten entfernt von der Sagrada Familia. Sie ist etwas ungewöhnlich geschnitten als langer Schlauch mit langem Flur. Das ermöglicht, dass die Wohnung neben einem Doppelzimmer auch zwei Einzelzimmer hat - perfekt für Familien mit Teenagern. Toll ausgestattete Küche. Toiletten riechen gelegentlich; Betten etwas hart. Wir haben uns woglgefühlt.

Appartement idéalement situé a proximité immédiate du métro, à conseiller pour un couple avec 2 ou 3 enfants (un des lits n'est pas dans une chambre séparée). La voiture n'a pas bougé du parking situé dans le même immeuble (frais supplémentaires). Le propriétaire des lieux saura vous indiquer les lieux à visiter (payants ou gratuits) et comment s'y rendre, si vous ne connaissez pas déjà Barcelone.

Expectations met.

Very well situated, 3 Metro lines right at the door, grocery stores, restaurants etc. close. Very good and friendly communication. Everything you need available in the appartement, maybe a little oldish furniture but no problem at all. Recommendable, I would say, for up to four (better three) persons.

Very pleasant, quiet, good location, helpful host

This apartment is convenient to the Metro and buses and is easy walking distance from Sagrada Familia. For security, the front door of the building is locked or staffed, depending on the time of day, and the apartment has its own locks. There are a couple of small elevators. The kitchen is small but functional, and the host was unfailingly helpful.
