A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Waikiki. It's within walking distance to so many things - shopping, restaurants, nightlife, etc. The condo itself was very clean and well maintained, and it was very nice having a parking space included in the rental. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony areas in the morning and at night with a great view of the city. It's really nice having a washer and dryer too.We stayed for 6 days, and bought groceries to make breakfast every morning before heading out to explore. There is a Target within walking distance that has everything you need for simple meals, snacks, etc.

We had a great time in this condo, it was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed and the location was great. 5 minutes from Waikīkī beach and the shopping area… you can’t beat this location. Free parking is also a great plus …The host is awesome and very responsive - one beach chair was ripped - and within a day we got two new chairs Thank you for a great stay

Perfect and accurate description of property. Clean and well equipped for 5-8 guests. Easily accessible to assigned parking. Great partial view of the ocean. Centrally located and walking distance to many eateries, grocery needs and ocean. Owner very quick with responses to questions. Was nice and unexpected to have abundance of beach towels, chairs and equipment free for use.

Family Spring Break

We found this place for a 8-person family vacation (4 adults, and 4 children). Amazing location in the heart of downtown, beautiful views, clean place with enough amenities and beach equipment for the whole family. Thank you for a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this penthouse while on Oahu! I knew it was going to be nice based on the photos and reviews online, but it exceeded my expectations. Having the entire top floor of the building was a treat. The wraparound deck provides fantastic views (again, better than I think the pics online suggest), and has plenty of comfortable seating for spending time under the sun or stars. There were several nice “extras” such as beach equipment/etc. As for location, if you’re planning to shop and eat in HNL, all the best spots are within a 5-10 minute walk. The same goes for Waikiki Beach. The owner provided extremely detailed check-in instructions and was available by phone, which came in handy because it’s still a little tricky figuring it out the first time. Once it was clear that the driveway/entrance to the building is through a space where a shaved ice business operates, all was well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a three bedroom condo.

Perfect vacation spot

So easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and shopping without using the car. Kids really enjoyed the place. Watching the fireworks from the balcony was a great way to end the vacation.

Great place

Location was great in Waikiki, with a lot close by. Place was spacious for our family of 5. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, etc which were provided. Wrap around lanai was nice. Would stay here again.

Awesome stay!

The property was comfortable size for 6 adults and had very nice views from the balcony! We were very happy to have parking included. It was a good location, walking distance to Waikiki Beach and lots of shops and restaurants.

Property was clean and as described. Great access to beach with plenty of toys. Lanai was fabulous and great for sunsets. Some street noise and music on different nights. Great shave ice location on street level. Many shops and restaurants! Beds were comfortable; second bathroom was snug. Parking is tight; especially for a bigger vehicle. You do have 11 steps to bring luggage up or down and that may be tough for some.

Great location, near everything in Waikiki. The unit is well equipped with all you need inside, and plenty of beach toys for outside. The included parking space is a great add.The main room has tons of space and was nicely set up for our family to enjoy each other comfortably. The wrap around lanai is amazing. We had unfortunate timing in terms of weather as the entire state experienced a very rough period, but our issues were minor in relation to what a large portion the residents of Oahu were experiencing. I mention it to note the owner was responsive to issues out of their control and proactive to try and help us out.
