We try to keep our booking weeks continuous and book Saturday to Saturday rentals unless you request a longer stay.

The view of the ocean was awesome. So close, the pictures are spot on. The condo host Kim is very friendly and responsive. Condo is super clean and has all the things to make a great vacation. Pool and grounds are very well maintained. Best location. I loved just sitting on the balcony watching cruise ships go by in the distance.

Stayed there with my wife for a short weekend and found the place very neat and tidy, a very well equipped kitchen and a nice view out the balcony facing the pool and beach view on the left; easy walk to the pier and close to everything including all of Cocoa Beaches main attractions. My wife like the fact that Kim had everything labeled and directions for just about everything you would need or want; Kimā€™s communication and follow through were excellent all the way through and we really enjoyed our stay!
