Situé au 5200 Ocean Beach Blvd. Unité 227. Environnement paisible et toutes les commodités nécessaires pour rester confortablement et se détendre, ça ne va pas beaucoup mieux!
Notre propriété cocoabeachclubrental est une maison nouvellement décorée loin de chez vous. Récemment mis à jour avec une toute nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse.
À quelques pas de la plage et de la piscine chauffĂ©e.
Gestion sur site,
 À distance de marche de la jetĂ©e et de Ron Jons.
Belle intimité sur le pont avec vue sur l'océan et la piscine chauffée.
15 minutes de Cap Caneveral et Port Canaveral. 45 minutes de l'aéroport d'Orlando et de Disney. Where do I begin? If you’re looking for a great, relaxed place to stay, look no further. Kim’s place in Cocoa Beach is the perfect location: right by the beach (with a view, guaranteed), clean and chill pool, and everything you need to stay for multiple days in a row. We will consider staying here again. Kim’s friendly communication was also a major plus, she’s very responsive and has tons of tips for the local area.

Great place

The kitchen is a little small, but overall has everything you need for a stay. We were able to cook dinner and not go out. The pool was kept immaculate, the beach is right there and the apartment has everything you need to be on the beach. I could have stayed forever. Host was also very easy to communicate with.

Location, location, location

Had a lovely stay with my teenage daughter. We were in town for a week long softball tournament. Condo was clean and stocked. Kim was so responsive. Beach access was prime. Pool was nice. Bummed that a team dad wasn’t allowed to use his own grill for dinners to save money and allow for team bonding. Some of the complex rules are a little much and put a wrinkle in our plans as many team families stayed on site.

f you are looking for a great place to enjoy your vacation look no further!! This condo is amazing. So many thoughtful amenities that really make this a home away from home not just a place to stay. Beautifully decorated and maintained. Location can’t be beat as you’re steps away from the beach and the onsite pool is a great option as well! The towels are awesome - generally not something I point out but they are awesome!! Just another example of the above and beyond touches that you’ll enjoy while here. The owner is super responsive and helpful as well. Book now you won’t regret it!!

Highly Recommend for Spring Break

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation for spring break. The layout was so great for having two small children. The owners had everything for our beach days and we took full advantage of the sand toys, towels and boogie boards. It was such a treat to be able to walk right to the beach each day. The property owners were so wonderful to deal with and highly responsive. 10/10 recommend!

Vacation down time

Loved the balcony to see the ocean every day! Five minute walk to the beach. The owner had every accommodation you could think of, she was available 24/7! If we didn’t want the beach the pool was heated and right below us. Definitely would go back!! Thank you Kim

Cocoa Beach October 2024

Three adults from Minnesota flew to Cocoa Beach to meet up with a friend who works at NASA. The condo was clean, close to the beach, and exactly as advertised. We were minutes from walking to the beach. Quiet place within 5 minutes of the Pier. Highly recommend this condo for anyone staying on Cocoa Beach.

Amazing Stay

My husband and I stayed for our Babymoon and had a fantastic time. The owner was always in contact in case we needed anything and this was the best location! Just a quick walk to the beach and the rental had many beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys to borrow. Would definitely rent again!!!

Perfect Condo

This was a great condo for our family of 4 and had a relaxing/cozy ambiance. We had an amazing time hanging at the pool and going to the beach. It’s also in walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier/restaurnats/shopping. Kim is a fantastic host! Next time our family is in Cocoa Beach, we will be staying here again.

Beachy Fun

We had a great stay, the condo was so clean and comfortable. We felt safe and secure, our host was easy and pleasant to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. If you want a quiet relaxing time and beautiful sunrises over the beautiful ocean view then your in

We enjoyed 3 weeks 
our coffee every morning on the patio watching the sun rise 
 birds singing .. it was magnificent.. and we took long walks on the beach every day 
a beautiful clean pool 
we also watched 3 rockets launch one at night and 2 in the day right from the beach by the condo 
 if you want peace and quiet and all of the above then this condo is for you ❀

Beachfront paradise condo

Nice condo with ample room. We appreciated the cleanliness. On a cooler but sunny day we enjoyed the southern facing deck. Easy access to the beach. Felt safe going for walks anywhere. The owner reached out a couple times to ensure that all was well.
