Great stay :))

This is a must for any single person or couple wanting a perfect time in Kassiopi. Beautiful clean apartment and host is fantastic. Location is ideal for everything. Definitely planning to return.

Perfect View and Location

I would highly recommend this place. It is small but most time spent outdoors. Small also means the AC works great, often after closing window shutters before leaving for the day and would return early evening and room still felt cool. Location ideal to walk to beaches and restaurants and the view is GREAT! Host communicated well and provided useful information on other things to do. There are steps to get to the room but I find steps are required for most rooms with a great view. Would stay again if ever get a chance to return to Kassiopi. Chris

Amazing Apartment!

My friend and I were in Corfu for a wedding. Maria’s apartment is wonderful. It was so easy to communicate before the trip, finding the apartment was easy and only a couple of minutes from the town square where we were dropped off. The apartment is small but has a beautiful balcony with the most stunning views! When we arrived we found biscuits and a bottle of wine - so we sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view and drinks. I was worried that it might be noisy at night behind the bars at the harbour - but we didn’t hear a thing! The flat is air conditioned so very comfortable when it gets hot. Yes! The bathroom isn’t big - but it’s perfectly adequate with a shower, toilet and washing basin. I totally 100% recommend this apartment and plan to return myself as soon as I can.

Sweet apartment, bustling little town

I spent 20 days in number 7 - resting, restoring and exploring the nearby villages, hikes and beaches. The small, simple apartment was extraordinarily well cared for, with the dreamiest, most lovely balcony overlooking the small harbor. You are quite close to your neighbors, and there is a bit of bar noise at night. Overall, though, I slept really well. The winding stairs up to the apartment added to the feeling of being tucked away under the castle. An 8 minute walk to the beach or grocery store, but a little bit removed from the bustle. I truly appreciated the housekeeper Lola, who brought me fresh linens and tidied up every 2 days.It was a , with small kitchenette and beautiful, dreamy balcony. Luigi was in easy communication via WhatsApp and Maria visited weekly, bringing delicious walnut honey cake as a gift! I highly recommend this place for those seeking a quiet, small getaway with easy access to tourist amenities. Kassiopi is less of a true village than I expected, but nicely geared to tourists (mostly British) with gift shops, 15+ good restaurants and excursion opportunities.

Fantastic apartment, wonderful location, view to die for - will definitely be back!

We stayed in apartment 7 for 8 nights and could happily have stayed much longer. The room isn't huge but it is pleasant and there's enough room for 2 to move about without problems. The shower room similarly isn't huge but is more than adequate and the shower provides hot water with a decent enough pressure. The beds are very comfortable (2 singles together) with a topper on very good mattresses and make for a great nights’ sleep. The ceiling fan is good to have on at night with the air con a much-needed bonus when it gets hot during the day. The big plus for this room (and some of the others in the villa) is the balcony, as it not only gives that extra living space for leisurely breakfasts and intimate evening meals, but provides the most fabulous view of the harbour and across to the mountains of Albania. Apt 7 gets the early morning sun which is lovely for breakfast but then benefits from the shade later in the day when it gets hot, for an early evening drink or if cooking your own dinner - the little oven and hot plates are more than adequate for this as we found when cooking 3 meals to eat on the balcony (all cutlery and crockery is provided along with a fridge). The rooms are very well looked after, cleaning twice a week and towel change 3 times – the ladies who looked after the villa are lovely and are happy to help. Luigi the owner was present when we visited and is great host – very approachable, helpful, always smiling and a really nice guy. The position of the villa is perfect – just back from the harbour (90 seconds to walk to) but not so close that you get disturbed by the excellent choice of bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes’ stroll. This is one of Kassiopi’s strengths – there are more than enough places to eat and drink without it feeling too commercialised (there are also lots of other shops / supermarkets for provisions should you need them which is a bonus). The two closest (pebble) beaches are beautiful – the sea is so clear and in late Sept / early October, was still very warm to swim in (buy a cheap snorkel and mask and watch as the fish swim past you!) Combined with the benefit of the balcony, the glorious views and the wonderful host, they make this a wonderful location to stay and we are already working out when we will be back.

Super Gastgeber

Wir waren zu 2t in der Villa Perris. Luigi war uns ein perfekter Gastgeber und hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber genauso wie auf den Bildern mit einer schönen Aussicht. Unser Fenster ging nach Süden raus, die Sonne schien uns den Tag auf den Balkon. Bei absoluter Hitze konnten wir dort nur morgens und spät abends gut sitzen, innen ging es mit Klimaanlage und Ventilator. Die Küche reicht vollkommen aus. All in all eine gute Erfahrung.

Amazing view

Great location and nice hosts. The room is a bit on the small side but it does have everything you need. Again the bathroom is compact but always plenty of hot water. The room is cleaned every 2 days, and towels changed too. The balcony and the surrounding gardens are really lovely.

Lovely View

Villa Perris has a lovely view overlooking Kassiopi Harbour. We were upgraded to apartment 4 which had 2 bedrooms was lovely and clean and owned the balcony 2nd from the left (if you were looking up from the harbour). We had a lovely break, Maria and Luigi were both friendly and easily accessible and the whole area feels utterly safe and secure. A few points that were minor but worthy of note: The bedroom nearest the harbour is above a bedroom from another apartment so you can hear your neighbours without difficulty. The bathroom is cosy - the shower basin is about the size and shape of a Monopoloy board and has a curved shower curtain rail which reduces the space further. You either shower with the curtain sticking to your back or open the curtain up and mop the bathroom afterwards. I would recommend to anyone wanting a few days in a pleasant town with an excellent view!

Best location in Kassiopi from an excellent host ♥♥♥♥♥

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in a front apartment facing Kassiopi harbor. We got a free upgrade to the two-storey studio (apt. no. 4). We had to park our rental car by the harbor and climbed a few stairs to reach Villa Perris. The view overlooking the harbor is excellent from dusk until dawn. Luigi was a great host who provided very useful information prior to and during our entire stay. There are 4 apartments with the front (harbor) view. We did not cook ourselves as we were only there for 3 days (thus more curious to try out the restaurants). But sitting on the balcony to enjoy morning coffee was always a great delight. Studio apt no. 4 has 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and the kitchen upstairs while a spacious living room and the balcony are downstairs. We followed all of Luigi's suggestions for restaurants in and around Kassiopi, which were all very good choices. Thanks once again Luigi for meeting our special need of a late check out on the day of our departure. We definitely will come back some day ☺

Exceeded the reviews and pictures..

Villa Perris front studio. Compact, especially the bathroom, but a generous balcony adds great extra living space and a view to die for. Its an absolute must (IMHO) to have an apartment with sea/ harbour view. Stunning. WiFi provided. Air con very efficient and immediate impact. Steps up to it well worth the view. Quiet. Ok no pool but we should point out there are two free pools, both great, just 5 mins walk. Easy walk along coast road to beaches and great swimming. Very close to supermarkets. Didn't have any major problems/need fortunately but when we did correspond with Luigi or Maria we got instant replies. Would come back to the villa Perris in a heartbeat!
