Pebble Beach View Vacation Rental & Guest House - Esta antiga casa de praia à beira-mar (2 BR / 2 BA) foi ampliada em tamanho desde a casa original para maximizar as belas vistas do oceano nas áreas de sala de estar, sala de jantar e quarto principal. Espaçoso quarto principal tem muitos armários, um chuveiro de azulejos, pias duplas e área de vestir. 2 º quarto tem uma cama queen e um sofá-cama twin mais velho (sofá-cama é melhor para crianças do que para adultos). Sala de estar tem um futon de tamanho único e alguns sofás (dormir sofá ou sofá-cama é provavelmente mais confortável para crianças, ao invés de adultos). Escadas para a praia estão mesmo à porta da frente! Em algumas épocas do ano, pode haver disponibilidade de um estúdio / sotão separado do segundo andar (acima da garagem) disponível para adicionar, também, por cerca de metade do custo da casa principal (que acrescenta outro quarto, cozinha e banheiro). e deck com vista para o mar do segundo andar, tornando-o 3 BR / 3 BA), mas atualmente NÃO está disponível nos próximos meses (já em uso). Esta casa tem uma vista incrível! Conexão à Internet sem fio e TV de rede DISH!

Localizado na South Pebble Beach Drive (a unidade mais deslumbrante da costa norte!) perto de Redwood National Park, Battery Point Lighthouse, Crescent City Harbor, Ocean World, Trees of Mystery (Klamath), Smith e Klamath Rivers, Lake Earl Wildlife Area, Del Norte County Airport, Aeroporto de Del Norte County, Aeroporto Sutter Coast Hospital, Pelican Bay State Prison, e são apenas 20 milhas até a Coast Highway 101 até a fronteira com o Oregon e Brookings. Location is 5 stars

Just across the road from the beach. It was an amazing location. The house is older and has charm as it is not a cookie cutter house. It was perfect for our family of 6 (with older kids who absolutely refuse to sleep together anymore!). We even celebrated a birthday while we were there. This place was a very welcome change from all the hotels we stayed in while visiting in N Cal.Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach house

This was a great place to stay! We watched beautiful sunsets at night, enjoyed walking across the street to the beach and explore the tide pools, and it was really convenient to get to the Redwoods and State Park.

Location so great that you'll probably be ok with the rest

The house is right across from Pebble Beach. It's a lovely place to go hunt for agates, splash around, and scramble on some rocks. The view from the living room and master bedroom is fabulous: you're looking right at the waves and could even whale watch from the house. Short distance to Redwoods and other beach access as well.That said, everything else about the place was lackluster. Not super clean. Bunch of things that feel on the fringe of falling apart--cracked ceilings, kitchen floors that feel lumpy, gutters falling off, beds that are...not great (my kids wouldn't even sleep on the other bed because they felt it smelled funny, and I'm not going to say they're wrong). Hot water ran out from the shower very quickly, which was unpleasant for the kids who were wanting to heat up from some ocean time.We had a great time, and I'm not upset we rented it. But I wouldn't rent this place again. If they spend a good chunk of change remodeling the place, improving furnishings, etc., it could be fabulous. The lower rate was definitely warranted compared to other places, and it may still have been a touch high.

Location great, ocean view. Large living room with a big table, two bedrooms are fine, kitchen is usable. The couches could use a good cleaning moved a cushion and there was a lot of dirt and debris.

Time in Crescent City

The property has a beautiful view and a wonderful host. The master bedroom was large with a great view. The other bedroom quite small. We used the kitchen and laundry and they were adequate. It met our needs.

No better view

We chose this VRBO because of the location and the view. It did not disappoint. The house is older and needs updated, but it was sufficient for our needs. The ocean view is spectacular and beach access is right across the street.

Great location, comfy beds

Great location! Comfy beds for everyone. So close to Ocean and to Redwoods. Be sure to bring gear for cooking. There are enough plates and cups.

My family and I loved staying at this house on Pebble Beach! The sunsets were truly spectacular and we opened the windows to sleep with the sound of ocean waves and sea lions in the distance!

Not that great

Coffee pot didn't work, toaster half worked, no chopping board. Oven was turning on by itself until we figured out the knob was on wrong and we were able to turn it off. Overall cleanliness was very poor. Master bathroom shower door kept falling off. No towels untill we found them left in the dryer by the cleaning people in the filthy laundry room. We also found mouse droppings in the house. The only good thing is the nice beach across the street and the view.

Stayed one week. Loved the redwoods and ocean. Location was perfect. House was fine. House keeper didn’t finish washing the linen but the house had clean linen on beds and towels in Bathrooms. Host was great and helpful.

Beautiful beach and home

Gorgeous views and wick access across the street to beach. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Amazing sunsets. Home was a great place for us to rest and relax between adventures. Redwoods we’re really close too.

This house was perfect for us. It's huge but homey. It's a 2 minute walk down to the beach. It's like an old pair of jeans. It's broke in and comfortable. We we're planning our next trip the first night. The host Lori was accommodating and just good people. It's not the Hyatt Regency but it wouldn't have been as fun if it was.

Try another place

I thought long and hard about not commenting at all. After looking at review rating I made the reservation. I should have looked deeper. The same deficiencies we experienced have been complained about for over 2 years. The owner has excuses, but it appears nothing gets cleaned, replaced, or fixed. Our observations. Bedding stained and holes in the blankets in both bedrooms. Pet stains on the rug in the master bedroom. Trash around the carport. Laundry room dirty and smelly Bathroom floor dirty Some couches in living room dated and stained Only 2 teaspoons total in both silverware drawers but lots of tablespoons. The house is in a beautiful location and has a great view of the ocean. We found the street between the house and the beach not busy or noisy. The basic house is sound. Frankly I am surprised VRBO doesn't have a certification or inspection process, especially for places with a history of past problems. This place would not pass. I have used VRBO several times and never had an issue. After looking through complaints about VRBO and how nonresponsive they are. Time to vote with my billfold. There are lots of rental companies wanting my business.

Short but sweet stay

The beds were very comfortable, and the house was clean. We got in late and left early in the morning, but we walked across the street to the beach in the morning and I must say, it was a magical place.

This is our only rental place in town--it's the house we first bought and that we used to live in before our big family 'outgrew' it (before it was expanded in a remodel), but it's in too nice of a spot not to hold onto it! We're in love with the location!
