Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please wash all of your dishes before you leave. Take sheets off all beds that were used and put them in the garage with the dirty towels.
Do not turn off outside faucets if they are on. They are hooked up to automatic sprinklers.
Please be very careful with the cook-top. Clean it after every use and clean with the cook-top cleaner under the kitchen sink.
