Maurice and his wife were very sweet. They left us some of their eggs, cherry tomatoes, honey and honey butter. We bought more eggs and honey they were so good. If you want a break from a too busy lifestyle, this is your place. I would love to come back sometime.

Excellent accueil avec des produits frais, propreté irréprochable. Très bien équipé. Propriétaires agréables et généreux, possibilité de cueillir les fruits. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Maurice et Monique. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. La jardin était parfait et bien fermé pour notre petite de 2ans et demi et le chien. Nous sommes venus dans la région pour rendre visite à un ami et nous sommes comblés de ces vacances à la fois reposantes et un peu de tourisme. Noel en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gite de la Cheveche. Le temps était de saison, gris et brumeux. Nous sommes restés au chaud dans le salon, près de l'insert, avec des jeux de société. Et lorsque le soleil est revenu et a éclairé la vue , c'était magique! Le vert de la forêt au loin, les vallons des prairies, les animaux de la basse cour qui gambadent, le chien qui s'amuse à affoler les moutons. Et nous avons même entendu le cri de la cheveche. Tout était parfait.

we hebben genoten. de kinderen vonden de dieren en karpers helemaal geweldig. Ze mochten er zelfs nog even op vissen met de spullen van maurice. heerlijke wijn en honing gehad. prima verblijf gehad.

Rust en ruimte

We zijn bijzonder vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren van het huis. Het is een authentiek Frans huisje, gebouwd met stenen afkomstig van een kerk. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als je iets nodig hebt of je hebt een vraag, zijn ze altijd aanwezig om direct hulp te bieden. Het huis ligt in een heel klein dorp (40 inwoners), het is dan ook heel rustig. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. Koken doe je op gas. Je hebt er een hele grote garage bij, waar wel twee auto’s in passen mocht dat nodig zijn. 3 slaapkamers (2x2-persoons en 1x4-persoons + nog een babybox). Dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt/bakker is ruim 10 minuten rijden. Deze is een echte aanrader als je van rust houd.

Mijn vriend en ik zijn met twee getraumatiseerde honden ontsnapt van het vuurwerk met oud en nieuw, dit was hier echt een top plek voor, zon stilte en kalmte kom je zelden tegen. De hondjes en wij waren erg ontspannen. Het huis is super, ruim en volledig, met een omheinde tuin, ideaal voor de honden. De gastheer en gastvrouw waren super aardig en gastvrij! Ik had nog een tas laten liggen perongeluk en die werd netjes opgestuurd. Topservice.

Heel erg naar onze zin gehad

Vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurders, groot huis met garage en tuin, compleet ingericht met vaatwasser en wasmachine. Het drop bestaat uit 1 straat waar slechts een paar auto' s per dag langs komen. In het dorp wonen ook nog een paar nederlanders. Het enige lawaai komt van de koeien en kippen uit de omgeving. Je kunt wandelen in de bossen en kerken, kloosters en kastelen bezoeken. Bij de lidl in het volgende dorp staat een werkende snellader. Maurice spreekt alleen frans maar mijn steenkolen frans was geen probleem voor hem en we hebben leuke gesprekken gehad.
