Luxury chalet SKI-IN / SKI-OUT. Free wifi, sauna and beautiful view !!!

Chalet on the slopes with free unlimited WIFI.

This beautiful chalet is located directly on the easy slope Clos du Pré. You can ski almost to the door until late in the season (end of April).
The short drag lift (200 meters) takes you easily to the gondola lifts Poutran (towards Alpe d'Huez) or the Alpette (towards Vaujany) without having to walk with the skis.

Classification chalet.

The heated living area is reached via the heated entrance with cupboard for ski boots. The living room has a large leather corner sofa around the wood stove. In the open kitchen, which is fully furnished and equipped with an XXL fridge / freezer, there is also a large, characteristic wooden dining table for 12 people. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

Sleeping area on the ground floor.
On the ground floor there are 3 spacious double bedrooms furnished in a chalet style. On this floor there are also 2 bathrooms with double sinks and bathtub / shower. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

Sleeping area upstairs.

On the upper floor there are 3 spacious double bedrooms, 1 with a balcony. On this floor there is 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Also here is the sauna.

The Alpe d'Huez ski resort is an extremely snow-sure area thanks to its high location and the large numbers of snow cannons. These ensure that skiing is almost always possible from the beginning of December to almost the end of April.
The area is also suitable for all levels. Both the beginner and the expert can have a great time here. There are ample "green zones" for beginners, and for advanced skiers, skiing is possible throughout the area via blue, red or black runs. The Sarenne is a beautiful black descent from the Pic Blancs 3330 meters, to Auris 1250 meters.
This descent is known as the longest black in the Alpine region.

Non-skiers can also reach a very large area with the gondola lifts.
Ideal for, for example, non-skiing parents or other family members who still want to taste the ultimate atmosphere of winter sports. Alpe d'Huez is also called
Called "Iles du Soleil" because of the many hours of sunshine.

Beautiful Chalet true ski in ski out!

The chalet is very spacious with everything you need. Very well equipped and great location on a green run. It is set back from the road car park so access is through a wooded marked path. The village is very beautiful you can ski through it and it has everything including bars supermarket, ski hire and bakery. Highly recommend and host is great and good communication!

Perfect Oz

We hadn't been to this ski area before but having been there are very glad we chose this chalet in Oz. It was right on the piste so we could ski in and out (even in warm late March) and had a lovely veranda to sit and enjoy the sun and beautiful views. And with 3 gondolas within a few mins walk it was dead easy to get up onto all of the pistes in the area. Chalet was comfortable and clean with great showers and lovely long sofas by the wood burner. We had a great time.

Simply the most fantastic chalet in the perfect spot. We spent a week early January in this beautiful place and loved every moment. The chalet is just as described, the rooms are all a good size and the bathrooms are modern and seem very new. The kitchen appliances all work perfectly and everything is supplied that you need to cook good meals. There are two different coffee machines, a filter and a Senseo, lots of pots and pans, knives etc. The ski locker is perfectly placed and the layout of the chalet couldnt be better with three bedrooms on the top floor, the living accommodation in the middle and then three more bedrooms on the bottom floor. This is truly a ski-in, ski-out chalet for all levels, you can literally ski down from the top of Alpe d'Huez, right to the front door, absolutely amazing. In short myself and my family all loved it here and will be back in the future I hope.

Pas trop facile l'accĂšs il faudrait qu'on puisse nous donner le nom et n de gsm d'une personne qui pourrait monter les valises au chalet avec une moto neige, cela pourrait se faire par le dessous de piste. Ainsi que les directives pour faire fonctionner le sauna. Dans l'ensemble tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien et le chalet trĂšs fonctionnel et propre.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und alles ist in Ordnung und funktioniert. Einziger kleiner Makel ist der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus zum Ein-Ausladen. Die Lage an der Piste entschĂ€digt dafĂŒr.

Le chalet est beau, bien agencĂ© pour 2 familles. Bemol dans l ‘annonce pour les Ă©quipements est indiquĂ© un sauna et une piscine commune. Pas de souci pour le sauna. Pas contre la piscine n est pas commune Ă  la residence mais c est une piscine communale situĂ©e dans le village dans la vallĂ©e et il faut prendre la telecabine payante pour y aller. Et l’entrĂ©e de la piscine est aussi payante

Un peu sur-coté, mais gite agréable et bien situé

Je ne qualifierai pas ce gite de "luxe" comme décrit dans l'annonce. Il manque beaucoup d'équipements (ustensiles de cuisine, lave linge...), le mobilier n'est pas trÚs confort (literies notamment mais aussi table et chaises de jardins sur la terrasse) et il y avait au moment de notre passage une importante infiltration de fourmies charpentiÚres qui font pas mal de dégats dans la salle de bain notamment... Néanmoins le gite reste agréable, bien situé. La station d'oz est familiale et adaptée aux familles avec enfants. La communication avec le propriétaire a été facile et réactive et le gite était propre à notre arrivée.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans ce chalet confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Par contre et bien qu'une laverie soit prĂ©sente sur la station d'Oz, ce serait bien qu'une machine Ă  laver soit installĂ©e dans le chalet. En effet, pour un sĂ©jour de 15 jours, ça fait un peu juste sans machine... Enfin, la rĂ©gion est juste superbe et la station d'Oz est trĂšs vivante, mĂȘme en Ă©tĂ© !

Super semaine

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans le chalet. Il est situé à 2 minutes des remontées mécaniques qui permettent de faire de nombreuses balades sur le domaine d oz en oisans et l Alpe d Huez. Le chalet est trÚs fonctionnel et parfaitement adapté aux familles. La disposition du chalet en 3 etages permet d avoir un étage par famille et d avoir ainsi chacun son espace. A noter que le chalet se trouve à 150m du parking et n est pas accessible en voiture. Mais cela permet de laisser les enfants jouer autour du chalet sans s inquieter d une éventuelle route. Le chalet est trÚs bien équipé notamment pour les familles avec des bébés (2 chaises hautes, 2 lits bébés...). Seul tout petit bémol, il n y a pas de machine à laver le linge.

Grand chalet bien Ă©quipĂ© et bien situĂ© avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes. Logement trĂšs poussiĂ©reux et le mĂ©nage peut ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©. Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de subir deux, voire trois petites fuites, dans une des chambres du haut lorsque la pluie Ă©tait battante. Belles randonnĂ©es Ă  faire dans les environs.

Le logement est idéalement situé, propre et confortable. Les années à ski (nous c'était Covid!!!) apprécieront le passage d'une piste directement devant chalet, c'est top! Le propriétaire est trÚs gentil et la communication excellente. En plus, le soleil était au RDV, juste parfait!
