Marco Island has been named one of the best beach locations in America come and check it out for yourself. Beachfront, quiet building on the first floor, steps away from pool and the beach. Unit has everything you need for your stay, with a king, queen bed.
Plus flat screen tvs in each bedroom also in the living room for your enjoyment. Sunset house has a social room for guests to use for parties or events. Weekly events are scheduled for all to enjoy or you can just have a movie nite, for it is equipped with large screen tv and DVDs library. The building also has a private grill area with dining for tenants to use .
Sunset House is the prettiest building on the beach

Great beach condo

Very clean 2b2b condo right by the pool and on the beach. Pool was heated to a nice temp. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Don’t expect to have help resolving any problems.

The refrigerator went out 3 days after I arrived and no attempt was made to fix or replace it although I was told that both were going to happen. Therefore 10 out of 13 days we were left with the only option to eat out. Along with that expense, we also had to purchase a cooler and ice to keep our refreshments cold. Several attempts were made to contact the owner to resolve this, but all were unsuccessful. Messages were sent to attemp for compensation for our extra expenses but our final email from the owner reflected that they completely ignored our request as there was absolutely no mention of the inconvenience at all, only a request to return the key.

Great time working remote in Florida!

I loved getting up every morning and going for a walk on the beach before I started my work day. Enjoyed the break and relaxed at the pool. Such a great time in the sunshine instead of the snow!

We loved our stay at the sunset house. Pam and Ray were very accommodating. The condo was exactly as described. Fridge and WIFI were up and running, though all of our time was spent on the beach. Beds were comfortable too and unit was nice and clean. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Convenient to Tigertail Beach in a great community

This is an older property that is well maintained in a quiet, yet friendly atmosphere. We especially enjoyed: (1) the pool being just steps away from our door where the kids loved to play (2) the lounge with the big screen TV, movies and WiFi (3) the beach accessibility. The unit itself was comfortable, having 2 nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen worked for us as well did the living room areas. It would have worked even better for our family had there been 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. One peculiarity is that the King bedroom with walk in closet did not have an immediately adjacent bathroom whereas the Queen bedroom (2nd bedroom) does. We were also slightly dismayed that the WiFi in the unit was not installed as of yet (and confirmed this with the unit owner who said it is still in progress to get the installation done). All in all, it was a very good value and the owner was very accommodating to our needs and queries. The location in Marco Island was the key reason why we picked it and were not disappointed in this regard.

Sunset House

Ray and Pam were very accommodating, and we found the condo clean and ready for our visit. Everything we needed for our stay was easily found. The only issue was that the condo association was having new wifi installed while we were there and they did not get to us until the last day of our stay. Nothing they (Ray and Pam) could do about that! Thank you for the hospitality.

Great Stay at Sunset House

The unit is very nice. It is on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the grounds. The beds are very comfortable and the living room has ample, comfortable seating as well. The veranda gets sun morning to mid day in Feb, and morning to mid morning in March. The pool is just steps away. And while it is not ocean front, you can still see the ocean a little bit. The real gem is Sunset House. Many very nice people who have been coming here for years who make you feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Marco is short drive to Naples, so you can go get the city feel, come back to Marco and enjoy life without the crowds. Marco has everything you are looking for and the sunset house right in the middle of it all!
