Great apartment for 4 persons, inserted in the tourist complex of the old Hotel Club Apartment Algarve, in a privileged area, very calm and quiet with free parking. The famous marina of Vilamoura is a 5 minute walk as well as the beautiful marina beach.
Very quiet place. In the car needed. The beach and the Marina are 300 meters and has restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, hairdressers, medical clinics and pharmacy Within 200 meters.
May access the pools in the complex, two outdoor (one for adults and the other for children) and one indoor not heated. Ping pong and table football are Also Available.
We can book airport transfers.
Check-in and check-out on Saturdays.
One of the guests must be over 25 years old.

Good location, basic accommodation but everything you need. nice views.

The property is in a good location within walking distance, to beach, bars and marina no need for a car. Villa its self could do with updating, especially the bathroom, but has everything you need. Nice patio area, very private and relaxing. pool great and surrounding gardens lovely. Quiet area apart from a few dogs chatting to each other. Owner very helpful and overall a lovely holiday, would return again.

Belle propriété, très belle piscine agréable pour petits et grands

belle appartement propre, assez grand et de style portugais. Assez grand avec un grand séjour donnant sur une terrasse (terrasse ou l'on peut déjeuner tranquillement) avec vue sur la piscine et Patageoire, deux fauteuil lit, et un lit parapluie. La chambre est assez grande aussi avec un grand placard, deux grand lit simple cote à cote (ce qui donne un grand lit), une grande commode avec miroir et deux table le de nuit. La cuisine est tres fonctionnelle, bien équiper, (j''ai apprécier la machine à Cafe Dolce Gusto), frigo, micro ondes, table de cuisson vitro (un peu vieillotte la table de cuisson) vaisselles diverses, la cuisine à aussi un petit balcon. Le jardin de la piscine et la piscine sont magnifique, très agréable pour petits et grands. Il y a une pataugeoire pour les petits. Des commerces de proximites sont à 5 minutes à pieds (coiffeur, alimentaire, café, pharmacie). La plage est à 400 ou 500 mètre, tres facile d'accès et tres rapide à y aller, place agréable. Les petits moins: bâtiments ancien (donc appartement ancien). Mauvaise insonorisation (on entend les voisins des qu'il parle fort ou monte chez eux dans l'escalier). Pas de lave linge ni de lave vaisselle. Climatisation seulement dans le séjour (qui fonctionne très bien), mais dans la chambre a l'opposé de l'appart on ne sentais pas la clim et il faisait tres chaud (on a investi dans un ventilateur qu'on a laisser dans l'appartement pour les autres en partant). la salle de bain à une baignoire dans un tres mauvaise état, une parti de la baignoire pars en morçeau (il y a un tapis au fond de la baignoire pour cacher et pour pouvoir marcher dessus pour ce laver). La télévision n'a que 8 ou 9 chaines, ce sont des chaines portugaise et anglaise, certaines chaines sont mal réceptionner, globalement il y a 3 chaines portugaise et 3 anglaises qui fonctionne bien.

A Corine foi a nossa primeira hóspede nesta plataforma (Homeaway), desde a recente aquisição desta propriedade em final de Abril deste ano. Com apenas apenas um mês até à entrada dos primeiros hóspedes, tivemos pouco tempo para efetuar as reformas que gostariamos fazer, de maneira a tornar o espaço mais acolhedor. Temos consciência dos aspetos a melhorar, bem identificados pela Corine, que já estão planeados para serem efetuados neste próximo inverno, tais como, a instalação de um ar condicionado no quarto e a reparação da banheira, cuja pintura não está nas melhores condições. Ainda assim esperamos ter conseguido proporcionar uma excelente estadia, na certeza de que iremos, com o tempo, melhorar ainda mais esta que é também a nossa casa. Obrigada Corina pela escolha.
