Nice stay

Nice stay, there was a leak in from the ceiling in the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms that they did not come check on or fix while we were there. Got out of bed and stepped in a puddle of water from the leak. The rest of the condo was nice, clean, and a good view of the beach!

Nice condo with excellent view

Everything was very good except for the cleanliness the floor and one of the bathrooms were dirty. Of the property what we did not like was the time it takes to catch the elevator

Nice view

Great location and awesome service from everyone at the building, the security people were pretty friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, we just ran to walmart to get our groceries. Elevators were packed sometimes during the day but overall worked pretty fast, about 40 seconds form the 2nd floor to the 30th. Parking was a breeze, lots of space and the 15 min spots next to the walkway in the 2nd level are a life saver. We will definitely comeback!

Nice view; was a few minor issues; overall was nice.

The elevator wait was little longer sometimes, It’s holiday time, otherwise it went well, the garbage disposal and dishwasher had some issues in our condo, but the view was great and saw amazing wild life. We had a great time, wifi was terrible, but lots of people there for the 4th of July. No cell service much. We had a good time and amazing views. I hated the 10 am check out however, very rushed with 7 people and some kids, especially on 30th floor.

Okay

Condo was fine. Loved that it had a ton of bathrooms. Didn’t realize it was on the 30th floor so that was awful. Sliding glass door got stuck and air conditioning was on a PIN number for several days. Took several calls to fix that. Air was on 78 prior to getting pin off.

We booked the 6th-10th with the impression we would get the full night of the 10th, and check out the next morning. This was not the case. So, not only could we not check in until 4 the 1st day, we had to leave early the 10th, after we were contacted and told we didn’t get that full day. We’ve booked in PCB for years, and this arrangement has never been the case anywhere else we have stayed. Probably will not be using these services.... Ever again. Also, the room was super dirty. There was dirt all over the floor, including cereal from the previous guests, the couches were sticky and stained. The concierge at check in was also rude.... If I could do this all over again, I would not book through any of the places we did this time. Really put a damper on the vacation. We have no problem cleaning up after ourselves, washing laundry, doing the dishes, etc.. But, we shouldn’t have to clean up after previous guest too.......... Disappointing.

Disappointed

Unfortunately was very disappointed in overall experience. Not only being charge over $100 more than quoted Cruz went thru a 3rd party but charged another over $80 using credit card...then to get there with a broken arm and dishwasher didn't work with 1 teenager and 5 kids was a note made. Stayed at resort in 2014 WITH NO ISSUES. resort itself is really nice.

Not satisfied at all!

Upon arrival we were told that our check in time was 4pm, yes on the email it stated on peak times it could take untill 6pm. There was one cleaning lady working on our room and she was in there after 6pm. My family was hot and tired and we just wanted to get in our room. There were other workers that would pop in their heads and slow her down. Around 6pm, I finally said I needed to talk to a manager, she told us to come on in and wait in the living room. There was a HUGE softball tournament going on and we were not aware of that. The elevator system was AWFUL!!! We did not get the promised supplies for our room. I called down the same day and was told that they would bring up first thing in the morning and was not done. I called a Manager on Monday to tell of my troubles and they tried to tell me that the check in time was until 6pm, but yet we were to have to check out by 10am. I then addressed my sister in law issue and was told that there was not sopose to be anyone in the rooms after 6pm. We were down at the beach and came up about 845pm, she had 3 cleaing people in her room with all their luggage. I was then told that I was going to be directed to YASMINE, to let her know what was going on. I have called several time and her VM even states that she promises to give a call back. Still to this day not a single call. SO NO I WILL NOT BE BACK. And I will let everyone know of my expierence. I also did not get the room I originally wanted, was told the dates were messed up. Property was not clean, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I wold not recommend to anyone.

OMG!!! What a view!!

For those who love heights, this panoramic view is breathtaking!! The condo in and of itself is spectacular. The staff at Panhandle Getaways could not have been more pleasant and helpful! Booking took seconds, access to condo was immediate thanks to the awesome app Panhandle Getaways provides, no need to go to office - straight to condo and whew you are vacation! Many thanks to such great company!
