IN THE VERY HEART OF DOWNTOWN ROME located on PIAZZA DI TREVI, corner with Piazza Dei Crociferi, WITH VIEW FROM TWO LARGE WINDOWS OF THE LIVING ROOM ON THE MARVELLOUS TREVI FOUNTAIN, the property (90 square metres) is a luxury comfortable and amazingly quiet one bedroom, spacious living room with separate dining area (up to 6 seats), one bathroom with cabin shower and one half bathroom, fully equipped kitchen apartment surrounded by fine dining and great shopping. Located at 3rd floor in a well maintained upscale eighteenth century building this bright apartment overlooks the amazing Trevi Fountain. You will never forget such a unique view!

As you can see from the pictures the apartment is very lovely, elegant and fine furnished. It has wood ceiling, fireplace and the care for details and the fine choice in the furniture characterized by high quality units and antiquities, make it simply unique in its style.

The flat, completely recently originally restructured, is really a sort of romantic “nest”, very peculiar, elegant and everything is neat and tidy.

It is perfect for a pair and, at the same time, up 4 guests can comfortably reside.

It consists of a double bedroom with king size bed (200x170cm), a large and bright living room with fireplace and separate dining room, a full bathroom with stall shower and a fully equipped kitchenette and a small bathroom. The living room has a very comfortable queen size sofa-bed (queen size 190X140cm).

The apartment is well equipped with independent heating system, continuous hot water, TV LCD 42, Wi-Fi internet connection, New Air Conditioning, washing machine, a small electric dryer rack, dishwasher, owen, toaster, kettle, iron, iron board, hair dryer.

Location, View and More!

  • 5 of 5

My daughters and I loved the location and the view. Best of all though is the high ceilings and huge windows in the main room -- making the apartment feel large and spacious. After a long day of walking, it feels great to come into the apartment and overlook the Trevi fountain.

Fantastic place to stay in Rome

  • 5 of 5

Great apartment centrally located overlooking the Trevi fountain. We were able to walk to all the sites. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Be aware that there are three flights of stairs to get to the apartment, but we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Can't beat the location!!

  • 5 of 5

It was a fantastic stay!! The location was great. The unit itself is very spacious. My kids loved the space for them to hang. Assunta arranged our pick up and drop off to and from the airport and everything went smoothly! Loved it. Will definitely stay there again next time we're in Rome and will recommend the place to family and friends.

Great location!

  • 5 of 5

I chose this apartment specifically for the location. We could walk to everything in Rome. We only took a cab once when we had already logged over 10 miles that day. The apartment was roomy and beautiful. The view of the Trevi fountain was amazing. I was nervous about the sound but it did quiet down at night and you could hardly hear anything in the bedroom. We loved having a centrally located place we could spend an hour or two before dinner after a long day of sightseeing.

Spanish Steps-Not Trevi Fountain

  • 4 of 5

This review is for an apartment next to the Spanish Steps instead of the Trevi Fountain. We had reserved the apartment next to the Trevi Fountain but due to a broken pipe we were moved to an apartment next to the Spanish Steps. The apartment we stayed in by the Spanish Steps was very nice. Large, comfortable and EXCELLENT location. We walked over to the Trevi Fountain and my wife and I were actually very glad we were staying by the Spanish Steps. The Trevi Fountain was a mad house when we were there and from what I could tell, it's pretty much always like that. And by mad house I mean a mob scene of people with police blowing there whistles about every 30 seconds to keep people from sitting on the edge of the fountain. Our apartment on the other hand was very quite. Plenty of restaurants, shops, gelato and a grocery store all within a few minute walk. Another big selling point was the metro stop at the Spanish Steps which was about about a one minute walk away from the apartment. This made going to various places (Colosseum, Vatican, etc.) very easy. The apartment at the Spanish Steps would be ideal for two families traveling together. 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, huge kitchen and living room and a wonderful deck that overlooks the Spanish Steps. I had a beer out there every afternoon after a day of seeing the sights. Also a great place to enjoy some gelato at night. The area was also very safe.Walking across the piazza one night my wife dropped some cash on the ground while getting her cell phone out of her purse and neither of us noticed. A vendor ran after us to give it back. The only things I could say bad about the apartment are that it could be better maintained. Two of the shower heads leaked and the refrigerator freezer didn't work so they brought in a little stand alone freezer in the kitchen. These were minor issues and didn't really detract from our enjoyment of the apartment, but given how nice the apartment was it seems like they would have been maintained better. The kitchen had everything you would need and the beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anybody visiting Rome and wanting a beautiful apartment in an outstanding location.

We also asked Assunta to arrange transportation from the airport for us. This was worth every penny. It cost 50 euros and we were met at the airport by our driver who was very polite and drove us right to our apartment.

Beautiful Large Flat Overlooking Trevi Fountain

  • 4 of 5

This is a beautiful home in a great location. High ceilings and modern decor. The main drawback for us was 5 flights of steps up and down each time you left. If you are challenged knees, hip, back...this space is not for you. Shower frame at base corner is old and rusted, drains slowly and needs replacing. Otherwise perfecto! Grazie Mile Francesco!!☮️🎏🌴
