House / Villa - Monte argentario le cannelle GR

Immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation, where you can breathe an enchanting air, you can easily access one of the most beautiful and renowned beaches of the Argentario. Garden of about 500 square meters, large panoramic terrace with spectacular views of the island of Giannutri, Giglio and Isola Rossa. Very large well-kept park that surrounds the entire property, in the vicinity there are two clubs, one with a large swimming pool on the beach with two restaurants and the other a sports club, tennis, football ... where you can register for the period, open from June 15 to September 15th. Unique object of its kind. Points of tourist interest: Porto Santo Stefano, boarding for the islands of Giannutri, Giglio, Elba, Montecristo. Terme di Saturnia (see waterfall). Uccellina Park. The villages of the Maremma, Manciano, Pitigliano, Sorano, Scansano, Magliano in Toscana, Pereta, Capalbio, 150km for Rome, 180km for Florence. The cost of the week includes an umbrella and two sun loungers. There are two sandy beaches near Orbetello, the 10 km long Feniglia and the 10 km long Giannella with equipped facilities.
After booking you can talk to us in English, French, German, Russian.

For access to the club pool there is a charge of 10 euros per person and is reserved for hotel guests and club members only and is therefore not public access. Children up to 6 years do not pay access to the pool. Swimming pool with sea water, open from June 15th to September 15th.
The property does not have heating for winter periods.

Great stay.

Host is fantastic (Franco) and the apartment has eveything. AC, dishwasher, laundry machine etc.... Aparment very close to the beach (5 min waliking distance)

In the middle of the nothing,

The first available place is Porto St. Stefano is although 11 km. it is 22-23 minutes driving on very dangerous curving road stripped by abysses. Distance from the sea: approx 390 meters, very steeped. Air condition only in one room, sherd building, it is not possible to let the cold elsewhere. No wifi phone sigh is weak you can't create mobil net. Owner only speak Italian. Many thanks to Celice, the manger at the pool, ho help me with translation and in everything.

Abbiamo passato una ottima vacanza all’Argentario località Cannelle. Il padrone di casa sig.Franco è stato molto gentile, attento alle nostre esigenze e alle procedure di check-in e check-out. La casa è in una bella posizione ed molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene… e anche il nostro amico a quattro zampe è stato molto bene. Da consigliare. Grazie ancora al sig.Franco.

Monte Argentario ist wunderschön, voller Natur und sehr empfehlenswert. Franco ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, warmherzig und hat uns mit offenen Armen empfangen. Es war ein schwerer Abschied und ein wunderbarer, unvergessener Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Der weite Weg hat sich mehr als gelohnt!

Franco und seine Tochter Christina kümmern sich sehr aufmerksam um ihre Gäste. Franco hat uns sogar persönlich von Porto San Stefano abgeholt, uns empfehlenswerte Restaurants gezeigt und am nächsten Vormittag eine Besichtigungstermin mit uns in der Umgebung gemacht, sehr positiv. Herrliche Lage und Umgebung. Sehr schönes toskanisches Landhaus. Kleine kulinarische Aufmerksamkeiten in der vollständig ausgestatteten Küche als Willkommensgeschenke.

das Haus liegt wunderschön, inmitten mediterraner Natur. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen grandiosen Meerblick. Lovely summer escape

Beautiful spot surrounded by nature - tall pine trees, sea breeze, and great sunsets. My favorite spot was the hammock by the garden terrace. Great place for families, our kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. We had excellent meals at the beach bar and many happy hours swimming. Bring a snorkel and swim shoes for sure. It was so nice we didn’t leave the compound more than once in a week. Would recommend spray and coils for mosquitos in the summer for eating outside at sunset.

Traumhafte Natur, Ruhe und phantstische Aussicht

Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Franco hat sich von Anfang an sehr liebevoll um uns gekümmert und uns ganz besondere Plätze gezeigt. Es war wie in einer Traumwelt, die wundervollen Wälder in ihrer starken Kraft gaben uns das Gefühl eins mit ihr zu sein. Tranquilla villetta con giardino e vicino a spiaggia stupenda

La casetta e´molto comoda, ha molto spazio fuori, una meravigliosa terrazza nel giardino ed e´a due pazzi dal mare. La casa e´bel attrezzata e con tutto quello che serve anche per bimbi piccoli. Il padrone di casa e´molto attento e gentile e vi accogliera´come foste suoi amici. In spiaggia e´compreso anche l´uso dei lettino e l´obrellone. Essendo la strada semiprivata non cé praticamente traffico. La spiaggia e´di sassi e scogli, carina e raccolta. Il ristorante ben servito e con vista sul mare. Non si possono affittare canoe o pedalo´. La parte piu´bella e´sotto l´acqua, perfetto per fare snorkeling, veramente si possono vedere vicino a riva animali stupendi e rari! Per chi vuole una vacanza nella natura e tranquillita´e´tutto perfetto. Considerate pero´che non cé il Wifi! E per fare la spesa bisogna tornare a Porto Santo Stefano, raggiungibile solo in macchina ( o in barca).

Vacanza splendida e molto rilassante!

Il proprietario, il gentilissimo signor Franco, è stato molto molto disponibile in tutto! E´ venuto a prenderci a porto Santo Stefano e ci ha accompagnati alla nostra dimora per le ferie. Non solo: ci ha spiegato tutto e di più della zona, mostrandoci di persona i punti più suggestivi! Una gentilezza veramente rara. La casetta offre molto spazio e dispone di una terrazza e giardino splendidi con un panorama mozzafiato. La spiaggia dista pochi minuti a piedi ed è attrezzata. Ci siamo trovati tutti molto bene! Grazie mille!

Villetta situata sul Monte Argentario, posizione molto panoramica (giardino con spazio relax veramente incantevole) silenziosa, pulitissima e dotata dei vari confort . Proprietario simpatico e molto disponibile. Vacanza assolutamente piacevole, da consigliare per famiglie e gruppi di amici.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Soggiorno ideale per chi vuole evadere dal caos cittadino....posto splendido immerso nella natura Caletta di ciotoli facilmente raggiungibile a piedi tramite un brevissimo sentiero e aggiungerei quasi esclusiva in quanto difficilmente raggiungibile dall'esterno del comprensorio, acqua cristallina , indispensabili le scarpette da scoglio. L'alloggio, una villetta immersa nel verde, è molto accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, bellissimo il giardino che la circonda. Molto disponibile il proprietario, il Sig. Cicerchia che all'accoglienza illustrerà e vi accompagnerà nella prima visita del luogo. Un posto un qui ritornare.

La casa è situata in un contesto naturale di rara bellezza, immerso nella natura con una vista spettacolare sul mare. Dal terrazzino si possono ammirare tramonti favolosi cullati dalla musica del mare sottostante. In pochi minuti a piedi si accede ad una caletta molto carina, con un bar ristorante dove si mangia benissimo. Il sig. Franco è persona gentilissima e accogliente, sempre molto discreto. La casa è fornita di tutto ciò che serve per in soggiorno comodo e confortevole. Peccato dover partire!

Basterebbe investire 3000 4000 euro anche da ikea per rendere gradevole il soggiorno, magari comprando delle posate nuove e non risalenti agli anni 80 per esempio. Anche 2 materassi non guasterebbero. Purtroppo mobili elettrodomestici, suppellettili e via dicendo sono dei tempi di mia nonna (che è morta da tempo). Anche la pulizia lascia a desiderare.

La posizione è fantastica La casa ispira una calda atmosfera

La posizione è fantastica: si gode una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulla costa. La casa ispira una calda atmosfera nella quale ci si sente subito avvolti. La cura del Sig. Franco nell'assicurare ogni comfort è stata elevata, abbiamo avuto tranquillità, possibilità di relax, disponibilità di tutto quello ci poteva essere utile, compreso l'accesso al mare in un contesto assolutamente gradevole.

Incantevole

I proprietari ci hanno accolto e coccolati come vecchi amici. La casa, immersa in un bellissimo giardino roccioso pieno di olivi e pini, ha una terrazza da cui si gode di una vista stupenda sul Giglio e Giannutri. La spiaggetta di ciottoli é una meraviglia. Che altro. Incantevole !!!
