A wonderful place to stay as a gateway to Provence

The location is perfect – very central but quiet. It is also very clean and nicely decorated with great natural light and everything you need for your stay including guide books and maps. Paul and Claudie were such lovely hosts, meeting us with the keys and at the end when we left. We very much hope to return as Avignon is a great base for exploring Provence, and this was a lovely home to come back to each day after a day out.

The perfect place to stay in Avignon

You would be hard pressed to find a better location than this apartment. It is central to everything that the city has to offer. It is clean, spacious and is the perfect base to explore from being in the center of the city and 1 minute walk from the market. We shopped daily and had all meals ‘at home’. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove and oven/griller so cooking is easy. Thank you Paul & Claudie for a great stay.

Lovely apartment.

Good for couples. Walk to everything. Quiet pedestrian area plenty of restaurants close by and the fabulous Les Halles market

Perfectly positioned property

Thoroughly enjoyed the amenities - the washing machine a real bonus! Apartment is very close to the market, nice restaurants and all heritage attractions. It was also quiet at night and sun filled during the day. Owner was very helpful and accommodating especially with our booking payment issue. Highly recommend this property.

Ideal location for exploring Avignon

Apartment is comfortable, charming and to a very high standard. In the centre of the old town in a pedestrian area, fabulous location for the food market, restaurants and Palais de Papes. Owner met us on arrival and helped us to settle in and showed us places of interest. Very friendly. Could not fault accommodation or location. Definitely recommend.
