About this property

Gulf Front on the Beach - Sun, sand, and water will be your view from every room

This is a single family home with a 2-car garage. The Master has a King Bed with attached bath with shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bath on the same level with both a tub and shower. All three bedrooms have views of the Gulf. The exterior decks on all 3 levels provide outdoor living at it's best. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck just outside the master suite, soak up the sun on the cushioned lounge chairs on the private beach just off the bottom level deck and enjoy a BBQ & social gatherings during sunset on the second level deck. The powder white sand and blue green waters of the Gulf just outside the back door are what dreams are made of. At night the wood burning fire pit on the beach is perfect for a gathering of family and friends while the moon dances on the water just steps from the back door.
It is located in a gated community which provides privacy and tranquility yet is close to many wonderful restaurants and activities.

This was our family's 4th straight year beach vacation at Sea la Vie. Exceptional location, and house is perfect size for our family. As always, when needed, Laurel communicates timely. Although we bring most of our beach gear and toys, the house is very equipped with essentials for the rooms and the beach. We spend enough time in the water that our children experience seeing fish, stingrays, dolphins, and manatees. And whether you watch from any of the 3 decks at the house, or walk to the water, the sunsets are "fantabulous". Additionally, there are many good local restaurants nearby. I know our family is already counting down for our next beach trip and continue to build great family memories at the beach house.

The hosts thought of everything! It was a game changer to have the comfortable lounge chairs right outside of the door with a giant umbrella, as well as all the beach toys and chairs. The location was convenient and we enjoyed how quiet the beach was compared to other areas along the beach. Highly recommend and we will definitely be planning a future trip there again.

Amazing!! My family and I have stayed here several times, and we’ve enjoyed every visit. Laurel is an excellent host—very responsive and always helpful. The house is beautiful, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. We especially love the beachfront location and sitting on the deck with our coffee in the morning or watching the sunsets in the evening. It’s also in a great location, close to everything! Can't wait for our next visit!

My family and I have stayed at Sea La Vie several times. It is always a wonderful experience. The sunsets from the deck are very beautiful and different every evening. Indian Shores beach is great for walking and for viewing dolphins passing by close to the shore. You get your own private beach plot with a fire pit. Laurel is a very responsive host. We will be back.

Wonderful Seaside Vacation

My family had another enjoyable vacation at Sea La Vie. The house is spacious and meticulously clean. The location, right on the beach, can’t be beat. And the decks looking out over the ocean are spectacular. We hope to return next year.

Sea La Vie was a perfect location. The beds were very comfy and the house was clean! They had toys and chairs to use. The car garage is a plus as well. We have 3 kids under 7 and it was very accommodating for our family. Would definitely stay here again! The Indian Shores sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. Water was clear most days! Enjoy a pic of the moon one of the mornings we stayed there.

Sealavie a PARADISE!

Another wonderful stay at our favorite beach house in Indian Shores. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and laundry area, amazing bathrooms, but best of all, beautiful beach access and jaw dropping sunsets every night. Laurel Enloe is a dream to work with. Stay here, you won’t be sorry!

We purchased this property in October 2014. Two months were spent renovating and furnishing it with a goal of providing ourselves, and our guests, with a little bit of luxury and relaxation in a beautifully decorated space. We all deserve the best while on vacation. Sea La Vie --- our little piece of paradise we are happy to share with you.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this peaceful and serene strip of sand on the gulf coast which also has several fun spots nearby to be social and meet new people. The sand is pristine, the water warm, blue, and beautiful. The privacy of the beach makes this the perfect spot for relaxation.

What makes this property unique

The thing we enjoy the most are the Views! The home has unobstructed ocean views from almost every room including the main living area, master bedroom, and guest bedrooms. Guests will enjoy high quality bedding, remodeled bathrooms, new washer and dryer, top of the line outdoor furniture, and fire pit for outdoor living at it's finest! Each of the 3 balconies provides special moments. Morning coffee on the rocking chairs outside the master suite is delightful. BBQ's, social gatherings, and sunsets on the second level deck are spectacular. Our favorite spot however is our own private beach on the ground level. We have cushioned lounge chairs to soak up the sun during the day and Adirondack chairs circling a wood burning fire pit on the beach during the evenings. We hope our guests enjoy it like we do...
