Perfect Beach front property, quiet 12 unit building. Can accommodate 8 with air mattresses available. 3rd floor corner unit with wraparound Gulf front balcony, large open concept (20 foot wide) living, dining area. Also, additional balcony off Master suite with gulf and Intercoastal views (great for sunrise viewing).
View of the water from kitchen, new appliances, wine fridge, large dining table with extra seating at the breakfast bar. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms and living room, keyless entry. Swimming pool and poolside restrooms.
Direct access from parking garage to the beach. 2 parking spots available, 1 covered, 1 guest. Secured entry to the elevator lobby, and staircases. 3 units per floor. Wagon available to help transport luggage and groceries, as well as getting chairs and a cooler to the beach. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time away.
