Eric was a great host and we had a fantastic stay at the Villa. The space is larger than the photos might suggest and feels quite private - a relaxing retreat from the beachside hustle ! Highly reccomend!

Family trip in Phuket

We had a great time in the villa for our week stay in Phuket. Eric has been very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The house location is good, quiet and safe even with infants. It was clean, equipped as per the details and the pool is great. We will come back to same address next time!

Nice place and within walking distance to the basics

We enjoyed our time, beautiful house and pool. Could have used a hair dryer, but all the other necessities were provided. About 15-20 minute walk to Kamala beach and 5-10 to hail a cab on the street. If you are looking to stay in Kamala would definitely recommend.

Perfect Time

This property is amassing. Close to local shops, and not to far away from the beach. The manager is a legend. Very helpful and easy to communicate. He also have a small park of motorbikes, so you can rent it from him without any hustle. Very recommended.

Wonderful Vacation

Eric's villa is a great spacious place where you can just feel good. The furnishings are very tasteful, in top condition and clean. The pool is huge and surrounded by a wonderful garden. The communication with the owner Eric and his manager Damian is uncomplicated. Dear Eric, thanks again for letting us be your guest. Hope we will see you soon again Sabine and Andreas

Another excellent stay

We went back to this villa two months after our original stay in the summer. It was just as we remembered; perfect for a great stay in Kamala. Damian was excellent (again) in organising taxis and in both our personal welcome and send off. There is nothing else to add from our original review. It is a great villa, very comfortable in a nice quiet area a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the beach. Perfect.

Good place to chill

This Villa is a great place to stay. it is secluded and quiet most of the time. There is a herd of cows who can get a bit noisy but that's lovely. There are a couple of useful convenience stores with ATMs and several local restaurants within a short walk. The local market on Tuesdays and Fridays is only a little further. with the beach the other side of that. it takes about 30mins to get to the beach at a leisurely pace. The main supermarket is about 40mins walk and there are plenty of restaurants in the town before you get to it.

We chose the property for its location in Kamala beach, and for it's privacy. We were not disappointed, we always felt safe and once we got to know the area, it was easy to move around town from the villa. The property has a beautiful and large swimming pool, and we spent most of our time here! The only let down was on the cleanliness side, we felt that a bit more effort could have been made to ensure that the villa was spotless when we arrived. This is something that can be fixed very easily though and did not distract from our stay. We can recommend the villa to anyone who needs a central place in Kamala to stay, but who also enjoys their privacy.

Gepflegtes Haus mit Pool

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Die Besitzer und der Helfer vor Ort, bei dem wir eingecheckt haben, waren gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und schön eingerichtet, die Küche hatte alles , was man brauchte. Klimaanlage und Fernseher funktionierten, wir konnten auch Filme auf Netflix gucken. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus, das ganze Grundstück ist umzäunt (elektrische Tore). Mit Mietauto kein Problem zu erreichen, ansonsten sind es schon ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. In der Nähe sind 2 Supermärkte und auch ein großer Markt (bis 21h geöffnet). Guter Ausganspunkt für Ausflüge. Einzig zu bemängeln wären einige abgelaufene Lebensmittel, die von Vormietern in den Schränken gelassen wurden und ein paar etwas "müffelnde" Küchenschränke (ältere Lappen/Putzmittel). Diese könnte man mal aussortieren. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

A great two week stay in this great property

This villa was a great find. It is exactly as described on the website and has absolutely everything you would need for a great holiday in Kamala, Phuket. The villa is spacious and it was perfect for our family of five. The bedrooms are very comfortable but you will spend most of your time outside at the under covered patio table or in the pool. It really is a superb villa to stay in. The photos are very true to the villa. A big thanks to Damien who checked us in and out so professionally and kindly and was on hand with hints, tips and advice for a good stay. The villa is located within an easy walk (10mins) of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, massage places and another 10mins across the road lands you on the beach with even more choice for lunch and dinner. So it is well positioned for an overall great stay. Communication with the owners was very prompt and they were very helpful with our booking. We hope to be back!

Super séjour!

Le proprietaire nous a appelez suite à notre réservation sur le site et il a organisé notre transfert ,un taxi nous attendez à l'aéroport pour nous amener à la villa(un plus aprés 12h00 d'avion) Ann nous a fait visiter la villa qui se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée avec un gardien, conforme aux photos, 3 chambres, 2 sdb et 1 piscine privée sans vis-à vis , le plus c'est la présence de Gégé le beau-frére du propriétaire qui habite juste à côté, un homme serviable et hyper gentil, merci pour les chocolats... Vous êtes à 10 minutes à pieds des restos et 20 de la plage,et à 15 de fantasea autrement un taxi vous coutera 200 bath pour aller à kamala beach. Que dire de plus, un agréable séjour nous recommandons vivement.

Magnifique villa digne d'un film hollywoodien

très belle villa, spacieuse, confortable, bien aménagée, décorée avec goût. Au calme et à 25mn de la mer à pied, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Accueil du personnel chaleureux, prêt à vous faire plaisir dès la première question. Nous avons passé 8 jours magnifiques. Vous pouvez y aller sans retenue, vous serez conquis.

Villa tres bien équipée avec piscine privée ect... Dans un quartier tres calme sur kamala beach . A proximité de nombreux restaurants . La plage est a seulement 10 min a pied . Notre hôte a etait tres réactif a nos moindre demande . Nous reviendrons sans hésité. Merci pour votre acceuil .

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Kamala. La villa est bien situé. Possibilités de se rendre à la plage à pied. Très bon restaurants à proximités ( El Giardino). La villa est très agréable, la literie confortable et des très beau volumes. L'extérieur est top. Très belle propriété. Gégé, qui nous a reçu est vraiment disponible et pleins de bons conseils. Merci pour les bons moments passés à Kamala. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Vacanza fantastica...stupenda thai e location

La casa e' veramente accogliente e disposta molto bene, stanze e bagni grandi. La piscina fantastica. Vicina alla spiaggia di Kamala e ai vari ristoranti e supermercati della zona. Unica cosa negativa l'eccessivo costo della corrente, per solo un mese 470€. Mai in 5 anni che andiamo in Thailandia abbiamo pagato così tanto. Comunque vacanza da ricordare. Valeria & Nicola

Une très agréable villa

Nous venons de passer 1 mois dans cette agréable villa. Spacieuse, bien équipée, meublée avec goût et très propre. La piscine grande et bien entretenue. A conseiller avec une voiture pour aller à la plage et au centre ville. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Très belle prestation

La villa est très bien située , proche de petits restaurants sympas, de la plage ( 20 bonnes minutes à pieds) commerces. L équipement de la villa est très complet et conforme au descriptif. La piscine est très agréable. A part cela, l accueil d Alain a été très agréable et lui comme le propriétaire font tout pour vous aider dans vos démarches. Merci encore à eux. Nous étions cinq et gardons tous un super souvenir de ce séjour. Catherine

Very nice stay in Kamala in this nice villa

The villa is new and very well equipped. Bedrooms are perfect for a family and pool is well maintained. I will recommend strongly the villa - pls note that it is a good 10mins by bicycle of nearest beach which was fine for us as it is easy to rent them or scooter. Kamala is perfect for family, maybe bit quiet for young couples. There are plenty of local shop (fantastic swedish bakery), decent Greek and French restaurant and nice local ones. Laem Singh beach is a beautiful, secluded beach near Kamala and is a true diamond. Only downside is that like any other part of Phuket, there are a lot of construction around and is worth enjoying now rather than later. All in all a very good week !
