We had a wonderful stay in this spacious home in a lovely location. We chose it for the shady terrace and outdoor spaces, and these did not disappoint! There’s a terrific outdoor shower (with hot water) and a nice grilling area. And it’s just 15 minutes from the beach.

Lovely Property

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa. Our hosts were very welcoming and house was spotless. Solanas is lovely but not many restaurants, shops etc. Google maps not reliable re opening times and days so less local facilities than expected. Ideal for a quiet, relaxing break- car essential.

Beautiful home to experience the vibe of Sardinia

Located in a small quaint town, the home was just what we were looking for to experience authentic Sardinia. A short scenic drive from multiple gorgeous beaches and tourist towns. The outdoor space of the home was absolutely beautiful. Our kids could not wait to be out there every morning and when we were not out touring Sardinia we ate, drank and relaxed out in the garden. The house was super clean, had everything we needed. Was great to be able to use a full size kitchen with having kids. The home felt secure and safe, which was a huge plus for me. The host was really helpful and available if we had any questions. Gianni met us at the house to give us a tour which was really nice. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Well located detached house

The communication with Gianni before arrival went smoothly. The house is easy to find. We were warmly welcomed and instructed in the most important things. The house was extremely clean! The very good insulation, both of the walls and the windows, should also be emphasised. The latter protects against heat and noise. There are very well functioning air conditioning systems, although I try to avoid them if possible, as I cannot tolerate them. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things. The location allows you to get to Cagliari or Villasimius in reasonable time. The beach is within walking distance, although we are more into hiking, road cycling and boating. The outdoor area offers the possibility to sit down. However, we underestimated the main road. At least in September, it was very audibly busy. During the day it is not a problem, but in the morning, when you sleep with the window open, it is noticeable. There are restaurants within walking distance, and we particularly liked the pizzeria.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gianni and Licia's home in Solanas and would happily return! The house is beautiful, spotless, and immediately felt welcoming. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to excellent air conditioning, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach.Gianni was a wonderful host. Communication before and throughout our stay was excellent—he was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.The outdoor space was one of our favorite features—perfect for enjoying dinner or an evening drink. We also really appreciated having beach chairs and other beach equipment available for guests. Traveling as a family, the three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space.The location is excellent. It's just a short drive to the stunning beaches around Villasimius, but we actually fell in love with nearby Solanas Beach. Only about four minutes away, it is beautiful, peaceful, easy to park, and much less crowded than many of the larger beaches.Gianni and Licia have created a wonderful home that is comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and impeccably maintained. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return on our next visit to Sardinia!

Das alleinstehende Haus ist gut ausgestattet, liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße und ist von hohen Bäumen umgeben. Es bietet viel Platz für eine Familie. Die Innenräume sind auch bei hohen Temperaturen schön kühl, so dass man kaum die Klimaanlage nutzen muss. Die Betten sind bequem. Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben schön frisch gerochen. Toller Garten mit Außendusche und überdachter Terrasse. Zum schönen Strand im Ort sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Vermieter sind freundlich und sympathisch.

Schönes Haus

Wir haben uns im Haus von Gianni und seiner Frau sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden herzlich von beiden empfangen und in das Haus eingewiesen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles für den täglichen Gebrauch. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön und lädt zum verweilen ein. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Pizzerien und Restaurants. Die Strände in Villasimius sind sehr zu empfehlen und wunderschön - schon alleine der Ausblick auf der Fahrt dorthin ist Wahnsinn. Ein Fahrzeug ist unbedingt notwendig. Unbedingt Insektenschutzspray mitnehmen – das Haus hat Gott sei Dank sehr hochwertige Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, deshalb sollte die Haustür auch immer geschlossen sein. Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Absolute Empfehlung

Die Villa entspricht genau den Fotos. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge perfekt. Man ist schnell in Villasimius und rund herum gibt es herrliche Strände. Die Villa war sehr sauber und ist mit dem Garten und der Terasse sehr schön. Die Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus funktionierte einwandfrei. In der Küche stand ein großer Kühl-/Gefrierschrank. Der Vermieter Gianni und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und haben uns persönlich den Schlüssel überreicht. Die Kommunikation war auf englisch ohne Probleme. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus von Gianni ganz klar und gerne weiter.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het huis van Gianni, geweldige tuin, 's avonds wel allert zijn op de muggen. Ons enigste minpuntje was de douchecabine, erg klein en water liep niet goed weg. Het huis was mooi ruim, goede airco, buitenbarbeque, goede keuken, gastvrije huiseigenaar, contact liep goed.

Toller Familienurlaub mit Hund

Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche im Süden von Sardinien. Nach kurzer flexibler Absprache wurden wir nach unserer Ankunft von den netten Vermietern begrüßt. Das Haus entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Insbesondere der großzügige Aussenbereich mit mehreren Terrassen, Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Vorhallen der Aussendusche haben uns gut gefallen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sich unproblematisch frei bewegen konnte— insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Wunderschön

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Giannis Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Betten sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage ist in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer und funktioniert sehr gut. Vor allem die Aussendusche war toll bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen und nach den Strandgängen. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in/Check-out haben sehr gut funktioniert. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es einige tolle Strände die per Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

In der Sonne und im Schatten

Ein sehr gut Schall- und Wärmeisoliertes Haus im Schatten der Tannenbäume. Hier lassen sich dank Klimaanlage auch Außentemperaturen von weit über 40° locker ertragen. Gute Strände sind in 5 Autominuten schnell zu erreichen. Der Hausbesitzer ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mensch. Wir waren 1 Woche da und sind alle top zufrieden. Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderbares Haus

Super für kleine Kinder, da Grundstück mit Zaun. Küche super eingerichtet zum kochen, toller Grill. Alles sehr sauber. Schöner und gepflegter Garten inkl. Terasse. Wunderbare Strände in der Nähe. Kommunikation mit Gianni hat super funktioniert, er meldet sich schnell bei Fragen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Super schönes Haus mit Garten.

Wir haben uns in unserem Ferienhaus von Gianni Ligas super wohl gefühlt. Es war alles so, wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist ideal für Familien mit Kinder, da es einen tollen großen Garten gibt. Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Noch mal 5 Sterne. Und vielen Dank nochmal an Gianni und seine Frau
