Superb apartment in El Carmen

Absolutely perfect apartment everything needed for a stay in Valencia.Host Vincente was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble,from meeting us off our late flight in person to booking us a taxi to the airport. He gave us so much great advise on restaurants and things to see and do. We would not hesitate to recommend his apartment.

Perfect For Us

Vicente was a wonderful host. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything we might need. Location is perfect. We've been to Valencia many times to visit our daughter and this was a great choice for us. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay in Valencia!!!

The reviews were spot on about the apartment and super host Vicente!!!! He is very accommodating and communicates before, during and after your stay. The apartment is exactly like the pictures and has everything you need for your holiday. The washer was much appreciated! It is in a great location and easy to walk to everything in city center. The transportation system is easy to get to and can take you anywhere you want to go! Again Vicente is an amazing host who makes great recommendations and is available for any of your needs. I highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Valencia!!!

We loved our apartment in Valencia. It was in a perfect location, in a quiet and quaint neighborhood but very easy to walk to restaurants, shops, museums and parks. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and Vicente is the perfect host! He was in contact with us before our trip and helped us figure out how to get there by train, and then checked in while we were there with suggestions of restaurants and things to do. He was so helpful!! We would definitely stay there again!!

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Valencia!

Vicente is a host that goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome! He even helped me with transportation questions before we came to his place. The rental is lovely and in such a charming and historical area. I highly recommend Vicente’s place!

Extraordinary place. Great location, clean and Vincente thought of everything. He went above and beyond and would rate above a 10 if possible. If travels take me back to Valencia, returning there for sure. Hospitality like this is hard to find.

Geweldige verblijf

Na een super ontvangst door Vicente hebben we genoten van het fijne appartement. Ligt in een mooie rustige straat vlakbij veel gezellige restaurantjes en barretjes. We komen zeker een keer terug!

A great break plus MotoGP

It was also so incredibly easy. Vicente met us at the apartment and explained where everything was in the apartment and places to see. It was like having our own tourist guide! The apartment was spotless and cosy, everything we wanted. Central to beautiful market, bakery and restaurants. Thoroughly recommend the Valencia experience starting at the apartment, ❀

Awesome location in the old Town but still silent environment

The landlord is amazing. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations or public transportation. The flat has everything you can imagine (makup towels,tabs for washing Maschine/dishwasher, sun umbrella....). The only thing missing is a scale for luggage because there are sooo many nice things to bring home 😊. At night it is very silent it is even possible to sleep with open windows. Thank you very much for our lovely week in your apartment.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt im Stadtzentrum / Herzen von Valencia und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Markt ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch die Innenstadt folgend nicht viel weiter. Die Wohnung war super sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Außerdem war alles super sauber und man hat sich sehr heimisch und wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Anbieter ist wirklich super, war Vor und WĂ€hrend der Reise immer erreichbar und hatte super Tipps fĂŒr eine schöne Zeit parat! Vielen Dank fĂŒr diesen Tollen Service!

Best Experience in the City

Vicente and his family were so welcoming to us when we came up to go to La Tomatina in August. The apartment had everything we needed from fresh towels, makeup wipes, lasagna dishes and really effective air con! It was honestly a pleasure to return to a crisp cold apartment after long days in the hot Sun! The apartment itself is so close to the city centre and amazingly convenient for cultural expeditions into the heart of this beautiful Spanish city! Truly had an amazing experience and Vicente was a fantastic host! ÂĄMuchas GracĂ­as!

Vicente's place was immaculate. Although he was unable to meet us upon our arrival, he arranged for his adult son to be at the apartment and give us a tour of the facility. My wife says that this is the best equipped place we have ever rented and we have stayed in well over 30 vrbo rentals. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Great location in the old city!

Absolutely fabulous

The apartment is great and so is the location. Everything you could possibly need was supplied and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Vicente is an absolutely amazing host and couldn’t be more helpful and kind, he met us at the apartment and gave us maps etc and explained where everything is, he even left us wine & beer and basic commodities. I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough and have absolutely no negatives. Would definitely stay here again- thank you Vicente!

A delightful apartment in Valencia, great for short or long stays

We stayed for 12 nights at 29 Calle Ripalda, and loved it. The apartment is on the first floor, so is perfectly manageable for most people. The area is pretty quiet, and I would say it is gentrifying. There is a nice local covered market, a good supermarket, bicycle hire shops, a bakery, bars and restaurants all with 2-3 minutes walk. Several bus stops are nearby, which take you to the city centre, the beach or the City of Arts & Sciences, it's really handy. The main market and city are about 10 minutes walk south, or you can get to the Turia Gardens in about 5 minutes, which are very pleasant. The apartment is well kitted out, with a good shower, excellent air conditioning and pretty much everything you'd need in the kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, even a coffee machine). The owner has even provided things like an iron (and board), a hairdryer and all sorts of creature comforts. It's very comfortable and made the stay very easy. Valencia is a lovely city, book a stay at 29 Calle Ripalda and enjoy it!

My daughter and I had such a wonderful holiday in Vicente's apartment. It is in a great spot, in a friendly neighbourhood, in a fantastic city! Vicente had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and straightforward. The apartment is perfect. I would highly recommend staying there and hope to do so again myself, as I cannot fault it. Sistemazione ideale per vivere appieno il centro di Valencia

Vicente Ăš davvero una persona squisita e disponibile, ho soggiornato una settimana con mia figlia presso il suo appartamento e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Posizione ottima sia per visitare il centro storico che per muoversi con bus e metro, curato in ogni dettaglio e molto accogliente. Lo consiglio! Grazie infinite a Vicente che non ha lasciato nulla al caso, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare bibite fresche e una buona colazione. Se dovessi tornare a Valencia mi affiderei sicuramente a lui!
