As part of our Island Collection, 'Pavilion a la Plage' is a seven bedroom, five and a half bathroom home located in the heart of Isle of Palms, in an area called Pavilion Place. The home is in a small community of just six homes that share a large swimming pool and picnic area that is right behind the home (open March- September depending on weather).

Pavilion a la Plage is located in a prime location for families and vacationers looking to enjoy all the Isle of Palms has to offer. The home is just 75 yards from the beach and within walking distance to Front Beach restaurants, bars, and shops.

We require the first half of your rental amount at the time of booking. The remainder of your rental amount will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. If you book within 45 days of your intended arrival, full payment is due at booking.

We offer travel insurance to all of our guests through Red Sky. Red Sky specializes in the Isle of Palms area and covers

you in the occurrence of a mandatory evacuation, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc.

Each reservation is charged a refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be run in the week leading up to your arrival, and will be fully refunded within 30 days of your departure after we have inspected the home for any major damages.

This house was a good size for our group, 14 spanning three generations

Property was well kept, maintenance issues were handled quickly (unfortunately the fireplace wouldn’t work.) we mostly enjoyed the long farmhouse size table. Great for meals but also for games as we were inside a lot due to the weather.

Perfect place for a large family gathering

We have rented several houses on Isle of Palms for our extended family gathering over Thanksgiving. This is the first time that the house has been fully stocked with utensils, plates, glassware and linens. Its proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops makes walking everywhere possible. Having the grocery store less than half a mile away doesn't hurt either! We highly recommend staying at Playa La Plage

Fabulous multi-generational escape

This spacious, pristine home was the ideal setting for our recent three generation family getaway! Just steps away from the beach, shopping, restaurants and the ice cream parlor. Plenty of activities for the littlest ones all the way to grandparents. We loved that the house had open dining/living area for us all to convene ... Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful property

Very comfortable house and great accommodation for our entire family (12 people).

Plenty of bathrooms for everyone, large living and dining room to hang out, conveniently located next to beach, bars and restaurants. Shelley and her team catered to all of our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place for a relaxing family vacation!

Beautiful vacation home within walking distance to

This home was just right for a family vacation! The house is well maintained and clean. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It's so nice not to have to get in a car every time you want to do something! The house is spacious enough that everyone can be together yet have their own bedroom and bath. We enjoyed the beach which is close by. There was a playground for the children. I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends!
