As part of our Island Collection, 'Pavilion A La Plage' is a seven bedroom, five and a half bathroom home located in the heart of Isle of Palms, in an area called Pavilion Place. The home is in a small community of just six homes that share a large swimming pool, picnic area and is right behind the home. 'Pavilion A La Plage' is located in a prime location for families and vacationers looking to enjoy all the Isle of Palms has to offer. The home is just 75 yards from the beach and within walking distance to "Front Beach" restaurants, bars and shops. 'Pavilion A La Plage' features wood floors in the common areas, carpeted floors in the bedrooms, tile floors in the bathrooms and granite countertops in the kitchen. The whole family can gather and enjoy the open floor plan with the open kitchen, dining and living areas.
On the first floor of Pavilion A La Plage you can enjoy spending time with family and friends in the open floor plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen in this home features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a bar seating area with five barstools. On this floor are two bedrooms--the first is appointed with a king bed and shared bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom allows for extra sleeping room with two twin trundle beds which pull out underneath for a total of four twins. This room shares the bath with the king room. There is also a half bath on this floor by the kitchen.
The second floor in 'Pavilion A La Plage' encompasses the remaining five bedrooms. The first of these sleeping quarters features a queen bed, with a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Next to the first queen bedroom, is a second bedroom with a King bed also featuring its own private bath with walk-in shower. The next bedroom is another queen bedroom and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The spacious upstairs master features a king bed and shares a large bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The last room on this floor contains a twin day-bed with a pull-out trundle and shares the large master bathroom. The second floor in 'Pavilion A La Plage' also features a wet-bar by the laundry room.

This was a perfect location for the groom and groomsmen this past weekend for a Boone Hall destination wedding. We rented 4 houses on the Isles of Palm for a long weekend and walked between.
The guys loved this place and enjoyed catching up and "celebrating" before the Big Day.
This house is only a block from the beach and from the small town strip of stores, restaurants, and bars. It was extremely quiet, but we were not there during the busy season. The only unfortunate thing about the house is that it does not come with beach chairs. For a large family traveling from all different areas of the country, we could not bring beach chairs for everyone and it would have been nice for the house to come with a few for the renters to use. The house was very spacious, the kitchen was stocked with cookware, and it was nice for each bedroom to have it's own bath. Would definitely recommend this house or visit again!
I planned a Charleston golf trip for my old high school buddies and chose Isle of Palms as our home base because of its central location and easy access to downtown Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and Wild Dunes. Pavilion a la Plage was the perfect spot for us. We could walk to the beach, Sea Biscuit for breakfast, Coconut Joe's for lunch and an afternoon beer, and the Windjammer for entertainment and a few drinks to cap the day. The seven bedrooms allowed almost everyone to have their own room, which is nice when you're in your 50's and need your sleep. The house was clean and spacious. I'd rent there again given similar needs.
The house itself is gorgeous with beautiful furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. Its proximity to the beach and restaurants and bars is amazing and it's only about 25 minutes to downtown Charlestown. All in all the house was more than we could ask for.
