Villa with private pool, with panoramic sea view and breathtaking sunset


The villa is located in the village of ‘Torre delle Stelle’. in a dead-end street for which there is no vehicular traffic other than that of the residents. This means that there is much tranquillity at all hours of the day and night.
The house enjoys an excellent panoramic view. As the crow flies it is 250 metres from the sea. In fact, on foot it is possible to reach, in a 10-minute walk along a somewhat winding path, a very beautiful rocky cove where you can go diving.
For diving enthusiasts....., about 80 metres from the coast and about 15 metres deep, it is possible to admire the wreck of the ship ‘Entella’ (95 metres long) sunk by the ‘Safari’ (a British submarine) on 10 April 1943.
Within the village of ‘Torre delle stelle’, there are two white sandy beaches. The beach closest to the house, ‘Canne Sisa’, is about 1 km away, while the other, ‘Genn'e Mari’, is about 2 km away.
Inside the house there is a table football (foosball). It is nice to intersperse rest with a bit of healthy competition between friends and relatives. The existing wi-fi line inside the house has a speed of 7 mega.
On request, a dinner can be organised with roast suckling pig and typical Sardinian products including desserts and liqueurs. All cooked on the spot.
Torre delle Stelle. In the south east of Sardinia, about 20 kilometres from Cagliari and about 15 kilometres from Villasimius. It offers tranquillity, relaxation and fun.
Torre delle Stelle is a village of second homes and has two large, beautiful beaches with fine, white sand and very clear, emerald-green water. The beaches are ideal for children, as the water gradually becomes higher.
In Torre delle Stelle, in addition to food shops, there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, many tennis courts, football pitches, a riding school, a diving school, a nautical club and other water sports possibilities.

Great holiday with a nice house

We had a great holiday in this accommodation. The contact with the owner was easy and uncomplicated. The house is well equipped and we had a good time on site. With the car we reached a lot of beautiful beaches in this great area.

Wonderful vacation in Torre delle Stelle

Beautiful and well equipped villa on top of Torre delle Stelle. The road to get to it is a bit of a challenge but doable. We spent most of our time in the pool area enjoying meals and sunsets. Thank you Davide for the great communication and availability at all times!

Great vacation in a nice vacation home

The house is situated in a quiet area. We had a wonderful time there and especially enjoyed the pool and the outside area. The house has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The way there is a little challenging and you definitely need a car. The beaches in the area are wonderful. The little supermarket in Torre delle Stelle(Palmira) has everything you need even fresh baking goods, fresh meat and fish! Davide was very helpful, very good communication!

Really nice property with views out to the sea (good sunsets). Lovely pool and good beaches near by - Solanas was favourite but the very close one was also good. Very much an Italian family holiday area with not many other tourists. Well equipped and Davide was easy to contact and sorted a blocked air conditioning unit quickly. It was great to have lots of water and coffee on arrival too plus the Sardinian pastries. Thanks very much, a relaxing holiday was had by all (a part from awful Ryan Air journeys both ways!)

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlichst vom Vermieter empfangen. Die Übergabe verlief problemlos.Nach dem Check - In inspizierten wir das Haus. Vielleicht sind wir ja etwas pingelig, aber uns war aufgefallen, dass die MundspĂŒlbecher, ein Lavabo und teilweise die SchrĂ€nke innen ( Staub ) nicht ganz so sauber waren.Auf der Terrasse fanden wir dann noch Scherben am Boden. Ansonsten war alles i.O.Das Haus ist umgeben von StrĂ€uchern und BĂ€umen in einem ruhigem Quartier. Der Pool hat eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe um ein paar Runden zu Schwimmen. Die KĂŒche ist nach unserem Geschmack etwas klein geraten. Es sind aber doch zwei KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke vorhanden.Die Zufahrtsstraße und die Quartierstrassen ( Naturstrassen ) sind ziemlich holprig. Also nicht gerade fĂŒr schöne, tiefergelegte Autos gedacht!Alles in Allem konnten wir uns sehr gut erholen und genossen die Ruhe, die wir dort hatten. Der Vermieter ist ein netter unkomplizierter Mann, der fĂŒr alle Fragen Antworten bereit hatte. Top und danke gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in ruhiger AtmosphÀre

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern 4 und 6) haben fast zwei Wochen in der Villa in Torre Delle Stelle verbracht. Wir wurden freundlich von Davide empfangen, der uns alles gezeigt und erklĂ€rt hat. Er war auch wĂ€hrend unserem Aufenthalt immer telefonisch erreichbar und hat uns bei Restaurant Reservierungen usw. unterstĂŒtzt. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage auf einem Hang mit einem tollen Meerblick. Wir hatten daher sehr ruhige und entspannte Tage mit der Familie im Haus. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber viele nĂŒtzlichen Sachen, wie z.B. Sonnenschirme und einem zweiten KĂŒhlschrank fĂŒr GetrĂ€nke. Die Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls gut. Vom Haus aus lassen sich viele StrĂ€nde (Villasimius, Cala Sinzias oder die Costa Rei in ca. 30 min erreichen. Torre Delle Stelle verfĂŒgt selber ĂŒber zwei kleinere StrĂ€nde auf den Seiten des Dorfes. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei einem tollen, netten Gastgeber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Positiv war das der Vermieter nett und unkompliziert ist. Die Location war fĂŒr 6 Mann ausreichend groß und entsprechend ausgestattet. Die Aussicht und das Land sind einfach mega, immer wieder eine Reise wert. Negativ sind leider die Straßen zu den HĂ€usern, Fahrzeuge sollten eine erhöhte Bodenfreiheit haben.

Charmante maison familiale

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (frÚre, soeur, conjoint et enfants) et avons adoré cette maison. La piscine était top et la maison ne manque pas d'espace. Malgré une météo pas trÚs conciliante, le couvert est grand et permet d'accueillir tout le monde, y compris le babyfoot. Merci à Davide pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

+Besitzer Davide und seine Angestellten haben eine sehr angenehme zuvorkommende Art. Es wurde nachgefragt, ob alles gut ist oder uns etwas fehlt. +Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns haben die Holzmöbel sehr gefallen. + allgemein Sauber: Badezimmer, BettwÀsche, etc. + alles nötige vorhanden, wie beschrieben. + Kinder haben tÀglich mit Freude Tischfussball gespielt! +Pool Sauber und hat Licht + hat gut funktioniert mit Kindern im Alter zwischen 2.5Jahre und 12jahren. + +sehr zuverlÀssigen Internetanschluss. + mehrere schöne saubere Sand- StrÀnde in 10 Min-Autofahrt erreichbar. Zum Teil sehr ruhig aber trotzdem manche Bars noch offen bis Mitte Oktober. + weiter Weg ist Villasimius. Sehr empfehlenswert, unbedingt einmal zu besuchen. Sehr schön. Touristisch.

Alles super

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben und wir haben dort eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Der Gastgeber Davide war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Anfragen immer sofort reagiert. Da wir verspĂ€tet gelandet sind und auch Probleme bei der Autovermietung hatten, kamen wir viel spĂ€ter als vereinbart an der Unterkunft an - das war ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem, Davide hat auf uns gewartet und uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch die sehr frĂŒhe Abreise (wegen Flug) war kein Problem. Wir haben die PrivatsphĂ€re und den eigenen Pool sehr genossen und uns sehr gut erholt. FĂŒr die StraßenverhĂ€ltnisse im Ort und die vielen MĂŒcken und Wespen um diese Jahreszeit kann ja der Vermieter nix, das ist halt mal so ;-) - also alles in allem können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Der Gastgeber- Davide- ist wirklich super hilfsbereit und entgegen kommend. Die Lage des Hauses ist ungestört und mit schöner Aussicht. An den Weg dorthin gewöhnt man sich schnell. Im Ortskern sind 2 SupermÀrkte, in denen alles erhÀltlich ist. Rundherum eine schöne Ferienzeit.

The beaches are ideal for children because the water becomes high in a phased manner.
Torre delle Stelle in addition to be some grocery stores, there are also restaurants, pizzerias, bars, several tennis courts, soccer fields, a riding school, a diving school, a nautical club and other types of water sports.
During the season are in Torre delle Stelle peasants from the neighborhood to deliver vegetables, fruit and homemade specialties of the area. On the beaches there are kiosks that evening to become favorite places for young people.
