Lido di Jesolo renovated apartment in first row with pool and parking.

Residence Nautilus is in the first row, the beach is 20 meters from the residence. The 'offer includes use of swimming pool , beach place with umbrella and sunbeds, parking and garage (180 cm height not for suv).
The 'apartment was completely renovated in May 2023. The place is on the fourth and last floor accessible by elevators, spacious, with two rooms and large terrace for outdoor dining with side sea view. Adjustable air conditioning for each room with electric heating, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and mosquito nets for those like me who can't stand mosquitoes. Well insulated from the noise and heat thanks to new fixtures and electric awning in the terrace. We take care of it to make it practical and cozy. The 'apartment can accommodate up to six guests thanks to two bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom has space for a crib.

We enjoyed the stay a lot. Newly renovated apartment with all kind of facilities. Cleaning,towels and bed linen included in the price and very much appreciated. Beach area with pool and free sun beds also included, close to the apartment. Located close to restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic stay

Our host was truly fantastic. We had everything we needed for a great week long stay. We were in jesolo off season for a sporting event. But the apartment was 10 min from the venue and the same for grocery stores and the like. All the comforts of home when we’re away from home. I would recommend this place and the host to everyone.

Nice App

Very nice Apartment with sea view. New furniture, all kitchen supplies, towels and bed linen provided. 50 meters from the beach with 2 beach chairs and Umbrella included.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment has a nice design, it is totally practical, clean and new. You will find in it completely every thing you need for your stay. Great location at the seaside, with private pool and sand beach. Apartment is near local amenities. Communication with the friendly owner was very good and easy.

Schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung

Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei Töchtern und einem Hund einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Lido di Jesolo. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut geschnitten und zwischenzeitlich mit einer Nespresso-Kapsel-Maschine auch noch besser ausgestattet 😉. Der Vor-Ort-Kontakt zum Hausmeister Stefano war unkompliziert und gut. Luigi als Gastgeber auch immerzu erreichen und hat auch gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und auch zum fußläufigen Einkaufen sorechen für die Lage. Wenn ich etwas anmerken möchte ohne kritisieren zu wollen: Der Wasserdruck im 4. Stock war nicht immer ideal, was wohl der Infrastruktur geschuldet ist. Aber damit kann man sich arrangieren. Und wünschen würde ich mir eine mobile Tischlampe für den Balkontisch, da die Beleuchtung außen nicht ideal für bspw. das Abendessen ist. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder. Maschine cj

Bonnes vacances

Le logement est confortable, bien aménagé, et bien situé pour visiter Venise et les autres endroits à voir dans la région. Le propriétaire est sympa. Si nous retournons dans la région, nous retournerons dans ce logement.

Een heel fijn appartement op een geweldige locatie aan het strand en dicht bij ander faciliteiten.

Ruim appartement met groot balkon en uitzicht op zee, ruime slaapkamers, alles bij elkaar een heel fijn appartement.

Appartement situé Piazza Turino et non proche Piazza Milano!...

En point positif: appartement propre et proche de la mer avec parking pour la voiture avec piscine privée à la co propriété avec un grand balcon sans store toutefois Machine à laver et micro onde et frigidaire avec petit congelateur En point négatif: appartement vieillot qui a vraiment besoin d'une importante renovation... salle de bain petite et peu pratique avec un chauffe eau qui présente une défectuosité en sifflant jour et nuit de façon stridente et insupportable la nuit au point de devoir l’arrêter... pour pouvoir dormir! problème signalé au gardien et qui semble connu! des fenêtres vétustes qui se ferment mal surtout dans la chambre d'enfants... grande danger pour les enfants qui peuvent depuis le lit se pencher par la fenêtre sans aucune protection... on est au 4eme etage .... Tres peu de vaiselle ... meuble de sejour vetuste Cuisine tres petite Plazza Turino tres bruyante jusqu a minuit

Praktisches Appartment, leider sehr abgewohnt

Das Appartment ist gut geschnitten und liegt etwas ausserhalb von Jesolo aber immer noch im Touristenbereich. Es ist gut mit dem Nahverkehr zu erreichen. Mit gemieteten Fahrrädern war dann alles gut zu erledigen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend jedoch sehr abgewohnt. Die Dusche hat schwarze Ecken. Die alten Matratzen, Kopfkissen und Zudecken sind auch nichts für Ästheten. Bei der Mückenjagd flogen die Staubflocken von den müffeligen Schränken (trotz Reinigungszuschlag). Die Wände sind recht hellhörig und die Balkontüren klemmen und klappern. Das es zum Heizen nur die alte, nachgerüstete Klimaanlage gibt, erfuhren wir erst nach der Buchung. Schade. Nach einer gründlichen Renovierung und Modernisierung dieses Appartments könnte man sich ggf. nur noch über laute Nachbarn beklagen. Der Strand vor der Haustür ist super und sehr gepflegt. In der Nebensaison ist bereits viel geschlossen und der Service eingeschränkt. Am Strand gab es deshalb keine Sonnenliegen und -schirme mehr, dafür aber viel Platz und wenige Menschen.

Die Lage ist top, mit kleinen Kindern empfehlenswert, auch Kinderpool vorhanden! Wohnung ist ok, etwas älter aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im kleineren Schlafzimmer wären die Matratzen zu tauschen...für 1 Woche geht es aber irgendwie.

Location parfaite au bord de la plage. Beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques aux alentours. Accès facile à Venise et aux îles par bateau depuis Punta Sabbioni (parkings près de l'embarcadère).

we used this appartment for the 2nd time already. when we arrived, we had feeling that we visit our own homeaway village place again. serice is perfect, sea is in the front, pool is cool, "custodo" is very nice man, lot of cheap food shops around. the only small minus (as for us) was no vacuum-cleaner device in the appartment. we will 100% use it again!

Ottimo appartamento arredato e corredato. Sei comodi posti letto, settimo letto aggiuntivo. Bellissima vista mare dal terrazzo, comodissimo alla spiaggia a cui si accede dalla spiaggetta privata. Posto macchina spazioso di abbastanza facile accesso. Condominio ben tenuto, curato e pulito. Abbiamo soggiornato in giugno e poi due settimane in agosto, tutto perfetto. Grazie !
