In dead end, quiet residential area, beautiful contemporary villa very well equipped, with pool and private parking located in Lomas Don Juan in Orihuela Costa, with 2 bedrooms including a master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room. The second bedroom with dressing room and separate bathroom. Space bright and spacious living room with open kitchen and equipped.
Outside deck with gas grill, garden furniture, deckchairs, umbrellas ...
Solarium 79 m² on the floor with a beautiful sea view.
All on a wooded fenced 239m² south west and not overlooked.

Most of the sector, many beaches are nearby (Campoamor, Cabo Roig, La Flamenca, Punta Prima ..), the largest shopping center in the Zénia boulevard with many shops, restaurants, games for children, entertainment every days from 20:00.
