Our house is located in a small fraction of San Felice del Benaco, "Portese" which however is very well served, we have a newsagent, bar, hairdresser, pizzeria and restaurants, beaches; we are also very close to the port where you can embark on wonderful trips around the lake; we are in a quiet area but within walking distance from all kinds of entertainment, Salo 'is only 2 km away and Desenzano del Garda is about 20 km away. Also Verona is easily reachable about 40 minutes by motorway.

Perfect accommodation for our family trip

We spend one week in Claudia’s great B&B. Since we came with the whole family and our dogs we booked the whole apartment and it was perfect. The garden was perfect with our dogs and we even had a great barbecue evening. Claudia was super kind, gave us many great recommendations. When we come back, we will definitely rent it again! We can highly recommend and we couldn’t have do a better choice! Thank you Claudia, we really enjoyed our stay to the max!

lovely house

The house and garden was just perfect for us. Every party of the family had its own bedroom with bathroom and even terrace or balcony. That way everyone could have as much privacy as he or she wisched for. The decoration of the house, its rooms and the garden is so lovely and so detailed. We felt at home immediatly. Even the kitchen utensil were complete and left no open wish. Our host provided us with information about oncoming events during our stay we otherwise would have missed out.

Bad surprises

The accomodation was not like promised when we made the reservation some months ago. We were with 6 adults and 4 children. The garden was dirty and for 50 % closed. At the entrance were signs that it was forbidden to visit the accomodation, or on own risk. To a portion of the house were workers engaged in reconstructing and made lots of noise. The first day already very early. After a few complaints, the owner ordered to stop the work. The 4th room was actually the entrance/reception to the B & B La Baia. Neighbors made problems because there were 3 strange cars parked in their street, even when there was place enough. In the living room came water inside when it rained. The owner has done as much as possible to reduce the complaints, but if we had known the situation about the renovation at the house and closing a part of the garden in advance, we would have cancelled the booking. We were disappointed that the owner did not tell us the situation when we made the reservation. We chosed this accomodation specially for the big garden so the children could play. Inside the house is almost everything you need and can be used by the visitors. We are sure that in normal circumstanses this place is very friendly and nice to visit.

As for the rooms, you knew there were three of them and that a couple would have to sleep on the sofa bed; the dimensions of the garden are the same even now that the works are finished and for the parking of cars, it is normal for neighbors to complain because I have a parking lot where there can easily be two cars so having three of them parked outside creates problems for them . Apart from everything I apologize again for the inconveniences; you were the first guests after the renovations and not everything was finished but I assure you that in all these years I have always tried to do everything possible so that my guests could feel at home in my house and also the jobs I did they are for the same reason. However it will be my care to specify even better when the next guests will book both the number of beds and their location and other small house rules. Tolles Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach fantastisch! Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns willkommen und gut betreut. Das Haus war makellos sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen - von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zur komfortablen Bettenauswahl. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der idyllischen Lage des Hauses, umgeben von atemberaubender Natur und Ruhe. Jeden Morgen genossen wir ein entspanntes Frühstück auf der Terrasse, umgeben von malerischer Landschaft. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief reibungslos, und sie war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir bekamen tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, die unseren Urlaub noch unvergesslicher machten. Sehr schöner Urlaub

Gesamtbild gut bis sehr gut. Eingezäunter Garten für den Hund war prima. Relativ ruhige Lage, fußläufig sind sowohl Hafen als auch diverse Gastronomie erreichbar. Es sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand.

Sehr Schöne Wohnung mit genügend Platz!

Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht! Wir waren mit 4 Kinder unterwegs, der Garten ist komplett geschlossen, so dass die Kinder nicht ausbüchsen können. Zimmer Aufteilung ist gut. 5 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder kein Problem. 2min mit dem Auto zu einem schönen, nicht überlaufenen Strand, Spiaggia Baia del Vento und 5 Gehmintuten zu einem leckeren und günstigen restaurant mit Spielplatz.

Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht!

Das Haus ist mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad! Ein komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein Grillplatz und Fahrräder. Wenn man am Gardasee etwas besichtigen möchte, dann muss man beachten, dass die Location im Durchschnitt 45min. von allem entfernt ist (Sirmione, Gardaland oder große Shoppingcenter). Aber das Haus war für uns, mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern perfekt ausgestattet. Die Agentur, die sich um albes kümmert, war hervorragend!

Super schönes Ferienhaus

Super Ferienhaus ! Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. In 10 Minuten Gehzeit ist man am Hafen/Strand des Gardasees . Pizzerien und Restaurants gleich ein paar Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt . Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in San Felice del Benaco (5-10 min mit dem Auto) Lidl, Aldi, FD Market etc. Alles in Allem sehr sehr zu empfehlen

Schöne und „sichere“ Woche angesichts Corona - Danke !

Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche in Portese. Wir hatten das gesamte Haus gemietet (zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern). Bis auf kleine Details war alles super! Insbesondere fühlten wir uns angesichts Corona sehr sicher. Als ehemaliger Hotspot waren ALLE sehr vernünftig (Masken, Abstandsgebot, Händehyiene), aber gleichzeitig sehr entspannt angesichts der tiefen Zahlen (Juli 2020). Auch das Haus wurde speziell gereinigt übergeben. Es war sehr sauber. Die drei Schlafzimmer waren alle sehr gut - einzig war der Lattenrost in einem Zimmer defekt (zwei Bretter fehlen) und Filzgleiter unter den Stühlen im Wintergarten sowie ein zweiter Sessel wären schön gewesen. Die Klimaanlage im gesamten Haus war Gold wert. Die Küche ist sehr klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Der große Garten war super, auch den Grill haben wir benutzt. Praktisch war auch, dass der Garten rundum geschlossen ist, mit einem hohen Zaun, sodass kein Kind entkommen konnte. Es wäre noch schön gewesen, wenn das Gartenhaus abschließbar wäre. Portese ist ein netter kleiner Ort. Der (Stein)Strand ist zu Fuß 10-15 Min entfernt - Badeschuhe nicht vergessen. Die Pizzeria um die Ecke ausgezeichnet. Also - ich kann die Unterkunft rundum empfehlen.

Limited facilities for a group

We enjoyed our stay here but for five adults the facilities were limited. The kitchen is very small and not suitable for cooking for a group. The hob did not work properly and all the crockery and cutlery was kept in the outside living space which was very inconvenient. The details say it sleeps 10 but this would simply not work. The fourth bedroom is the entrance hall. One of the double bedrooms was actually two single beds pushed together and they were not the same height. In the living space there are plenty of upright chairs but only one two seater sofa. Another sofa is in the entrance hall. This is not great for relaxing together in the evening. Other aspects of the villa are excellent such as the shower rooms and the lovely balconies. Fortunately for us the weather was good and the area is beautiful. Portese port is walking distance so you can explore the lake by boat. Two beaches are also walking distance as well as a lovely restaurant.

Das Haus liegt oberhalb. Zum Hafen oder Strand (runter bzw. rauf) Alles wie beschrieben, bis auf das nicht vorhandene vierte Schlafzimmer. Das Zustellbett im "Kinderzimmer" ist nicht für einen Erwachsenen geeignet. Also 6 bzw. 8 Schlafplätze für Erwachsene (sofern man die Couch im Eingangsbereich mitzählt. DIe Betten sind generell kurz. Wir waren 4 Erw. und 4 Kinder (8-12) Netter unkomplizierter Empfang / Kontakt. Ruhig gelegen, Pizzeria, Osteria, Bäcker , Metzger in Laufweite. Alles gut geklappt

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Für unseren Familienurlaub (6 Personen + 1 Kind) haben wir das gesamte Haus gemietet. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat uns nichts an Ausstattung gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und stand uns bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein und bietet für Kinder genug Platz zum spielen. Lediglich zum See ist man ein wenig länger zu Fuß unterwegs. Ein gutes Restaurant, dass uns auch von der Vermieterin empfohlen wurde, ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Für Einkäufe sollte man jedoch mit dem Auto fahren. Wir haben dort einen wunderbare Zeit verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub im Haus verbringen.

Herrlicher Urlaub am Gardasee

La Baia ist ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, mit einem großen Garten. Die Vermieterin, Claudia, ist sehr nett und obwohl wir der italienischen Sprache nicht mächtig sind, konnten wir uns sehr gut auf englisch verständigen. Das Haus verfügt über drei sehr liebevoll ausgestattete Schlafzimmer mit je einem modernen Bad. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 10 min bergab. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich eine sehr gute Pizzeria. Es gibt in der Umgebung viele schöne Ausflugsziele u.a. Gardone, Sirmione, Verona, auch eine Olivenöl- und Weinherstellung mit Verkostung. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in San Felice del Benaco und kommen gern wieder.

Schön und gemütlich

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und haben das ganze Haus gemietet. Die Schlafzimmer sind hervorragend, Klimaanlage ,Mückenrollo, Rolladen, Balkon und jedes ein großes Badezimmer. Der "Aufenthaltsraum" ist die Terasse mit großem Tisch und Stühlen. Auch dort Klimaanlage. Durch Fernbedienung können dort durchsichtige Seitenteile herabgelassen werden, somit kann man auch bei Wind geschützt sitzen. Das Haus wurde umgebaut und die Fotos waren nicht mehr aktuell, aber trotzdem hatten wir alles was aufgeführt wurde. Die Küche ist klein aber modern ausgestattet. Wer Filterkaffee machen will sollte dringend gemahlenen Kaffee ausreichend mitbringen. Zucker, Salz, Öl und Essig waren vorhanden. Lediglich Liegestühle für den Garten fehlten uns. Zum Strand ist es doch ein gutes Stück. Auch einkaufen per Auto. Ein Restaurant ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Claudia ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und wohnt gleich nebenan. Bei Problemen war die per Handy zu erreichen. Alles in allem, wir würden wieder kommen.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in diesem schönen Haus. Drei Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und haben sogar fast alle noch Balkon. Lediglich das vermeintlich vierte Zimmer ist nur ein gemütliches Sofa unter der Treppe vor der Küche. So dass jeder dran vorbei muss. Hat aber auch eine eigene Toilette. Das Esszimmer hat von der Kpche aus eine Durchreiche und zwei Wände lassen sich, da aus einem PVC elektrisch nach oben tollen, so dass ein toller überdachter Freisitz entsteht. Der Fußweg zum Gardasee dauert ca. 15 Minuten. Mit schönem Blick auf den See. Alles im Allem haben wir uns super wohl dort gefühlt. Trotz unserer quirligem Kleinen hatte jeder genug Rückzugsraum, ausser der Sofaschläferin. Wir können das Haus für 6 Erwachsene mit 2-3 Kindern und Hund sehr empfehlen!
