On the second floor, there is a master suite with a king size bed and bath. Additional bedrooms include one with a king bed, another with a queen, and a third also with a queen bed, along with a full hall bath and laundry facilities.

The classic guest cottage, included with the main house rental between May 1 and October 31, offers a charming pine-paneled great room complete with a stone gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, minibar kitchen, and an updated full bath with tiled shower. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and air conditioning provide additional comfort for up to four guests.

Outdoor living is inviting, with a lovely patio and Weber gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining after a day at the beach or shopping. The property also offers off-street parking for your convenience.

The guest cottage is available seasonally from May 1 through October 31st and is included in the rental of the main house. It cannot be rented separately. From November 1 through May 1 the maximum occupancy is 8 people.
