Wonderful relaxing nbreqk

Family holiday

Perfect Vacation

The cottage is beautiful and very clean. We were very satisfied and can highly recommend it. The location on the mountain, the view, the garden... we had two great weeks. Even when it's hot, you can find shady places to eat and relax in the garden and on the terrace. The pool is cleaned daily and is just wonderful. We enjoyed ist a lot! There is a very good bakery not far away as well as a supermarket. We also liked Toulon very much. The landlords are very nice and discreet. We received fresh basil and mint from the garden. As a welcome there was bread, wine, jam. Anytime again!!! Merci, Christine!

It was a pleasure for our family to stay in this charming and well situated house

We are a family of four from Canada. This was our first family vacation in Provence/Cote D’Azur. Our two boys are 10 and 12 yrs. old. The listing description is accurate. The location, layout, amenities.... everything exceeded our expectations. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. We appreciated this a great deal. As our visit was in July, the pool was our saviour on a few very hot days. Hélène & Joël were wonderful hosts, in every sense of the word. Joël provides excellent customer service. In fact, he may very well be the best part of staying in this charming home in Revest les Eaux. He speaks English and he enjoys helping his guests find exactly what they are looking for. As a result of his thoughtful advice, we spent every day of our vacation enjoying the perfect sights. There are many things to see and do for the whole family. Between the charming nearby towns, beaches, historical sights, restaurants, markets or simply driving from town to town, we felt that after almost two weeks that there was still so much to see and do that we will have to come back again. There is not too much within a short walking distance. Although, walking can be very interesting, if not a great workout - thanks to the hills. So transportation is recommended. As my wife and I are quite are tall, we had to duck slightly to clear a couple of the door frames on the lower level. But we considered this part of the charm of this home, which was otherwise perfectly sized for our stay. There is no commercial development in the immediate area. This home is in a quiet and visually attractive hilly residential area. When staying here, you are sufficiently far from Toulon that you don’t feel like you are in a city. Yet it is in a desirable area with wonderful local shops and amenities a short distance away. We have no hesitation recommending this property to our friends or relatives. In fact, we already have. Don’t forget to visit the actual town of le Revest. We almost missed this picture postcard perfect little town down and up the road a little. Enjoy your stay!

Het vakantiehuis is mooi gelegen met mooi uitzicht en veel ruimte op het terras. Inrichting inclusief airco ruim voldoende. Fijn buitenzwembad. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame naastwonende eigenaars. Goede waar voor het geld.

Séjour très agréable

La location est très bien située (proche de Toulon) , le village est très agréable. Les propriétaires habitant à côté sont très accueillants et s’assurent que nous passions des vacances dans les meilleures conditions. Le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Der angebotene Pool stand nicht zur Verfügung, schmutzig und kalt.War für uns sehr wichtig.Mussten uns komplett umorientieren. Für 10 Tage 2 Küchentücher und 2kl, 2gr Handtücher waren zu wenig.Sollte in der Anzeige geschrieben stehen, ebenso , dass für Endreinigung und Bettwäsche zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Geräuschkulisse aus dem Tal ( Dorf) ist nicht zu unterschätzen. Saubere und schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, Wohnzimmer hat allerdings geringe Raumhöhe.

Die grösste Enttäuschung kamm von der Nichtverfugbarkeit Schwimbad. Unser neue Poolroboter funktionnierte nicht und wurde repariert. Es wurde uns nach Ihre Abreise zürückgegeben. Der Boden des Beckens war mit vielen Blätter und Kieferdornen bedeckt, das Wasser war jedoch vollkommen klar. Die Wassertemperatur zwischen 14° und 17° ist in dieser Yahreszeit normal und wird von uns nicht angeboten. Die Wäsche die Sie hatten, ist die, die wir normalerweise anbieten, und wir haben noch nie einen Kommentar zu diesem Thema erhalten. Der Mieter kann Sie in der verfügbaren Waschmachine so oft waschen wie er möchte. Ich habe tatsächlich vergessen Ihnen den Preis für Reinigung und Bettwäsche zu nennen und entschuldige mich dafür. Allerdings wundert mich Ihre Bemerkung zu diesen Thema sehr, da wir Ihnen diesen Service als Entschädigung für das Vorhandsein von Laub im Schwimbad. Schliesslich ist die Deckenhöhe in der Anzeige angegeben.

Séjour très agréable

La propriété est idéalement située proche de Toulon mais tranquille dans un coin de verdure, a côté d'un adorable village et de ballades. La vue est sublime depuis le balcon ou le jardin. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Les dimensions de cette petite maison sont idéales pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si nous revenons dans ce coin.

Un bel endroit bien situé

Proche de la côte et de Toulon ainsi que de l'arrière pays varois, cette jolie maison sur deux niveaux propose une belle vue sur la vallée et un jardin bien entretenu. Accueil impeccable de la part des hôtes qui habitent la maison d'à-côté. Ils sont aux petits soins pour s'assurer que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Haus und der Pool waren perfekt für uns. Die Umgebung ist toll, der Ausblick auf die Berge und das Dorf hat uns sehr gefallen. Christine und Lionel sind großartige Gastgeber. Sie haben uns so sehr geholfen als wir Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten. Vielen Dank erneut an die Beiden! Tranquillity in Provence

Incredible location with the most wonderful views whilst we had breakfast croissants from the local bakery. The villa (and amazing pool) and the surrounding countryside are even better than the photographs! Christine and Lionel were just the perfect hosts, discreet but super helpful on the few occasions we needed guidance. Brilliantly located for short drives to the coast or inland to the vineyards or mountains. A truly memorable stay- highly recommended!

Abwechslungsreicher Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir haben hier einen tollen Sommerurlaub verbracht. Die Vermieter sind super interessiert und hilfsbereit, sprechen auch Deutsch und Englisch, was es auch Kindern vereinfacht, Fragen zu stellen oder von Erlebnissen zu erzählen. Man konnte sie jederzeit erreichen und war dennoch für sich - genau was man im Urlaub braucht! Wir haben das gut ausgestattete Haus und den großen, gepflegten Pool mit dem schönen Sonnendeck sehr genossen. Da wir einen extrem heißen Sommer erwischt haben, waren wir sehr froh, dass der Pool vormittags komplett beschattet ist. Zum Liegen findet man um den Pool herum immer irgendwo Beschattung durch die zahlreichen Olivenbäume etc. auf dem parkähnlichen Grundstück. Das Haus ist günstig gelegen, um die näheren Ausflugsziele wie Sanary-sur-Mer, Bandol und Toulon, aber auch etwas weitere Ziele wie Aix-en-Provence, Saint-Tropez oder die Camargue anzufahren. Bezüglich schöner Strandabschnitte sind die Vermieter auch sehr behilflich, was Enttäuschungen in der Hochsaison vermeiden kann. Auch in der Nebensaison ist das Objekt sicherlich interessant, da es einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen darstellt, für die es uns jetzt auf Grund des Wetters zu heiß war. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und auch unsere Kinder kamen voll auf ihre Kosten!

La perfection

C est avec plaisir que nous avons passé un petit séjour dans ce petit paradis. Les hôtes sont adorables et très discret. Nous ne pouvions rêver mieux. L'impression d'être seuls dans la propriété. Il y a tout pour se sentir bien. Les hôtes sont juste parfaits. La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire, il ne manque rien. Calme, cigales et bien être Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

A most enjoyable short autumn holiday

A very pleasant property with lovely views. We particularly enjoyed the balcony which is accessed from the double bedroom where we had breakfast in the morning sun. Joel and Helene were kind and discrete, very good hosts, thank you. The only disappointment was that the fees for cleaning and linen, which totalled 100 Euros, were not advertised up-front but indicated in the contract once we had reserved and made the first payment.

Deux semaines inoubliables

Séjour dans une chouette petite maison indépendante dans la propriété des propriétaires. Très beau cadre avec toutes les commodités. Les propriétaires très disponibles et très sympathiques restent très discrets. La localisation est juste parfaite. Bref, un super séjour!

Endroit idéal pour visiter le Var côté mer et côté terre.

Maison aux environs de Toulon immédiats, dans le calme et au pied des montagnes. Maison très bien équipée, confortable et point de départ de multiples sites magnifiques du Var.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est sympathique, la climatisation à l'étage bien appréciée, la piscine est top et nous avons pu profiter de tout. Joël a su nous accueillir avec gentillesse et nous a donné des conseils pour passer un agréable moment. Nous allons être obligés de revenir pour ur trouver le fameux chemin de randonnée 😉 Belle continuation à vous.

We have always loved the Alpes Maritimes region and the Var for its nature, landscapes, history and heritage, and the Mediterranean Sea. We are from La-Gaude, close to Vence; we bought this family property to get closer to our children. The little house we are renting has an incredible charm and a nice history.

Le Revest les Eaux is a lively but peaceful little village. The views, walks, smells and music of our Provencal nature are ideal for relaxing holidays, and let us not forget the encounters.
