The location is great for a family beach vacation. The host is very helpful and offers good communication, however the check-in via the off-site agency and the less than stellar property management (had to escalate requests for toilet paper and hand soap) definitely put a damper on the experience.

very nice apartment on the presqu'ile de giend

a nice & well equipped apartment with a nice terrasse on the presqu'ile de giens. close to the village and close to the beaches. we will come back avec plaisir.

Pretty property but difficult stay

The property itself is quite nice and has a lovely garden, however the host did not inform us that check-in is very difficult if you don’t have a car: the key was left a 40 minute walk away from the property. Furthermore, when we arrived the wifi wasn’t functional and I attempted several times throughout the stay to contact the host, but she did not respond until the night before we checked out.

Nachdem wir bei der Anreise etwas Stau hatten, haben wir telefonisch Kontakt mit der Vermittlerin aufgenommen. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und hat auf uns gewartet. Wir bekamen eine Karte der Halbinsel und eine sehr genaue Weg Beschreibung. Die Siedlung in der das Ferienhaus steht ist durch ein Tor gesichert und hat für jede Wohneinheit einen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Haus gut eingerichtet, die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Küchenausstattung war Großartig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Weg zum Strand ist gut zu laufen und in 10 Gehminuten ist man am Sandstrand. Das Meer ist dort sehr flach und man muss um Schwimmen zu können ziemlich weit ins Wasser gehen. Für Familien mir Kindern ist das optimal. Es war rundherum ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Maison très agréable située dans une résidence sécurisée, climatisée, très propre, équipement très complet, barbecue disponible à l'extérieur de la maison. Petits commerces à proximité, plages de part et d'autre du site, embarcadère pour l'île de Porquerolles à proximité. Très bon séjour à Giens.

Voici un exemple de commentaire que vous pourriez laisser pour une location :--- Un séjour parfait !Le logement est très propre, bien entretenu et dispose d’une climatisation très appréciable, surtout en été. La localisation est idéale : à deux pas de la mer et proche de toutes les commodités (commerces, restaurants, transports). Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour agréable et confortable. Idéalement situé dans un espace privatif, cette petite maison mitoyenne avec étage est dimensionnée pour un couple avec enfants ou jeunes ados. Les plages sont très proches et la ligne 67 vous ramène jusqu’à la partie plus touristique si vous ne souhaitez pas prendre votre voiture.

Emplacement idéal sur la presqu'île

Très bel emplacement, petite maison confortable et bien équipée, seul bémol il était noté un bain à remous sur l'annonce alors qu'il n'y en avait pas.Très bon contact et retour avec la propriétaire ainsi que l'agence.

Wunderbares kleines Ferienhaus, mit allem was man braucht. Für 2 Personen ist der verfügbare Platz absolut perfekt. Strand und auch das schöne Dorf GIENS sind zu Fuß erreichbar ca, 1km. Alles in allem, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Superbe maison!

Malgré un mauvais temps exceptionnel, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Giens. Excursion à Porquerolles, ville de Hyères , thalasso, promenades... la maison est très bien organisée et bien entretenue, très bien équipé, parking privatif devant la porte, plage en proximité, que veut-on de plus! Un grand merci aux propriétaires d'avoir pensé à tout cela !

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et fait beaucoup de balades et de belles, baignades. La maison est agréable. Seul bémol : le bruit de la route ( mais pas la nuit ! )

Le logement est idealement situé sur la presqu'île.Très Très bien équipé ! Il ne manque rien!plage de la badine accessible directement à pied.sentiers du littoral dont 1 accessible dès la résidence.paysages magnifiques.nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

Séjour fantastique

Location très agréable. Situé idéalement, proche de la Tour fondue pour embarquer vers l'île de Porquerolles. Ce logement possède tout le confort avec climatiseur. Et vous garez la voiture à 5 mètres de l'entrée du logement.
