Single Storey Villa⭐️⭐️⭐️ La Flotte - Heated Pool till november- Calm - 7 Pers.

🏡 Just a few minutes' walk from the Arnérault beach, our single-storey house has a surface area of 125 m2 on a 650 m2 property. It comprises:
- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room,
- a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed
- a bedroom with bunk beds (1 bed 90cm and 1 bed 140cm)
- a bathroom and separate toilet.
- an independent bedroom with a 160cm bed, private shower, washbasin and toilet

🧺 Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.

👶 On request, we can provide a cot, bathtub, booster chair and deckchair for babies aged 6 months to 3 years.

🤵 A team on-site will welcome you and provide you with all the information you need to settle in as soon as you arrive.

🛌 Bed linen and towels are available as an additional charge, to be specified with our butler before your arrival.

🏊‍♀️ The south-facing swimming pool is 9 m x 4.5 m (excluding access stairs). It is salt-treated, heated from April to early November and secured by a roller shutter. A safety gate and a barrier make access impossible for small children.

🌴 You'll enjoy our walled, wooded garden under the awning, facing the pool in the warmer hours, and prolonging your evenings with its LED lighting. You'll also have access to a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the calm of the garden.

The perfect holiday

A beautiful house in a wonderful location, communication was great from start to finish. This was our first visit to the Island & wow it really is a very special place. we’ll hopefully be back very soon.

Ile de re stay

Location was excellent and facilities very good. Communication was easy, both with the owner and the property manager. Ile de re is wonderful. So very good overall. One small suggestion: the English summary of facilities states "linen provided" and "towels available". Yet is is clear from the French summary that clients either needed to bring these or pay a charge. It would be helpful if this was made clearer on the website. But overall we had a very good stay; thank you.

Wonderful holiday villa

Perfect villa for our family holiday. Great location, clean and very well equipped with a superb pool. Our teenage daughter liked having the en-suite bedroom with its own entrance door.

A beautiful, tranquil place.

This is our second stay at this beautiful property and we would not hesitate to recommend. The garden is completely private which we love and the lay out of the property works well for our grown up family, we particularly love the separate garden bedroom. The house is so very well equipped, a real home from home, you really could not wish for a better place to stay.

Beautiful holiday house!

An absolutely lovely house, very clean and well equipped and in a great location for walking or cycling to the harbour, shops and restaurants. The outside area has been beautifully designed and the pool is huge and very well maintained; we used it a lot during our stay. We had a great week's holiday and felt very lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful place.

Even better than the photos!

Fantastic space, beautiful pool and outdoor area both bigger than appeared on photos. Great for outdoor to indoor living, but the very best thing about this house is the location and beautiful village of La Flotte. I didn't really believe you didn't need to hire a car - but you don't! Veronique gave us bike hire details with discount, a 6/7 minute walk from the house, as are the village centre, restaurants, markets and port. Beautiful village and port. In the other direction the beach is 3 minutes by bike. The outdoor room works well, especially if you're 2 couples/for grandparents etc. We didn't want to come home - of all the places we visited we liked La Flotte the most as a place to stay. Booking was easy, both the owner and lady who greeted us in La Flotte were very helpful, quick to communicate and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a place to stay.

Stay in la flotte

The perfect base on the beautiful Ile de Re. The house is in a great location, just a short stroll to the harbour with its restaurants and local market. The salt water pool is amazing. The house has everything you need for the perfect stay and the accommodation is if a high standard. Communication and check was excellent and Véronique was really helpful. Thanks for a great week!

A lovely place to stay

Clean, well appointed and a really nice feel. Excellent location which means a pleasant walk to shops/town or harbour. Pool is great outdoor lighting and all facilities are good. Car parking is great to have as the Island can be difficult - would certainly recommend. The owners are very accommodating (even providing cycling discount) - communication is great and the lovely Stephanie is really helpful

A brilliant villa, perfect for a family holiday

This is a fantastic villa with excellent facilities. It is deceptively large, particularly the patio/garden/pool area at the back of the property. The pool was large enough for teenagers and well maintained, as was the hot tub, and there was enough space at the front to have the table tennis table up and still have a car parked. The whole place is incredibly well-equipped and very clean, and it is quiet and peaceful. It is only 5 minutes cycle / 10 minutes walk to the harbour and restaurants of La Flotte, and 20-25 minutes to St Martin. The only warning is that one of the three bedrooms cannot be accessed from inside the house. Those with more than two young children need to be aware that whoever is staying in this room will be "locked out" during the night. However, for those with a teenager, or who are taking grandparents, it is an excellent, slightly separate private space. All in all an excellent place to stay, and we are already planning to return!

A beautiful home in a wonderful place

We have just returned from a fantastic week in Ile de Ré staying in this wonderful house. Our two small boys loved the pool (complete with cover which made the temperature more than bearable!) and they adored jumping in the hot tub afterwards (as did I). The house was very clean, incredibly well equipped and comfortable and the handover from Stéphanie on our arrival was very smooth. We took advantage of the discounted bike hire on offer which also worked out very well. The house was about 7-8 minutes walk (or 3-4 minutes cycle) from the centre of La Flotte so perfect for both enjoying the bustling port and fabulous market or enjoying some peace and quiet in the house. There is so much to see and do on the island, we barely scratched the surface in a week. Highly recommended!

Fantastic!

The property is exactly as shown on the photographs. There were 3 couples in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and there is plenty of garden furniture and sun loungers for everyone to relax comfortably. The communication from Veronique throughout the reservation and our stay was excellent. When we had a problem with the washing machine, Veronique dealt with it immediately and a replacement machine was fitted two days later. Overall the property and communication was excellent. I hope to book again next year as the property facilities, style, space and location were perfect.

Fantastic family holiday in an ideal location

Our party was 4 adults and my 4 year old daughter. The house was a perfect size in a lovely location - about a 10-15 minute walk to the town, on a fairly quiet road and a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. No need for a car unless you plan to explore the island, although this is also possible by bike if you have the energy. The house itself was superbly equipped. During our stay there was an unusual hot spell and, after our pleas for some relief from the heat, the owner promptly arranged for some fans to be provided. The swimming pool was great and the hot tub a nice touch, although we didn't use it too much due to the hot weather! The pool temperature was fairly comfortable and the owner had provided balls and floats etc to keep my daughter happy. There's a large covered area outside which is great for al fresco dining and there's also a BBQ, although we didn't use it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to get away from it all.

Stunning villa in a perfect location

The accommodation is presented to a very high standard and has everything you will need. It is a real home from home. The pool and jacuzzi were great and were heated to the perfect temperature. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the port and a cycle ride away from the other villages. We had a problem with the plumbing during our stay but this was fixed within a couple of hours - the owners were very helpful. The 3rd bedroom is separate from the house so wasn't suitable for young children, however would be fine for adults. We spent a fantastic week here and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Perfect Villa

The Villa is located in a lovely quiet position. My daughter and family slept the bedrooms in the house with the bathroom and toilet next to their rooms. This allowed us to have the bedroom which is attached to the house, but is only accessed from the garden. This room has a private toilet and shower which was perfect for my husband and myself. The Villa is a perfect distance to walk to the Port and only a few minutes walk to the Supermarket. The owner was very helpful with our booking and answered my emails promptly. We will definitely book this beautiful Villa again when we return to iIe du Re.

Fantastic holiday in a beautiful well equipped property

22 rue de l'ardilliers provided us with the perfect holiday base for our holiday in la Flotte. The accomodation was a home from home with everything that you could wish for. We loved the privacy afforded by the property, having a day 'at home' was just as good as going out exploring, the pool and jacuzzi were great ! This perfect holiday was topped of with beautiful sunny weather. Would we return to this property ? We most certainly would !

La Flotte Villa Delight

This is the best house we have rented over the many years we have stayed on Ile de Re. Very well equipped, clean and spacious with lovely furnishings, the pool and outside space was beautiful. A lovely quiet stroll to reach La Flotte village centre with the added bonus of a large supermarket 5 minutes away. Veronique Bistel, the owner, always answered our e-mails quickly and the meet and greet all went very smoothly. It will be our number 1 choice from now on.

Fabulous property

The house is exactly as the photos show - really comfortable, great kitchen with every item you would require. The pool and spa were fabulous - we stayed for 2 weeks and unfortunately only had six days of sunshine so the hot-tub spa was great on the grey days. The location of the house is ideal - 10 minutes walk to the beach or port. A quiet street so lots of peaceful sleep. Would highly recommend this house for a stay in La Flotte
