The Space:

The Centrale of Ile de Ré offers this new villa with heated swimming pool and 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people, and classified as 4 stars, in furnished tourist accommodation.



The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the centre of La Flotte, shops and the beach.

The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

Possibility of parking on the property for two vehicles with a fast electric vehicle charging point.



On the ground floor :

Room 1 consisting of a double bed 140x200 with a private bathroom.

1 separate toilet.



ON THE FLOOR :

Room 2 consisting of 2 single beds 90x200 that can be brought together to form a double bed 160x200, with private bathroom.

Room 3 consisting of 2 single beds 90x200 that can be brought together to form a double bed 160x200, with private bathroom.

Room 4 MASTER consisting of a double bed 160x200 with a private bathroom.

Nespresso coffee machine.

All rooms are equipped with fans.



The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.

The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed for heating to 28°. The effective water temperature of our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of swimming pools.



The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré in the best possible conditions!

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.

The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.



The tourist tax is not included.



The security deposit of an amount of £1,000 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
