家は非常にリラックスした田舎の設定で、エヴィア島の山の北に壮大な景色を眺めることができます。
大人用自転車が2台あり、そのうち1台にはチャイルドシートがあり、市内中心部へは10分でアクセスできます。 子供用の3台目の自転車があります。 エレトリアの街には、考古学的な遺跡や典型的なギリシャの居酒屋が豊富にあります。

Heel prettig huis, fijn ingedeeld. Super mooie tuin met zwembad.De tuin mag wel iets meer schaduwplekken hebben en bij de woonkamer werkte de airco niet.

Great pool and location

We had a lovely stay here. The pool is fantastic and location is brilliant. Eretria is a really nice town and we enjoyed being able to cycle in to town. It is a slightly quirky villa in terms of layout. The kitchen is on two levels up two sets of stairs. There is a lower ground room with no aircon but a fan and a big bathroom. Aircon in other rooms worked well. The bed in one room creaked each time you moved which was not ideal. The kitchen is reasonably equipped but we ended up buying some glasses and bowls. Not a lot of space to prepare food - but enough. There is an option to pay for a clean in the middle of a two week stay - which we felt should just be provided and probably not be an additional expense when you look at the overall cost of the villa. The host was very responsive and a gardener and pool cleaner kept things nice outside. Overall it was a great 2 weeks.

Conveniently located.

Plenty of room both inside & out. The pool was an absolute winner for everyone. Eretria is just 5 minutes drive away where there are plenty of shops & tavernas. Also some historic sites to look at.

Awesome Place to Stay in a Lovely Country

Along with three friends/business associates, I spent a wonderful four days luxuriating in this lovely villa. The setting was ideal—comfortable, roomy, delightful. There were four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and lots of room both inside and outside to spread out. By the end of our stay, we all hated to leave. It's one of the best lodging/getaway bargains I've ever found anywhere in the world.

Très agréable maison sur l’île d’Eubée

Une très belle villa à quelque mètre de la plage et une piscine très grande magnifique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis. Un petit bémol : l’équipement en serviette de toilette et bain est insuffisant si les occupants sont au maximum comme nous 8; de même l’extérieur mériterait quelque transats supplémentaires ainsi qu’un parasol. Pour le reste tout était impeccable. Merci à Katia de mettre cette jolie maison en location. Nous reviendrons.

Katia’s home is an excellent choice for families with young children! The house is great, the garden is huge and available for all sorts of games and the swimming pool is just awesome! We had a lovely time & we will definitely come back next summer! Thank you Katia for your hospitality!

Great house !

Katia was a wonderful hostess and we loved the house. It was great for a family of 6, especially the pool, and having the beach right next to the house was fantastic.

La maison est très agréable, située au calme et très bien équipée, une grande piscine et la plage à proximité viennent compléter le tout. Villa, jardin et piscine correspondent à la description. Le bémol se situe au niveau des prestations. Villa louée pour 8 personnes: 3 transats, barbecue pour 2 personnes maximum, ustensiles de cuisine pas suffisant. A noter également, pas de lave-vaisselle. Ok, pas indiqué dans l'annonce mais à signaler car important..sinon, la location est propre et bien entretenue.

Charming house at great location;

We really enjoyed our week in this lovely house, so close to the beach. The children loved the pool and the well maintained garden. The nearby hotel Grand Bleu is a charming place to go for drinks in the afternoon. The pleasant walk to the village, alongside the beach, is about half an hour. We recommend the house to anyone who wants to come to Eretria.

Un séjour particulièrement agréable et paisible

Une location idéale pour passer des vacances sereines, dans un cadre à hauteur de la photo en ligne. La maison, son jardin, sa piscine sont très propres, maison rénovée récemment. Tout y est pour passé de bonnes vacances en autonomie. Un véhicule est obligatoire pour visiter l'île d'Evia et aller sur le Péloponèse. Pour aller sur Athènes, prendre soit la route (1h00 environ) ou le ferry à Erétria même (20 mn de traversée, 2 euros par personne de mémoire) et 30 mn de route pour aller à Athènes. Il y a un ferry toutes les 1/2 heures. Très pratique, nous l'avons fait plusieurs fois et avons visité Athènes, Delphes, Olympie sans aucun problème. Plage à 50 mn de la maison, nombreux restaurants à proximité, peu onéreux avec une cuisine traditionnelle que nous avons très régulièrement appréciée. Nombreux sites archéologiques à visiter sur Eretria, criques magnifiques sur l'est de l'île. Nous y sommes restés 15 jours, ce fut un séjour idéal pour nous reposer, c'était notre objectif. Pour visiter intensément le continent, il est préférable de ne pas trop s'en éloigner. A noter, les propriétaires parlent grec et français, cela peut aider et sont fort sympatiques. La population grecque est très accueillante. N'oubliez pas d'aller voir la boutique souvenirs de Jacques le belge, qui vous racontera la grande histoire de la Grèce, il faut aussi avoir du temps ! Bonnes vacances

Un cadre merveilleux !

Nous avons passés 4 jours merveilleux ! Ce séjour à Eretria clôturait un 'tour de la Grèce' en famille, et a été notre plus agréable escale. La villa est belle et spacieuse. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, nous allons rester en contact et envisager un séjour plus long pour l'année prochaine. Nos enfants ont apprécié les activités nautiques du "Grand bleu" (sur la plage, à côté).

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

As a child, I was spending my holidays with family in Eretria. Euboea offers all the charms of a Greek island, while being close to Athens. We chose this house to spend the holidays and weekends. We live in Athens and we come very often (one hour fifteen drive).
The proximity to the beach (70 m) and the large swimming pool (60 m2) in the garden offer a rare luxury.
The house has a beautiful view on the northern mountains of the island of Euboea, in a very relaxing pastoral setting.
