Great location and very comfortable villa - close to everything

Manuela and Maria were very accommodating and friendly. The villa was very clean and was comfortable for my family and very spacious. The villa has great proximity to beaches and nightlife in Albufeira. The pool was amazing also and very clean. Would highly recommend this villa to everyone

Fantastic family villa

Wonderful position close to walks/ beaches and quality restaurants. Villa traditional in style, beautiful, spacious , clean and well equipped Communication with the owner and the most helpful Thiago was much appreciated Small supermarket nearby by but walkable to spa ( 15 min) or Aldi 6 mins in an Uber. Highly recommended for family groups, car not essential.

Lovely villa with warm pool

We had a lovely experience. The host was very welcoming and very helpful. There were 10 of us including children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was clean and lovely too. Thank you for an excellent stay :)

Very spacious and 10 min walk to the beach

We had a great stay at this house. The communication with the local manager was excellent and very friendly. The pool is also very nice and the house was nicely cool inside even though it was hot outside. The house overall was clean and tidy, but some of the furniture is pretty used already and in some of hte kitchen cupboards

Lovely location. Nice private pool area. It’s a shame the property dosn’t have a/c this would put me off coming in August. The pool furniture all needs upgrading worn and cheap plastic . The bed linen is also in need of replacing. While the kitchen is well stocked again all the utensils are old and some even rusty. I paid £300 for services . No maid visit no pool heating. If the owner spent 10k on improvements I would recommend the property as it stands I would not. Andy.

Super ruhig und entspannt!

Wir hatten einen ruhigen und sonnigen Frühlingsurlaub in dem schönen Haus. Da es Anfang März noch abends kalt ist, haben wir drinnen auch den Pellet-Ofen und z.T. die Heizung benutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

What an amazing place!

This was by far one of the best places I’ve stayed in. First, our hosts were incredible: responsive, attentive and incredibly nice and polite. Second, the place is a dream: it has all the space you need (and more) and all the modern commodities you expect from a modern family home, but with gorgeous colonial features. Then there is the location. Just 5 minutes (power) walk away (or a more normal 8 minute stroll) to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever had as a local beach (Coelha), and super close to world-class restaurants and massively long beaches (Gale). Also, really convenient for shopping (Aldi is a mere 6 minute drive away). We were there with a large family (3 kids of 1, 3 and 7 years of age) and 4 adults, and there was still space to spare. The kids loved how comfortable it was both inside the house, and the outside areas (they spent long hours in or by the pool), and the adults adored how quiet and beautiful the surroundings are. A star recommendation: go on a seaside trek. The trails start just five minutes away from the house (towards the beach) and one can go 2-3 hours to the left (West) and about 4 hours to the right (East)!!! And have some refreshments on one of the many restaurants by the beaches along the way! Incredible! All in all a fantastic place with some of the most welcoming and nice people in any place we’ve stayed! Thanks so much to Manuela and Ines for a fantastic stay!

Das Haus liegt einfach perfekt zum Strand und für Ausflüge in der Algarve. Wir haben uns dort mit der ganzen Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Ein toller Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Grundstück, schönes Haus mit Verbesserungspotential

man kann sich dort wohlfühlen. Es ist eigentlich alles ok, einen Stern Abzug muss es aber geben wegen fehlender Klimatisierung. Das ist bei 33 -37 Grad Außentemperatur nicht erträglich. Vermieter sehr nett. Pool sehr gut, Außenanlage sehr gut.
