Excepcional lujo junto al lago 4 camas hogar piscina climatizada eléctrica

Nuestra lujosa casa ocupa una parcela triple (orientación suroeste) con vista a un lago natural en un área de conservación tranquila. La casa ha sido amueblada con un estándar muy alto. Ambas master suites tienen puertas que se abren a la cubierta de la piscina extendida, que está equipada con 6 tumbonas, 8 sillas y una mesa grande. La cubierta de la piscina está en una posición ideal para ver la puesta de sol sobre el lago. La piscina y el spa tienen calefacción eléctrica. La casa ha sido equipada para proporcionar a los visitantes todas las comodidades y conveniencias.


Atracciones y distancias: las playas de Englewood, Manasota Key y Boca están a solo 10-15 minutos en coche. Una selección de grandes supermercados y excelentes restaurantes a 5-10 minutos en coche. Golf, tenis, karting, pesca en alta mar, alquiler de motos acuáticas, deportes acuáticos, paseos en bote, bolos, cines, el centro comercial Port Charlotte con sus excelentes grandes almacenes se encuentran a 15-20 minutos en coche. Reserva natural de Myakka y recorridos por el río 1 hora. Busch Gardens 1. 5 horas, Orlando 2. 5 horas, puntos de venta de fábrica en Fort Myers y Sarasota 1 hora.

Amazing

We had the most wonderful stay at the villa and were there for a whole month. The villa is exceptional with everything you could want. Very clean and well equipped. We had a few issues which were sorted out immediately. The owners were very easy to contact and very attentive. All in all we had the best time and would recommend it to anyone. Would love to go back.

Owner and management were excellent to deal with. We had several problems while staying there but their response to our issues was top notch! The sunsets looking over the pool and golf course were fabulous. The home set up gives room for everyone to spread out. Some items in the kitchen need replacing which they are aware of and will do for the future. We hope to return some day.

A hidden gem!

This home has it all! Two master bedrooms, four baths, a pool, giant lanai, and super quiet neighborhood. We had a fabulous stay and the property managers were amazing when we had a human error on our part!! Thank you for such a comfortable home away from home! It is super close to beaches and fabulous food. If you like golf, 3 courses await you without ever leaving the neighborhood. There is quite a bit of construction due to rebuilds from Hurricane Ian but it is still very quiet and all the waterways have tons of fish! I highly recommend this home. Be sure to note that your money is converted because the owners are in England so your bank may charge you a fee upon renting.

Perfect holiday

This house is made for a perfect stay. Beautifully presented, well spaced accommodation enabling privacy for all and immaculately clean throughout. Nice pool outlook at the back of the house and we enjoyed staying here for the 4th of July watching the fireworks from the local community. All amenities provided such as beach equipment, pool towels etc. Plenty of useful information regarding local area and recommendations provided by host. Would definitely return!

Relaxing Getaway

Our stay was excellent. Maintenance was very helpful and quick to respond when the power went out. We loved the house and having our own private pool to relax before going to the beach each day. We also enjoyed watching the golfers play across the water way. The only thing we wished we saw was an alligator. The home is large enough to give everyone their own space to spread out. The kitchen was also filled with all the necessary materials to cook each day. We loved that the rental came with beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn’t have to pack them. We would definitely stay here again.

Celebration of life for father in law

Excellent Relaxing Getaway

Everything about this property was just as described and better. The pool was a favorite of the kids and the spa for the adults. We enjoyed the house so much we spent most of our time there. But we were 15 minutes from great food, the beach, and boat access. Would definitely go back!

I have done several VRBO's and this is the first one that I simply felt home. The villa was so perfect and located in a quiet part of Pine Valley Rotunda with little traffic. Neighbor was great and spoke very highly of the Villa owners. All around the experience was simply AWESOME!! No issues at all everything was in perfect order, pool was perfect, SPA worked perfect. We are a family from Worcestershire who have been coming over to Florida for 20 years. We all love it here and come over three times a year to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches, weather, restaurants, not to mention the shopping! We also love riding our bikes, playing tennis and golf. There is so much to do here.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We were looking for some time to find a holiday home on the Gulf Coast and visited everywhere from Sarasota to Naples. However although the houses were all wonderful, the plots of land were always very small and penned in with little or no views at all. Then we found Rotonda with its many lakes, canals golf courses and nature reserves. The plots were large and the views spectacular. The area is well maintained and very safe. It had everything we wanted. It also had the added bonus of being so close to Boca Grande, with its fabulous beaches and restaurants. A 20 minute drive and you feel like you have been transported to the Caribbean.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

One of the best qualities of the villa has to be the wonderful view. We built the villa on a large double lot which has one of the best views on Rotonda overlooking a lake and over to the first green of the Pine Valley golf course.We also own the vacant lot to the side of our double lot for added privacy. It has an extended caged pool area ideal for sunbathing and sitting with a glass of wine in the evening watching the amazing Florida sunsets. The villa is loved and beautifully maintained and furnished to a very high standard. We chose the Useppa design as it has two large master suites on opposite sides of the house which both open straight out to the pool. As we visit so often we always make sure everything is regularly updated and kept in tip top condition. The villa has lots of facilities such as Smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube, bikes, wifi, tennis rackets etc. Many of our guests love it as much as we do and come back year after year.
