50m2のアパートは、庭を見下ろすリビングルーム、2.00mx 1.60mのベッドのあるベッドルームで構成されています。
特に設備の整ったキッチンでは、ご希望に応じて調理できます。

The location of this apartment was perfect. We could walk to everything - restaurants, shops, and sites. The owner was very helpful and timely. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Could have used more towels and paper products. We totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone.

A lovely clean comfortable well equipped apartment in the best location in Aix! It is so peaceful yet only a few steps away from the Cours Mirabeau with its restaurants, bars, cafe's, shops and hustle and bustle. Communication with our hosts was excellent and a huge thank you to Georges who was so helpful. He was there to greet us when our flights were changed and we arrived in the early hours of the morning and always on hand if we needed any advice. We will definitely return!

A perfect location to the main heart of Aix, and the markets all around it. Good accommodation,comfortable bed,bathrrom and kitchen with all the necessary amenities. The owner actually met us at the apartment garage complex. He had all the keys, fobs etc and explained them all.Good base for exploring Aix and surrounding areas.

Location, location, location

Perfect spot in the heart of the old town. Well appointed with well appointed kitchen, and very quiet. The nearby street is perfect for doing a daily food shop with many beautiful specialty food stores. Public parking is 300 metres away, but you’ll only need your car for the countryside. Everything in Aix en Provence is within walking distance.

Location, location, location

The location can't be beat - right on the iconic Cours Maribeau. You walk out of the complex and everything is right there- cafes, restaurants, the thrice weekly clothing market, boulangeries, the minibus. And yet the apartment is totally quiet.Our hosts were very accommodating. The apartment has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is great. In short, it is a lovely place.

Perfect location; comfortable, lovely apartment

Right on the Cours Mirabeau, yet a bit set back in a clean, pretty complex, this apartment could not be better located. It was quiet and private, yet just out the door was the lively Cours Mirabeau with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well furnished. It was not overly fussy, and everything worked perfectly. Our host was friendly and extremely helpful, and still met us to show us around even when a train delay made us one and a half hours late for our check-in time (we contacted them on WhatsApp to inform them of the delay). I couldn’t recommend this place with more enthusiasm. Thank you, George-Pierre!

Great Location!

We stayed for a week in Aix. The apartment was very clean had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is in a great location -- close to everything and it is a nice quiet place to return to after a busy day. Highly recommended!!

A super week in Aix

We spent a perfect week in Aix in this lovely apartment which could not have been in a better location for exploring and enjoying all corners of Aix. The apartment is well-situated in a quiet and peaceful complex with Cours Mirabeau right at the doorstep. Everything worked perfectly and it was a pleasure to deal with Phantinee and Georges-Pierre. We will definitely return.

Course Mirabeau

The apartment is perfectly located to enjoy all the delights of Aix-en-Provence. Course Mirabeau is a hive of activity, with street entertainers; high end retail; and markets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Ein paar Schritte vom City-Gewusel zur privaten Ruhezone

Die Wohnung punktet zu allererst von ihrer grandiosen Lage unmittelbar am Cour Mirabeau, der Herzkammer von Aix. Sie gehört zu einer eleganten Wohnanlage mitten im Quartier Mazarin, sehr ruhig, gesichert und mit viel Grün. Wenige Meter nach dem Eingangstor der Anlage kann man teilhaben an der Geschäftigkeit der Flaniermeile oder auch sich um die Ecke aus den zahlreichen Geschäften der Rue d'Italie mit den Vorräten versorgen, die man als Selbstversorger braucht. Die Wohnung selbst ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber praktisch geschnitten und eingerichtet. Sie ist jedoch recht dunkel, so dass man auch tagsüber nicht ohne Kunstlicht auskommt. Der dazugehörige Garten war für uns wenig attraktiv. Er ist klein, um nicht zu sagen winzig, Der Boden ist aus Kunstrasen, und dann treiben dort natürlich auch die Quälgeister von Mosquitos ihr wenig spassiges Unwesen. Wem jedoch ein Garten nicht wichtig ist, dem sei die Wohnung aufs wärmste empfohlen

Great apartment

My husband and I stayed at the apartment for two weeks. It was perfect for us. We loved the location. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed. We even cooked dinner there several nights. The garden view added a lot. Everything worked perfectly.

L’appartement était parfait ( propreté, accueil, literie,…

Nous étions venus pour le Festival de musique. Nous connaissons bien la région car nous y avons vécu et avons particulièrement apprécié la situation de l’appartement en plein centre-ville mais très au calme!! Le jardin aurait peut-être besoin d’un petit élagage pour laisser passer le soleil et rendre plus lumineux l’appartement mais ce n’est pas très grave car l’été il doit faire très bon.

Exquisite Apt

This apt, for two people, has it all : location, appointments, just the right amount of furnishings- non fussy, a beautiful outdoor patio, great/well equipped kitchen, 3 entry gates providing street access in three different directions- especially the Cours and rue d'Italie with their multiplicity of shops and restaurants. We feel that we made a very good choice for our 3 month stay in this abundantly charming corner of Aix-en-Provence. Last but not least, the owners have our overwhelming praise and appreciation.

Great location at a great price

Located along one of the most well-known streets in town, the apartment is tucked into a lovely complex that manages to be so quiet! It was convenient to local museums, restaurants and shops. Step outside on market days and you’re immediately in the thick of things. Our hosts were super easy to deal with and very accommodating to our schedule. Definitely worth the money!
