About the property

Our studio is south facing looking over the beautifully landscaped courtyard.

This breathtaking studio has amazing views. From the lanai looking towards the right you can see the white sand of Kaanapali Beach, lapping waves, catamarans, ocean and the Island of Lanai. Looking towards the left you will see the beautiful west maui mountains, golf course, fountain and lagoon. Looking down you will see the meticulously landscaped courtyard, Koi pond with bridge and beautiful waterfall. While enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon drink you will hear the peaceful and tranquil sound of the waterfall right below you. Looking down to your right you will see the beachfront pool and hot tub.

Our condo was recently updated in April of 2015. We had new carpet installed, new paint, new dinning set, headboard, coffee table, cocktail tables, ottoman, pillows, bedding, floor to ceiling mirrors and custom art work. One thing our studio has that most do not is that we moved the T.V. . Now you can watch T.V. comfortably from the bed, sofa, dinning table and even the lanai. The condo is clean and well equipped. The sofa sleeper and side chair have been recently upholstered. The bathroom and kitchen counters are granite. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a flat screen TV, sony blue ray player, and an ihome clock radio. The lanai ( balcony ) has new bar height swivel chairs and table for optimum viewing over the railing. Great for whale watching. there is also a low cocktail table and chair. There are books, DVDs, games, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, ice chest, BBQ utensils and cooler.

The Whaler is situated in a great location. Right in the heart of Kaanapali Resort. Enjoy lovely walks from the Hyatt to Black rock. You can enjoy shopping and dining in the beautiful resorts along the beach walk. Whalers village is just right next door, with lots of shopping and dinning options. Lahaina is a short drive away. The Whaler charges a 16.00 per day resort fee which includes parking, pool towels and other amenities. The fee is 17.00 per day starting April 1, 2017

Great Location and View

My husband and I stayed in this studio to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The studio was clean and had great views of the beach and Whaler grounds. We enjoyed breakfast each day on the lanai looking at the ocean or koi fish in the well kept pond. The kitchen was well equip with cooking supplies. The location was convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping. Access to the beach was only steps away. The Whaler complex offered towels and beach chairs( not loungers) to use free, however the condo's beach chairs were much more comfortable to use. The bathroom could use updating, but liked that the shower and sink areas were separated.
