Pristine house in excellent area

This house is finished to a very high standard, making it easy to live in. Every utensil and appliance you could want is supplied and looks brand new. Although we were walkers and sometimes needed to negotiate the windy roads to other areas, the situation in the beautiful old town of Soller was first rate. Lots of bakeries to visit for breakfast bread and a choice of restaurants in easy walking distance. The supermarket is a bit further but still easy to walk to. One of us tried the plunge pool twice and found it excellent for cooling down in the unseasonably hot weather.

Eine gute Wahl

Wie von anderen schon beschrieben: kurzer Weg ins Stadtzentrum, eigener Garten, Haus größer als die Fotos zeigen, netter Empfang von Lourdes, ein paar Lebensmittel und Getränke standen für uns bereit, alles sauber, reichlich Handtücher, gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können das Haus wirklich empfehlen. Info zum Ort Soller: Die Straßen in Soller sind sehr eng und meistens Einbahnstraßen. Wir waren froh, dass wir kein Auto brauchten. Die Bushaltestelle nach Palma und Port de Soller ist in ca 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Haltestelle für die anderen Busse ist 3 Min. weiter entfernt. Mehrere kleine und mittlere Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar, man muss sie nur erst finden.

Alles wie beschrieben, tatsächlich noch etwas besser. Ein Steinwurf vom Zentrum und eine Viertel Stunde von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für kleinere Wanderungen.

Sehr gut ausgestattes Haus mit schöner überdachter Terrasse

Inmitten von Orangen- und Zitronengärten, aber trotzdem sehr nah am Zentrum von Sóller gelegen, ist dieses Haus ideal für Familen. Der schöne Aussenbereich mit kleinem Pool und der überdachten Terrasse, wo man auch im April schon schön draussen frühstücken und zu Abend essen konnte, sind ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Bäder ebenso. Ganz besonders haben wir uns gefreut, dass bei der Ankunft schon eine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln Kaffee, Milch, Sekt, Marmelade, Butter etc. bereitgestellt waren. Dies passte auch zum herzlichen Willkommen durch die Gastgeberin Lourdes. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal dort übernachten

ruhige Insel zum Abschalten

Dieses große Haus ist wie eine kleine, grüne Insel mit Ruhe und Abstand zu den Nachbarn. Gleichzeitig sind es nur 5 Minuten bis zum Zentrum von Soller. Die überdachte und windgeschützte Terasse ist auch im Herbst ein idealer Ort für alle Mahlzeiten und um abends noch lange zusammen zu sitzen.

Jolie maison de caractère très propre bien équipée et très bien placée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et Soller est l endroit idéal pour ceux qui ne veulent pas loger au milieu du tourisme de masse.

A lovely week in Soller

A wonderful stay in this idyllic location. The house is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and very clean. It's only a five minute walk to the town square and yet in a very peaceful and scenic position. The outdoor seating area is lovely with beautiful views of surrounding mountains and citrus orchards. Lourdes was very helpful and welcoming and left us with very generous provisions including wine, Cava, chocolates as well as milk, pate and much more. We did some lovely walks straight from the house and also took the tram to the port.I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful location

The house is perfectly located. It‘s absolutely quite but only a 5 min. walk to the centre. From the terrace you‘ve got a Wunderful view to the mountains and there‘s sun in the garden from the early morning until the late afternoon. Lourdes gave us a very warm and heartful welcome, we found fruits, wine and also things for breakfast. Communication and checkin were completely uncomplicated and Lourdes and her husband were very helpful at any time. We say THANK YOU and will definitely come back!!!!

Absolutely Perfect

We had the most wonderful stay at Lourdes house in Soller. The house is in a perfect location - only 5 minutes walk into the town. The accommodation was spacious, clean and had everything you could need. Lourdes was one of the best hosts we have had, incredibly helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!

perfekte Ausgangslage für Stadt und Natur in und um Soller. Einrichtung (insb. Wohnzimmer) zum Teil originell und nicht ganz stimmig für die Nutzung als Ferienwohnung. Grundstück sehr klein aber gemütliche Terrasse. Keine Abendsonne.

The perfect property in the perfect location.

We have been coming to Soller for 10 years as a family so we know this area very well. The big difference for us this time was staying in this stunning house with 5 star facilities. From the moment you arrive Lourdes makes you very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. She made us feel so welcome and the house was just perfect. There is everything you could need and more!! We had some wine, cheese, ham and other goodies waiting for us when we arrived and when we needed to speak with Lourdes she was always just a phone call away. If you have never been to Soller before or you are returning you must stay here, the location is outstanding you do not need a car, although there is plenty of room to park one. Thank you Lourdes for making our stay the best ever!! See you again soon.

Beautiful house and garden in Soller

As a party of three, we can definitely recommend this property. Lourdes, was extremely helpful in welcoming us and providing information for our stay - along with milk, wine, water and fruit. The house is far more spacious than we expected with two very well appointed bathrooms. The garden and shaded terrace was very welcoming and relaxing after walking in the area. The property location was exactly as described with only 5 minutes walk into Soller centre for restaurants and shops, but situated in a rural lane. There was no necessity for a car. Our only problem was the taxi firm from the airport finding the property but Lourdes kindly met us on the outskirts of Soller. There was no problem with the return journey. We have no hesitation in recommending this property and would return again in the future. July 2019

Lovely village house

We were met and welcomed to the property by the host which was helpful. The roads around the house are very narrow and we were thankful we had booked a taxi from the airport as the house was rather difficult to find. The house was exceptionally clean and tidy and fairly well equipped to cater for a holiday. Only negative is there are only three loungers and three outside dining chairs and as we were a party of four we had to take it in turns. An excellent area for walking. The house is close to the town centre so makes eating out and getting supplies very easy. All arrangements were handled promptly and efficiently by Lourdes and she communicated well with us. I would certainly recommend this property if you are visiting Sóller.

Uitstekende woning op een mooie plek

Het huis is zeer compleet, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De ligging is perfect: dicht bij het centrum en toch heel rustig. Lourdes ontving ons heel hartelijk en we kregen wijn en fruit.

Very nice fica, fantastic view from the garden into the mountains. Close to the city center, 5 minutes by walk, the owner Lourdes is very friendly! The house has a good standard equipment, and there is more than enough space in the house. We would recommend this beautiful Finca!

This is a beautiful, well equipped spacious house and garden in Soller

This house exceeded all my expectations and is far bigger than it looks in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and the owner, Lourdes stocked the fridge with wine, beer and milk for our stay which were very welcome. The verandah is a lovely area to spend time outside and the plunge pool was refreshing as it does get very hot in soller. All the rooms are very well finished and there was everything we needed for our stay including a BBQ. The laundry room is great as you don’t have to have washing hanging up in the rest of the house or garden. Lourdes is excellent to deal with, very friendly and helpful and she responds very quickly to queries. I recommend this property extremely highly.

Trés belle maison dans une très belle région

Nous avons séjourné du 1er au 15 aout 2018 chez Lourdes. Nous étions en famille, la maison est très grande, très confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Lourdes a été très agréable, toujours disponible, avec de petites attentions lors de notre arrivée. Le village de Soller est très beau et un très bon point de départ pour visiter la région. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous vous recommandons vivement cette maison. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
