I hjärtat av stadsdelen Prati, känd för förekomst av många affärer, restauranger, barer och glassbarer, är lägenheten belägen i en elegant byggnad från början av '900.
Nyrenoverade av en känd inredningsarkitekt från Rom består av två stora sovrum och två moderna badrum. Till fastigheten hör ett stort vardagsrum med fåtöljer och soffor, varav den ena förvandlas till en säng och en frukostplats kök där vi ville kombinera den operativa delen funktionell med en matplats som påminner familjetraditionen. Varje rum är utrustat med en stor TV (Samsung 43) och luftkonditioneringen på.
Närheten av attraktioner gör det särskilt attraktivt här lägenheten. Vatikanmuseerna ligger 500 meter bort, är Petersplatsen en 10 minuters promenad genom den gamla byn. Tunnelbana och bussar är bara en 5 minuters promenad.
Ägarna kommer att välkomna dig och visar alla resurser som kommer att göra din vistelse angenäm och kommer att vara till ditt förfogande för varje önskan.

Fantastic location with a number of interesting and modern restaurants within a few blocks. A great home base for Rome. Apartment is gorgeous as well. Very much enjoyed our spacious home away from home where we could comfortably relax and get away from the crowds.

Great apartment, Beautiful area

Lovely property in a beautiful and convenient area close to everything. Marzia was very responsive and helpful, even arranging transportation to and from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property. Clean and comfortable, well stocked, safe and spacious. We had our choice of restaurants walking distance (the tiramisu at the restaurant around the corner was amazing) and a grocery across the street so we could cook for a few nights. Close enough to walk to the Vatican (15 min walking) but outside of the chaos of high tourist traffic areas. Will definitely be staying here again if we visit this area. Thank you!!!

We stayed for two nights and wished it was longer. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and the owner extremely gracious and very helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Best ever

Absolutely the best place I have ever stayed in when using VRBO (and similar organizations) The place was even better than advertised- lots of space, clean, well decorated, great location near the Vatican, great kitchen supplies, HUGE jacuzzi tub, big showers, etc etc. Our host was lovely and very helpful. Truly a fabulous place to stay!!!

This apartment is so lovely! It is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family of 4. Marzia was so welcoming when we arrived after a very long day of travel. We found the location great for touring Rome. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Condo!

The condo was the perfect place to stay - very spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated. As we were coming from a cruise ship we arrived early, but were able to use the condo. The location is very convenient and we were able to walk to most of the historic sites. I would recommend this to anyone as the best place to stay in Rome.

Fabulous apartment rental.

This apartment has first class decor, is extremely comfortable, and the location works perfectly if you want to walk to the Vatican. Great local cuisine just steps away from the door. Marzia was such a wonderful host and made us feel welcome. We wish we could have stayed longer and if we ever return this is where we would stay.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was even better than in the pictures if that is possible! Marzia was very friendly and gave us top tips on getting around, the best ice cream in Rome and the great restaurant below the apartments. Really easy to get around Rome from the location, the Metro stop is less than 5 mins walk away. Will recommend these apartments to all our friends and family.

Amazing! Beautiful apartment. Great host

We are frequent travelers and this is my first review. We look for great accommodations and this was it. The apartment was Better than expected. Everything was perfect, New and impeccably clean. Marzia was super sweet and responsive. It's a beautiful residential neighborhood. About a 15 minute walk to tourist attractions.

Live like a local

Our stay here was just as expected! Communication was quick and easy. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The complex is set in a neighborhood that feels far more local than touristy yet only a 10 minute Uber to the Colosseum etc. Very walkable! The apartment is on the 5th floor so makes for a great work out up the stairs or there is a convenient elevator for luggage and if you aren’t into stairs. Would highly recommend!

Believe the great reviews.

Of the 3 apartments we used in Europe, this was the best. Everything is true. Owners, location, quietness - it is all fantastic. One tip - it gets hot in Rome in the summer. This place has AC. In the master bedroom, it can still get slightly warm. Keep blinds closed throughout the day and keep AC running.

Great modern apartment in Rome

This apartment is perfect for two couples. Two very comfy king size beds, two large full bathrooms, nice kitchen, and living room. Very tastefully decorated (not overdone, like so many). Good location to walk to Vatican. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood and a grocery store. Marzia is super responsive and close by if needed. All good. Book it! You will not be disappointed!

Lovely, perfect home away from home

Two couples shared this beautiful apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Nicely decorated. Easy access to the metro and the Vatican. The recommended restaurant just outside the entry gate, Bibi Brace, was delicious. We went there twice. The grocery store around the corner had everything - water, wine, cheese, meats, bread Marzia was a delightful host. She answered all our questions and even arranged for pickup at the airport. This made our trip very easy. Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome.

Fantastic apartment

We stayed at the apartment for the second time this week. It is clean, comfortable and spacious! Our family of 5 felt right at home. There is a fully equipped kitchen and full size refrigerator and a washing machine. We loved being able to keep wine and snacks cold. My son loved the jacuzzi tub! The best part is that the apartment is just an 8 minute walk to the Vatican and a 5 minute walk to the metro. There are very good restaurants in the immediate neighborhood and the grocery store is just around the corner. Maritza is a wonderful hostess and took care of all we needed. We will definitely stay there again.
