Great house to stay with a family, pool was lovely during the heat wave! House is fully equipped with all you need, even the ice maker fridge.The surrounding area is a bit boring compared to our italian vacations, but that is just our preference. Can recommend if you want to stay in this calm area!

“Thank you, Kader—your property was truly exceptional. From the moment I booked through to check-out, everything was seamless and so easy. You went above and beyond, even helping to organise my partner’s 50th birthday cake, which was absolutely incredible—and such a lovely surprise that you gifted it to us, thank you again.The property itself is stunning—beautifully open-plan with plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. The enclosed garden is perfect for the dogs, complete with a swimming pool and lovely morning sunshine among the palm trees.The location is ideal too, with beaches, shops, and local attractions all close by. It really felt like a home away from home—we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Thank you again, Kader, for such a wonderful stay. We (and our dogs!) loved every minute.”

Great stay

Lovely, well equipped villa with beautiful pool and garden- just as described in the photographs. Kader and his wife were excellent, friendly hosts who were happy to answer any questions. Gardener and pool cleaner every week was a bonus too. The village is lovely with a boulangerie, two shops and a takeaway pizza restaurant. There is also a hairdressers and beauty salon. On a Saturday there is a small market in the square. Unfortunately the tapas restaurant closes for the winter at the end of August so we didn’t get to try it. 10 minute drive to the nearest beach and restaurants. Plenty of hypermarkets to choose from. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Die Fotos entsprechen den tatsĂ€chlichen Gegebenheiten. Alle Absprachen mit dem Besitzer haben wunderbar geklappt. Kader hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr fĂŒr unsere WĂŒnsche. Die Lage des Objektes ist ideal fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Badeorte am Meer, nach Perpignan, in die Berge oder Barcelona und Lloret de Mar in Spanien. Vielen Dank an Kader, wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus gern weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder.Carsten & Cathrin

Sehr großes und komfortables, modernes Haus. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer, die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit drei Teenagern sowie unserem Hund eine Woche dort. Das Haus ist sauber und der Garten komplett eingezĂ€unt. Perfekt fĂŒr den Hund. Man kann sofort spazieren gehen, da das Haus am Ende einer Straße liegt, die an Feldwege grenzt. HundestrĂ€nde gibt es auch in der NĂ€he. Einzig die Kosten fĂŒr die Endreinigung fanden wir zu hoch (200), aber wir hatten die Möglichkeit, das Haus selbst zu reinigen. Wir können das Haus in jedem Fall empfehlen und wĂŒrden es immer wieder buchen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und flexibel, was die An- und Abreise angeht.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa des Vignes sehr genossen. Das Haus ist tadellos gepflegt, sehr sauber, umfangreich ausgestattet mit wunderschönem Garten. Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, innerhalb 20 Minuten waren per PKW diverse StrĂ€nde, MĂ€rkte, Orte und Wandergebiete zu erreichen. Mit Hund gelangt man direkt hinter dem Haus auf die Feldwege. Wir danken Herrn Kader fĂŒr die freundliche Betreuung und fĂŒr Ihre Gastfreundschaft, es war wunderbar und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Superbe villa avec jardin magnifique et calme!

Semaine de vacances trop courte dans cette superbe villa avec son jardin clÎturé qui a aussi permis à nos chiens de profiter des vacances. Piscine propre déjà fonctionelle début avril. A souligner que chacune des chambres disposent de son propre dressing et de sa propre salle de bain. Pour nous à 4 adultes et deux enfants ceci était parfait. Contacte facile et super agréable avec le locataire qui habite à cÎté! Nous allons revenir

TrÚs agréable séjour

Nous avons passés de tres bonnes vacances. La villa est vraiment trÚs belle, avec tout le confort possible (clim, equipements electromenager) et trÚs bien entretenue. Un trÚs beau jardin sans vis a vis au calme et une piscine qui a ravis les enfants comme les adultes.

Hervorragende Villa mit allem drum und dran

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Herr Kader ist ein toller Vermieter und Gastgeber. Immer Ansprechbar. Das Haus ist so wie es beschrieben wird. Durch das große und vor allem komplett eingezĂ€unte GrundstĂŒck, konnten wir mit unserem Hund viel Freiheit und Spaß. Die Klimaanlage im Haus ist ein echter Luxus. Von uns 10 Sterne.

Vacances de rĂȘve en famille Ă  Saint-Hippolyte

Nous avons passĂ© 14 jours fantastiques en famille avec nos 3 enfants chez Kader Ă  Saint-Hippolyte. La maison, le jardin et la piscine sont en excellent Ă©tat, il ne nous manquait rien. Tout est vraiment lĂ  pour que l’on puisse ĂȘtre heureux en vacances. Notre hĂŽte Kader a Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement attentionnĂ© et Ă©tait disponible Ă  tout moment si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© les tomates et les pĂȘches cultivĂ©es sur place que nous avons reçues en cadeau. Nous recommandons cette destination sans rĂ©serve. Ceux qui auront la chance d’y sĂ©journer peuvent se considĂ©rer comme trĂšs chanceux, car rien ne manque ici!

Sehr schöne gepflegte Villa !!

Wir durften in dieser wirklich sehr schönen Villa zwei Wochen verbringen. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Gastfreundlichkeit des Vermieters. Noch einmal vielen Dank Kader. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Bei unserem Aufenthalt im Juni 2024 standen uns z.B. drei Kaffeemaschinen zur VerfĂŒgung. (U.a. Nespresso und Senseo). Die Klimaanlage sorgte an heißen Tagen fĂŒr AbkĂŒhlung. Das komplett eingezĂ€unte, nicht einsehbare GrundstĂŒck war durch den GĂ€rtner super gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt. (Beaucoup de salutations ĂĄ mon nouveau copain JosĂ© :-)). Der Pool sorge fĂŒr viel Spaß und AbkĂŒhlung. Dieser ist nicht beheizt, wĂ€rmt sich an warmen Tagen aber schnell auf. Nochmals vielen Dank Kader :-)

Idealer Ort zum Entspannen mit Teens und Hund

Wir hatten eine phantastische Woche mit unseren Töchtern (14 & 16) und unserem Familienhund. - das Haus ist ein Traum, es bietet viel Platz zum Leben, zum ZurĂŒckziehen und zum Verstauen, es ist tiptop durchdacht und ideal geschnitten. Zudem ist alles vorhanden, was zum wohlfĂŒhlen notwendig ist! Es ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind bequem. Das Wifi lĂ€uft hervorragend! - das GrundstĂŒck hat uns tĂ€glich begeistert, gepflegt, tolle Pflanzen, sogar der Pool war schon in Betrieb und sauber (MĂ€rz!). Dank der geschĂŒtzten Terasse konnten wir auch im MĂ€rz schon ab und zu draußen essen - das Wetter war ok. Unser Hund liebte es, um das Haus herum zu laufen und sich auf dem schönen Rasen zu wĂ€lzen. Das gesamte GrundstĂŒck ist zuverlĂ€ssig umzĂ€unt. - die Umgebung: das Haus hat eine Randlage und liegt somit sehr ruhig. Wer gerne spazieren geht, kann direkt am Haus starten und auf diversen Wegen durch Weingebiete, OlivenbĂ€ume und/oder Obstfelder laufen, bei klarer Sicht mit Blick auf die schneebedeckten PyrenĂ€en. Der Ort ist klein, lebhaftere Orte sind umliegend rasch zu finden - wir waren aber auch außerhalb der Saison hier. StrĂ€nde waren ebenfalls leer - lag vermutlich am Wetter, unser Hund war begeistert, wir auch. - die Vermieter wohnen auf dem GrundstĂŒck direkt nebenan. Alles nicht einsehbar. Sie sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir hatten eine Bitte bei Ankunft, die wurde sofort erfĂŒllt. Danach haben wir sie erst bei der Abfahrt wieder gesehen. Fazit: 100%ige Empfehlung!

In der Villa hat einfach alles gestimmt ! Kompliment an den sehr netten Vermieter ! Sehr liebevolle und hochwertige Einrichtung, in der man sich sofort wohl gefĂŒhlt hat. Es fehlt an nichts ! Die Umgebung ist super ruhig, der Garten traumhaft und sehr gepflegt. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Gassirunde direkt vor der HaustĂŒre. Besser geht es nicht. Danke an den Vermieter fĂŒr die schönen Wochen in seinem Haus. Kommen gerne wieder

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in SĂŒdfrankreich

Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in der Villa verbracht, die keine AusstattungswĂŒnsche offen ließ. Alles war sehr sauber, ein toller Garten und Pool laden dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Strand lĂ€sst sich mit dem Auto in lĂ€ngstens 15 Minuten erreichen, ist sehr weitlĂ€ufig und nicht ĂŒberfĂŒllt. Wir haben dort zwei Abende in einem einladenden Restaurant mit Live-Musik verbracht. gutes Essen inklusive. Der Vermieter Kader und seine Frau sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Zwei kleinere Fragen zwischendurch wurden innerhalb einer Viertelstunde geklĂ€rt bzw. beantwortet. Von uns eine klare Urlaubsempfehlung, jederzeit wieder!

bien bien bien

la maison se situe en bout de village pratiquement directement dans les vignes et vergers. des balades matinales avec les chiens ideales. merci de les accepter, ils n'ont jamais passĂ© de meilleures vacances.a pied Ă©galement on peut aller chercher les croissants. a l'intĂ©rieur, il faut bien y ĂȘtre un peu, il y a ce super frigo qui fait des glaçons (certes relativement bruyant).les chambres sont de taille correcte avec salle d'eau ou bain et dressing ou placards, les literies fermes.la grande piĂšce de vie est super donnant sur la terrasse pour les diners tous ensemble de la cuisine Ă  la piscine. c'Ă©tait bien mais c'est fini....
